Livestream Matchmaking: My Intel Infinitely Refreshes

Chapter 104: Chapter 104: Hui Zi’s Perfect Match

”Girls from wealthy areas rarely marry out. It has nothing to do with whether it’s Yanjing or Shencheng City.”

Zhang Zhe explained directly to Young Master Liu on the livestream.

Because quite a few male viewers in the stream were also interested in the last girl.

But not a single one said they were also in Shencheng City.

Long-distance matchmaking and then marriage? It’s just too unrealistic.

”Everyone, pay attention to one thing: matchmaking has geographical limitations. You should always prioritize finding someone in your own region.”

”There are many reasons for this, but one I personally find crucial is that people from different places have different worldviews, especially when it comes to traditional values.”

”You can think of people from each region as their own ethnic minority. Their customs are different, what they eat and drink is different, where they live is different. If the conditions at home are even slightly better, why would any girl be willing to move to another place just to suffer?”

[Then how do you explain the ”xxn” in our country marrying men in Africa?]

[Hahaha, those women willing to marry men in Africa are truly something else.]

[Anyway, girls from the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region basically never marry out.]

[Forget marrying out, we authentic Yanjing People don’t marry outsiders either. Our lifestyles are different, how could you live together?]

[That girl is a second-generation Shencheng native. Some people should just stop dreaming.]

”What do I think of those girls who marry men in Africa?” Zhang Zhe looked at the bullet comments and smiled. ”Of course, I respect their choice and wish them well.”

”They’re willing to follow them over there, to help build the African continent. At least they’re people of action, their actions match their words. That’s better than those who throw themselves at Black men in college only to deceive an honest man after graduation, right?”

”Brothers, sisters, in the matchmaking market, if a person’s words and actions are consistent, they’re already one of the most normal people you’ll find.”

”It’s like when a woman tells you she’d rather die than marry without a 300,000 yuan bride price, and her parents also say they’re basically selling their daughter, take it or leave it. What can you even say to that?”

[All I can say is I can’t afford it.]

[True, the biggest fear in matchmaking is getting deceived.]

[Even though the streamer has a point, I still have to say, I really liked that last girl.]

[Streamer, can you set up a group chat? Play matchmaker for us.]

The bullet comments made Zhang Zhe fall silent for a moment.

’That’s true.’ He’d only been thinking about resources on the men’s side. He should gather some high-quality female resources as well.

However, the last girl wasn’t exactly what he’d call a high-quality woman.

It was just that there were many single men who didn’t want children, so when they heard a woman proactively say she didn’t want kids, they got a little carried away.

Zhang Zhe thought about it. ’No need to rush this.’

He hadn’t even fully wrangled the male resources he had on hand. He was new to the industry; he couldn’t expect to get rich overnight.

”Any guys in Qing City looking for matchmaking, whose family’s financial situation is A8 or above, can send me a private message.”

”As for the girls, don’t bother. Girls can just come on stream directly.”

”It’s not that I look down on my poorer bros. I welcome poorer bros to come on stream too. But when it comes to private messages, for the same amount of chatting, a rich bro will send a 2,000 yuan red packet right off the bat, while you send me 9.99 yuan...”

”If it were you, who would you chat with?”

It was only after joining Old Bai’s group that Zhang Zhe realized why Matchmakers all loved to handle matchmaking for the wealthy. It was just too lucrative.

But it wasn’t right to only focus on the rich.

A Matchmaker needs a reputation, and spreading that reputation requires the help of ordinary people. That’s why Zhang Zhe said the rich bros should private message him, while the poor bros could come directly on stream.

That way, he wouldn’t offend anyone, and it wouldn’t interfere with his earnings.

...

After setting this rule, Guest #2, whom Hui Zi had found, finally came on stream.

She came on and gave a simple introduction:

”I was born in ’00. I’m 160 cm tall, weigh 90 jin, and I graduated from a vocational college with a degree in e-commerce. I didn’t get a job after graduating; I just got married right away.”

”I got divorced the year before last. No kids. I haven’t dated anyone since then, I usually just stay at home.”

”I’m the eldest daughter. I have two younger sisters, one went to a vocational college and the other to a technical secondary school. My family is in the tourism industry; they own a travel company. Our family’s financial situation is probably around the A8 level.”

[Born in ’00 and already divorced?]

[This girl sounds kinda simple-minded.]

[An A8 family and she just got divorced like that? Feels weird.]

This woman’s family background was very interesting. After writing it all down, Zhang Zhe circled a few key points.

First, she had two younger sisters.

This likely meant her family wanted a son but failed to have one even after three children. It was fertile ground for the ”prefer sons over daughters” mentality, but it never fully blossomed.

Girls who grow up in this kind of family often internalize a bit of that preference for sons and tend to want to have children after marriage.

Second, this woman and her sisters all went to vocational colleges (or a technical secondary school).

’A family of vocational college graduates?’

Education level has little to do with intelligence, but it has a lot to do with the family’s educational atmosphere. Zhang Zhe felt that this girl’s parents probably didn’t place much importance on their children’s education.

Or maybe it was what they call the ”happy education” model that’s popular abroad.

The most interesting point was her marital history, and this was what Zhang Zhe wanted to dig into: ”The Matchmaker said your ex-husband passed away. Was it due to illness? Or an accident?”

”An accident. He was in a car crash.”

”Was he the victim?”

”No, he was street racing and crashed into a highway guardrail. The car caught fire, and he burned to death.” The woman’s tone was complicated as she said, ”But I was the one who wanted to buy that car. It was only delivered after our divorce. He died the day after he got it.”

[Damn, he must have been burnt to a crisp.]

[This woman is a jinx. Her husband liked to street race, why didn’t she do anything to stop him?]

[Anyone who races on the highway doesn’t deserve pity if they die.]

[Can the bullet comments please stop? My morals and my sense of humor are at war.]

”It has nothing to do with whether you were the one who wanted to buy the car,” Zhang Zhe said, waving his hand. ”Did his family blame you for it?”

”I get the feeling that even you subconsciously think the crash had something to do with you.”

”Don’t be like that. And whatever you do, don’t ever bring up things like being a ’jinx.’ Otherwise, anyone even slightly superstitious won’t dare to marry you.”

”Thank you, Teacher. I’ll remember that.” The woman didn’t answer whether she had been blamed, but from her tone, it seemed she had.

”How long did your previous marriage last?”

”A little over a year.”

”Why were there no children after you got married?”

”I couldn’t get pregnant.”

”So whose problem was that?”

”I don’t know.” The woman’s reply was not very decisive.

After listening, Zhang Zhe sensed that something was off.

Wealthy people are very proactive about having children, and it’s often the woman’s family that puts the most pressure on them to have kids.

In the eyes of many parents, once their daughter marries and has a child, her position in the new family is secure. Even if she gets divorced later, she won’t be at a disadvantage.

’Being unable to have a child after more than a year of marriage...’

’They definitely would have gotten checked.’

’Regardless of whose problem it was, you just say whatever is written on the medical report.’

’And even if they hadn’t been checked, if the woman herself wasn’t the problem, she wouldn’t have answered ”I don’t know.” She would have said, ”I don’t think it was my problem.”’

’The guy is already dead, and she still won’t shift the blame to him? Then there’s a high probability that she’s the one with the problem!’
