”This banquet shall be called the Glory of Boldro!”

......

At Boldro Castle, a group of Imperial people walked along the streets.

”It’s hard to imagine that in such a prosperous city, the majority of the commoners are peasants. This place is far inferior to Nuer. I wonder why Emmanuelle would want to stay in such a place,” the massive man with a stern expression commented after observing the street scene for a while.

”Nuer is a great city, but it doesn’t represent the entire Empire,” Master of Engineering Wagner said as he looked at the bustling crowd. ”Brittania and the Empire fundamentally differ. In the Empire, nobles only defend cities and manors related to their interests. The villages scattered throughout forests and fields must fend for themselves. In Brittania, no matter how low the status of peasants, whenever a village is attacked, the knights of the fiefdom will mount their steeds, lift their cavalry lances, and fight for their Lady.”

”The Lady of the Lake...” the giant man muttered, then nodded. ”The knights of this country are indeed formidable. I really want to see the strength of a Holy Grail Knight.”

”What is urgent is that we must find Emmanuelle! Theodore!” declared the witch, who wore a veil, a purple robe, and carried a giant scythe. ”Nothing else matters.”

The witch’s words exuded a profound and terrifying magic, and as she spoke, the surrounding light seemed to warp. A chilling fear spread among the nearby people, causing them to scatter. Even Wagner, the member of the Rick Guard, felt a powerful force gripping his throat.

Elspeth von Draken, the Supreme Mage of the Amethyst Academy at the Imperial Royal Wizard Academy, a Death Element Holy Sanctuary Grand Mage, and the Guardian of Nuer, nicknamed ”Tomb Rose” and ”Lady Black of Nuer,” had always been a staunch supporter of Emmanuelle. Since Emmanuelle’s disappearance, this Death Element Holy Sanctuary Grand Mage devoted significant effort to finding her whereabouts, ensuring that she was still alive.

After the Winter Festival, Emperor Karl Franz sent word to Elspeth, informing her that Emmanuelle von Lebewitz-Bernardino was serving as a maid in the court of the Lake Fairy Chosen Champion, Count Glamorgan, the ”Pious” Laine Macado. Lady Elspeth realized the gravity of the situation and led fifty soldiers from the Nuer Iron Armor Army, guided by Rick Guard Wagner, and called upon the towering giant.

The Grand Judge of Nuer, the Champion of Nuer, and Holy Sanctuary powerhouse, the mysterious warrior Theodore Bruckner, an embodiment of bloody justice and the maintainer of order in Nuer, also put aside his duties after receiving the news and joined Lady Elspeth in Brittania to find Emmanuelle.

They all believed that only Emmanuelle had the rightful claim to become the Mistress of Nuer! The rightful heir to the Brescia Prince-Elector, the rightful claimant to the Grand Duke of Weisen, not Gani Bernardino!

”First, we must find a way to enter Laine’s court to ensure Emmanuelle’s presence. Then we must find a way to bring Emmanuelle back, to welcome her as the Duchess of Nuer, Brescia Prince-Elector, and Grand Duke of Weisen!” said Rick Guard Wagner, a staunch supporter of Emmanuelle along with his family.

”Count Laine Macado’s strength is well known, forcibly taking Emmanuelle will be difficult. We may need to devise a plan.”
