Warhammer Divine Throne

The arrival time of the Lord of Calamity wasn’t long. After two Great Skaven Demons were successively exiled, the corruption in the woods quickly receded, and the forest was striving to recover from the corruption. Angerong searched through the snow-covered forest and found the four-shot rune fire cannon gifted by the Dwarves. His previous fierce actions had caused it to fall to the ground.

Squatting down to pick up the fire cannon, Angerong said towards the depths of the forest, ”Come out.”

An Emperor’s Guard emerged from the depths of the forest: ”A huge threat, Lord Angerong. Luckily, you handled it quickly.”

”This Great Demon seems to have been summoned by a Chaos Minor God, something like Mouse God, Great Horned Rat.” Angerong nodded and said to the guard, ”It feels a bit like the Great Nurgle Demon, not particularly strong, just relatively tough to fight, especially the second one with that rat possessed.”

”If it weren’t for you, I would have had to expend considerable effort to deal with it.” The guard observed the battle scars on the scene, feeling the power within them.

”Do you believe that if the Imperial Fists fought this thing, they would lose a whole company?” Angerong suddenly remarked.

”They might even need to add a company commander.” The guard chimed in.

”Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha~” The cold forest was filled with cheerful laughter.

”Do you believe that if a veteran from an Honour Guard of the Ultimate Warriors came, it could be solved?” Angerong continued.

”Perhaps that second company commander of the Blue Elves could defeat it with one sword swing.”

”Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha~”

”Cough, cough, it’s getting late; I should head back to cook.” Angerong laughed so hard that he was a bit out of breath. He coughed twice and instructed the guard, ”Keep a closer watch recently. I heard these Ratmen love to do sneaky tricks like Clarkson, carrying out assassinations.”

”Yes, Lord Angerong!” The Emperor’s Guard nodded in understanding.

Besides the Emperor himself, only these Primarchs dared to command the guards.

”Oh, I should inform Laine about this first.” Angerong took a few steps forward and suddenly remembered something. The World-Devourer Primarch emitted a piercing roar into the sky, and soon, a gigantic Horned Eagle Beast flew in from afar, crouching before Angerong.

Angerong mounted the Horned Eagle Beast: ”Go, Nukeria, to Laine’s castle, quickly~”

The Horned Eagle Beast let out a long howl and flew towards the Count’s castle.

Two hours later, in the hall of the Count’s castle.

Angerong relayed the situation to Laine.

”Is that so? Brother took down a Lord of Calamity and a Supreme Lord of Calamity and severely injured the Great Horned Rat?” Laine frowned, carefully pondering the origins and proceedings of these events.

”Those two rat Great Demons won’t return to the Prime Material World for at least a hundred years after I exiled them.” Angerong said to Laine, ”That rat god called the Great Horned Rat was also badly injured by me and should have no energy to cause trouble recently.”

”Yes, well done, brother, but... we should still find a way to convey the message to Brother Fugen.” Laine nodded repeatedly: ”It’s said that the next target for the Ratman’s attack is Lustria.”

”I’ll leave that to you; I’m not managing it.” Angerong patted Laine on the shoulder with a mischievous smile and said, ”Brother, I’m fully recovered. When will you come to spar with me again?”

”Hehe~”
