Berserk God of War

Meanwhile, outside there was a frenzied battle raging on.

Blood intertwined continuously, as Sikong Jing had long since charged into Yuwen Guan’s army with bloodshot eyes, wielding his long spear atop a Transcendent Fourth Realm demon beast, swinging wildly.

Kill kill kill…

Sikong Jing’s eyes were blood-red with killing intent, and at this moment, Yuwen Guan was firmly held back by Sui Yu and the others, who refused to let him get anywhere near Sikong Jing, even at the cost of their lives.

Still, the enemies surrounding Sikong Jing remained Transcendent Third and Fourth Realm beings…

But he slaughtered them without any hint of fear, with the Transcendent Fourth Realm demon beast beneath him providing powerful momentum, and he felt his strength growing incessantly, from an unknown source.

Sikong Jing had already forgotten what realm he currently resided in.

Blood raged like a boiling river, power surged like a wild torrent.

What he didn’t know was that behind him, scales dark as pitch intermingled with deep blue had begun to form—this was a sign of demonization directly after the Beast Heart’s awakening, and if left unchecked, he would become a Blood Devouring Demon Beast that consumed the heavens and earth.

At that point, he would lose all reason, completely transforming into a Blood Devouring Demon Beast, unrecognizable to kin.

“Why can’t we kill Sikong Jing even when he’s merely at the Heaven Realm?”

The people attacking Sikong Jing were seized by fear.

Far from being unable to kill him, Sikong Jing had already slain several of their Transcendent Third Realm warriors.

Logically, a person from the Heaven Realm, even with a demon beast mount, should not have been able to hold out for so long.

Shouldn’t he have been unable to withstand the shock of Transcendent powers and been directly shaken to death?

Recalling Sikong Jing’s invincible legend, they were scared, terrified even.

“Human, Master of Ten Thousand Beasts, can you hear our voices?”

On his side, Sikong Jing felt a voice emanating from the space between his eyebrows, originating from within the Ten Thousand Beasts Sky Prison.

He whispered softly, “Demon beast seniors, are you going to grant me power?”

At this point, nothing but the prospect of gaining strength could move Sikong Jing’s heart.

“We cannot directly give you power, but we can help you unlock the True Qi Lock of your subordinates.

Right now, concentrate your mental energy and catch one leg of the Colorless Spider.”

It was the voice of the Golden Divine Dragon.

Sikong Jing didn’t question why, nor did he care what the Colorless Spider was.

He readily replied, “Alright!”

After saying that, he easily gathered his concentration.

Though impulsive, on matters like unlocking the True Qi Locks of his warriors, he showed unprecedented calm—a stark contrast at its extreme.

Simultaneously, the Transcendent Third and Fourth Realm warriors attacking Sikong Jing brightened up.

Someone in the group spoke, “Sikong Jing can’t hold on anymore, he’s stopped.”

“A person of the Heaven Realm, no matter how extraordinary, can’t hold out that long.

Strike now, while he’s vulnerable, and take his life.”

Many a Transcendent Third and Fourth Realm expert, elated, then rushed fiercely toward Sikong Jing, a good hundred of them.

Hum!

However, just at that moment, something flashed brightly in Sikong Jing’s right hand, resembling a massive, pitch-black blade that slowly extended from his grip, growing longer and longer…

It appeared out of thin air.

In an instant, those hundred Transcendent Third and Fourth Realm experts were petrified, halting their charge, incredulous.

“What the hell is that?”

Not just the hundred or so of them, but everyone on the battlefield, friend and foe alike, stopped fighting altogether, struck dumb on the spot—the thing in Sikong Jing’s hand was just too long, swiftly surpassing a hundred zhang.

And then everyone finally discerned what it was, someone said blankly, “Doesn’t that look like a leg?”

“What leg?

It’s more like a staff more than a hundred zhang long,” another chimed in.

“Where did he get that from, and how did it suddenly appear in his hand?”

