Warhammer Divine Throne

”Pfft~” Angron spat on the face of the apparition, and the saliva of the World-Devourer Primarch seemed to be corrosive. The apparition covered its face, shouting with anger: ”Accept the judgment of the Great Horned Rat!!!”

The green apparition faded away, revealing a larger Lord of Calamity before Angron.

This Lord of Calamity, like the Great Horned Rat, had four horns. Its tall and muscular figure emitted green smoke and flames. Any touched tree withered instantly, and animals turned into clots of blood.

Filthy souls were corrupting everything in the world, penetrating the barriers between the Mortal World and Subspace. The Mouse God imposed its power upon reality and finally summoned such a terrifying monster!

Skaven Supreme Calamity Lord, Essex!

The Supreme Calamity Lord thought its power could intimidate the human in front of it. However, Angron showed no reaction. Instead, he seemed interested. The World-Devourer Primarch clashed his axes together with a crisp sound: ”Finally, something a bit more decent came along. You must be the incarnation of the Great Horned Rat, right?”

”Hairless bald thing, you will be crushed under the will of the Mouse God! Yes! Yes! By the will of the Great Horned Rat! We are the Anointed!” The Supreme Calamity Lord fully embraced the power from the Mouse God. To defeat the formidable enemy before it, the Great Horned Rat had invested over half of its power in it, making it feel its strength had surpassed a Chaos Great Demon!

In return, Angron responded with sarcasm. The two-meter-tall human warrior seemed to be watching a play the entire time. He laughed, even applauding: ”Marvelous~ Truly marvelous, I’ve broadened my horizons today. Uh, your power is somewhat strange—compared to Tzeentch’s cunning and Nurgle’s pestilence, you possess the ability to spread plagues and harbor countless evil thoughts in your mind. So which Chaos Minor God do you represent over there?”

”Prepare to die, mortal.” The Supreme Calamity Lord continued to receive blessings from the Great Horned Beast, with a giant long blade hanging on its back. This blade was entirely composed of dimensional stones, with countless ratmen souls infused into its sharp edge.

This is the gift of the Great Horned Rat, the Blade of the Apocalypse.

The Supreme Calamity Lord Essex reached for the Blade of the Apocalypse on his back. Hundreds of green demon rat souls formed a green band of light, swirling around the blade. Essex knew the Great Horned Rat’s power filled his body, but this couldn’t last long. Forcefully summoning the Supreme Calamity Lord was extremely taxing on divine power. At this moment, the Supreme Calamity Lord had no time to concoct any malicious schemes or vile ideas.

One move to decide victory!

”Weak Mouse God, how much divine power can you expend?” Angron continued mocking the Skaven Great Demon in front of him. However, the World-Devourer Primarch had once again braced himself for impact. His feet pressed down on the ground, and the soft earth cracked under his body’s force. The dwarf’s Secret Silver Plate Armor gleamed on his massive brown frame, and the enormous bearskin cloak flapped in the wind as Angron blinked and indicated he was ready.

The Blade of the Apocalypse was unsheathed, surrounded by hundreds of green Skaven ratmen souls, and the Supreme Calamity Lord stepped forward, directly targeting Angron.

Angron remained unmoved. He turned his body sideways, with the war axes in his hands emitting a fierce battle aura.

Battle!

”Ratkin Nokai ya wa kule!”

”In honor of the blood of Saint Gile!”

At the moment of confrontation, red blood light and green demon light pierced through the entire forest. Dozens of large trees crashed down, raising a massive cloud of dust and snow.

A massive object was chopped down instantly by Angron’s axe, crashing onto the ground. Red light traced a circle across the Skaven Great Demon’s body.

The battle was over.

The Blade of the Apocalypse was cleaved into two on the spot, and the hundreds of green ratmen souls entwined around it were utterly destroyed by Angron’s power.

The once-unrivalled Supreme Calamity Lord Essex was severed from right shoulder to right armpit, unleashing large sprays of blood and viscera. The divine power from the Great Horned Rat vanished. This Supreme Calamity Lord emitted a pitiful cry: ”No... impossible, this is impossible!”

”Impossible? I’d better give you a taste of reality.” Whether it was sneering or a victorious growl on Angron’s face was indistinguishable. The World-Devourer Primarch placed a foot on Essex’s chest: ”Here it comes, don’t worry, I’m skilled, it won’t hurt for too long.”

”Decapitate!” The war axe emitted a piercing sound and the scent of burning in the air, then crashed down on the Supreme Calamity Lord’s forehead.

The head of the ratman Great Demon was split open from the middle of the forehead.

Almost simultaneously, two cries of pain erupted nearly at the same time. Angron’s final strike not only killed the Supreme Calamity Lord Essex but also gravely wounded the Great Horned Rat. The Mouse God’s will and power were being stripped from the Mortal World. It didn’t even have time for a parting shot, and soon, the entire Supreme Calamity Lord disintegrated like dust before Angron’s eyes.

”Feel free to deliver again next time.” Angron seemed a bit dissatisfied with his battle result. Although he banished the Supreme Calamity Lord and severely injured the Great Horned Rat himself, he was not Laine. Angron couldn’t stop the opponent from being reborn in Chaos Space. He could only stow away his axes, placing them on his back: ”Alright, at least it was an exciting chop today.”
