Warhammer Divine Throne

The protagonist today is Laine.

”Humans!!!” The green-skinned warlord also discovered that Laine and Julius were charging at him. The green-skinned warlord roared wildly and first rushed directly towards Julius. He raised his shield, and the flames burning on the two-handed greatsword shattered the already cracked shield.

However, the giant axe of the green-skinned warlord also swung directly towards Julius’s beloved horse’s head. Unable to bear the idea of his beloved horse being harmed, the Kingdom Knight had no choice but to give up the opportunity to attack the green-skinned warlord and steer his horse away from the blow.

This was exactly what the green-skinned warlord had hoped for. Craftily, he reversed the axe blade in his hand and directly slashed towards Laine.

”Pa!” The sound of armor shattering rang out, accompanied by the sound of something heavy hitting the ground.

Laine and this green-skinned warlord decided the outcome in an instant.

His axe blade had passed through Laine’s shoulder armor. When it was only two centimeters away from Laine’s shoulder, Laine’s warhammer struck his head, bringing him death.

”You defeated Kluba! You are stronger than Kluba!” These were the green-skinned warlord’s last words.

”I think so too.” The spiritual blade flashed, and Laine held the head of the green-skinned warlord Kluba in his hand. The face of the newly anointed Holy Grail Knight was filled with coldness. He lifted Kluba’s head and let out an astonishing roar of anger: ”In the name of the Lady, evil beheaded!”

His roar drew the attention of all the nearby green-skins. Seeing the warlord’s head held in Laine’s hand, the green-skins’ morale collapsed, and a substantial number of them began to flee and retreat.

The pressure on the left wing was greatly relieved. Seeing this, Laine immediately said to Jules: ”Sir Jules, please lead the knights back to support our soldiers. With your command, we will definitely turn the tide!”

”Alright!” The Holy Grail Knight Jules calmly accepted Laine’s suggestion. He raised his longsword: ”Knights, let us slay our way back!”

”Slay our way back! Slay our way back!” The knights and rangers of Brittania were also exhausted. They began to retreat, except for Jules who showed no sign of fatigue. Even Julius, the strongest in power, felt weary and slightly gasped: ”What about you, Laine?”

”You take her and retreat first! As for me, I still have my battle to fight. Don’t forget, I am a Holy Grail Knight, I fight for the Lady!” Laine suddenly smiled: ”Looks like I’ve won this time.”

”Next time, I will surely defeat you. Surya, let’s go!” Julius knew his stamina was nearing its limit. He wasn’t a monster like Laine, who was both a Genetic Primarch and a Holy Grail Knight and had charged over ten times in battle.

Surya was astonished by Laine’s decision, but she said nothing, just gave Laine a deep look and followed her brother to retreat.

The knights’ return finally saved the Peasant Infantry Corps on the verge of collapse, especially the appearance of the Holy Grail Knight Jules, which greatly boosted the peasants’ morale. This Holy Grail Knight skillfully showcased his refined swordsmanship and formidable strength, shredding every green-skin under his longsword, while the knight’s sword burning with white flames became a nightmare for the green-skins.

In the condition where all knights were extremely fatigued, he was single-handedly reversing the situation. His presence was like magic, inspiring courage in all humans, and under the magical protection from the Lake Fairy, those crude green-skin long-range weapons were useless against him.

He was a Holy Grail Knight, whose sheer power made it difficult to imagine how terrifying it would be if a whole group of Holy Grail Knights appeared. After witnessing this scene firsthand, Laine gained a deeper understanding of the existence of the Holy Grail Knight Order.

Indeed, the number one knight corps on the Continent.

Legend has it that Balduin, one of the initial twelve Holy Grail Knights, wielding a war axe and shield, in a fierce battle, had multiple weapons embedded in his shield. Nevertheless, Balduin continued to pursue the remnants of the enemy until dusk with such a heavy burden on the shield, never showing signs of fatigue, and now it seems that the Holy Grail Knights are precisely this formidable.

Laine is the same kind of beast, or rather, as a Genetic Primarch, he is more beastly than a beast.

As seen, this newly anointed Holy Grail Knight charged through the core of the green-skins holding a warhammer. His warhorse, Pine Cone, exhausted itself, and man and horse were like an ancient War God descended to earth, tearing through the ranks of countless archers and green-skinned big guys, directly charging towards the location of the goblin shaman at the center of the green-skinned military formation.

The goblin shaman had long noticed the charging Laine. The cunning shaman kept hiding among the green-skinned lads while chanting fearful spells, intending to retaliate against this powerful human.

But Laine was prepared. The Genetic Primarch gathered powerful Subspace Energy and raised his hand towards the shaman.

Magic Dispel!

The goblin shaman was shocked to find it could no longer sense magic power. Having its spell interrupted midway, it suffered great pain as its entire arm turned blackened. As it screamed intending to flee, Laine had already dashed past it.

Blood splattered.

Another impressive head hung from Pine Cone’s neck, and after witnessing the heads of two green-skinned warlords dangled from this human’s steed, the only thought left in the minds of all the green-skins was: Run! Run as far as possible!