Yuwen Guan’s army was panic-stricken, it was simply too unfathomable—weaponry that spanned beyond a hundred zhang, who had ever seen such a thing?

“Strike with force, and you can dispel more than half of the True Qi Locks.”

At this moment, another voice from the Golden Divine Dragon echoed in Sikong Jing’s mind.

Sikong Jing also looked at the crowd watching him and then opened his mouth and roared, slashing down without hesitation.

“He’s slashing down, run!”

Watching the weapon as massive as a cloud-obscuring sun slashing down, Yuwen Guan’s soldiers screamed hysterically, running and scurrying in chaos.

Some who couldn’t escape in time simply dug pits on the ground.

Suddenly, the scene reached the peak of chaos.

Only Sikong Jing’s allies remained where they were, staring blankly as the pitch-black weapon descended, and within moments, everyone saw the weapon begin to dissolve, gradually melting away like a sky full of stars.

Right when it hit the ground, the pitch-black weapon completely dissolved into Sikong Jing’s hands.

Those starlike spots also floated down to the ground, landing on at least half of the people from both sides of the conflict.

After that, the entire place fell silent again, with Yuwen Guan’s army looking at each other in bewilderment.

What was that about?

It seemed like getting hit by those tiny stars didn’t feel like much, apart from a slight itchiness on the body.

“Hahaha… Sikong Jing, what are you playing at, an Illusion Technique?”

Finally, at that moment, Yuwen Guan burst into mad laughter.

He had been scared silly too, but he had felt those starlike things as well, and they were really nothing at all.

It was like being hit by sand, with no energy or discomfort.

“So it was just an Illusion Technique, damn, you scared me to death.”

“Sikong Jing is truly laughable, to think he was forced to resort to using Illusion Techniques in battle.

But it looks like his Illusion Technique is still very amateur, it broke down instantly, it’s damn hilarious.”

The soldiers in Yuwen Guan’s army burst into various loud laughs, continually mocking Sikong Jing.

In their eyes, Sikong Jing had simply failed with his Illusion Technique.

However, Sikong Jing was unfazed, standing tall on the back of a Transcendent Demon Beast, gazing at the Five Dragons Admiral and the others, and asked in a low voice, “How do you feel, have the True Qi Locks on your bodies been released?”

He was very confident in the terrifying demon beasts of the Ten Thousand Beasts Sky Prison, but he still wanted to make sure.

“True Qi Lock?”

The leader of the Five Dragons Admiral, Luu Ji, paused for a moment, then moved his body.

“No, it hasn’t been released.”

Boom!

The next instant, the True Qi of someone from the Transcendent Fourth Realm surged to the sky, and a firm female voice said, “Divine Commander Sikong, I’ve released mine!”

It was none other than Zhe Qiangwei, the female general of the Five Dragons Admiral.

Boom, boom, boom, boom…

Then a series of thunderous noises erupted, with strands of True Qi piercing the clouds and revealing the sun.

Around Sikong Jing, where the giant spider leg had struck, all of his Personal Soldiers had their True Qi Locks undone.

One look showed more than double the number of people.

Next, over half a million soldiers roared in unison, excitedly declaring, “Divine Commander Sikong, we’ve all released ours!”

And Yuwen Guan’s entire army was dumbfounded, their laughter immediately vanishing without a trace, leaving them staring agape.

What had just happened wasn’t an Illusion Technique, but an unknown treasure capable of instantly undoing True Qi Locks.

This was a big problem now!

Sikong Jing closed his eyes deeply and said hoarsely, “All soldiers obey, those who have released their True Qi Locks, chase down Yuwen Guan to death.

Those who haven’t, immediately fall back and select ten thousand people to unlock the locks for others.”

“Ah Hu, Old Zhang, Fan Zhong Moyang, you lead the troops to protect those who haven’t unlocked yet.”

Continuing, Sikong Jing swept his gaze over everyone present, “I will take the demon beasts back to Yunzhou City.

This time, disobedience is not an option.”

After speaking, Sikong Jing led thousands of demon beasts and charged out.
