Pillar of Yita

”So after heading to the Golande Adventurers’ Guild, how we will unfold our adventure plans and plan our route must be considered from these two aspects,”

”Before this, I had already planned to use Mr. Greyrock’s platform as practice to accumulate relevant knowledge and experience. I discussed this matter with Miss Hilveld and Luo Yu, and our first plan is to equip the platform with Floating airbags and enhance its protection to further increase its loading and survival capabilities—”

”The production of airbags is too specialized, but we can directly purchase finished products in Golande; however, for the platform modification, we must take action ourselves. So for the next adventure area, my opinion is that it is best to select a region where suitable materials for the platform’s modification grow.”

At this point, Gita whispered, ”Then we could head south from Golande, entering the Kudi Mountain Range by going west from Dulun, where there is a leveling area quite suitable for us.”

Fang Hong also thought of that place, where the brownish-red mountains are home to a large number of Egon Holy Trees. This type of wood is not the first choice for airships, but it is a very high-quality special wood.

Light yet strong, it is perfect for modifying the platform. Moreover, that area also produces high-quality Guy Crystals, which are worth collecting.

”There is also the Long Lake District to the south of Fanric.”

Others also put in their suggestions.

However, Fang Hong recalled another matter, ”While now we’re improving the platform, someday we’ll need to build our own ship. But shipbuilding always needs a place. Miss Hilveld, you must have thought about this issue, right?”

Most shipyards in Colin Ishurian were fully booked, and with the Royal Household planning to rebuild a new fleet within two years, it would be difficult to find any shipyard in Elpaxin, Golande, or Rodell that could spare a dry dock for private work.

Not to mention, their deeds were not exactly of the sort that should see the light of day.

Hilveld nodded her head, ”I know a place. It was once occupied by pirates, but it became abandoned due to some reasons. However, in its winding fjords, there are still hidden sites large enough for building great ships—indeed, pirate ships were once constructed there.”

”Pirates? What place is that, Sister Hilveld?” Tianlan couldn’t help asking curiously.

”A place called Lost Bay.”

Fang Hong was slightly taken aback as he had heard of this place; it was originally a pirate nest, but later environmental changes in the bay led to perpetual fog and complex hydrological conditions, causing frequent shipwrecks. Soon after, pirates abandoned the place.

That there were shipyards once hidden by pirates in that place was surprising to Fang Hong, but even more surprising was that Hilveld knew these details, which, without a doubt, must have come from her father’s sailors.

It seemed the Great Explorer, Colin Ishurian, had led a very rich life indeed.

He quickly found the place on the map. He drew a line with his finger between Golande and Lost Bay and found that the distance to their other destination, the ’Kudi Mountain Range,’ was not too far. Thus, he temporarily settled on a plan in his mind.

At this moment, the Elf Miss raised an issue, ”While airbags can be bought, everyday mending and repairs, even replacements, will still need a tailor’s apprentice.”

”If we’re considering the long-term,” Hilveld also replied, ”we better find a professional Sailmaker. A tailor’s apprentice can indeed handle mending, but a professional Sailmaker’s work is something the former can’t manage.”

”But the salary for a professional Sailmaker isn’t cheap—”

Fang Hong scratched his head.

Like professional Alchemists, life profession craftsmen from each sector demand high wages, and Natives generally don’t like to join the Chosen’s team. If the craftsmen are from the Chosen, the cost is even higher.

And they are not easy to find, because who in life professions would be affiliated with a Guild or such?

But just then, everyone heard a soft voice coming through,

”If Mr. Ade doesn’t mind, perhaps I could try to take on the position.”

Everyone looked in that direction.

By Princess Briana’s side, the guest whose face was veiled by a hood raised her head, revealing a beautiful visage—yet they were not unfamiliar with her.

Because that was none other than the elder of the twins, Elisa.

She smiled gently at Fang Hong, ”I know a bit of tailoring skills, just not sure if Mr. Ade would be willing to take me in once more?”
