Berserk God of War

Chapter 686: Chapter 686: The One Who Killed Your Master, Sikong Jing

When Mo Sang saw the approaching figure, he gasped, ”Lian Kegu, why is it you again?”

Mo Sang’s entire body trembled. Lian Kegu’s words had already proven that he came with ill intentions.

”Why can’t it be me?”

”It’s not just our Holy Dragon Academy that wants to kill Wang Ge. Now the War Soul Dynasty, Xingluo Academy, and Heavenly Dao Academy all want to kill him too.”

Lian Kegu spoke coldly, his face twisted to an extreme.

Mo Sang trembled again, for everyone knew how closely related Wang Ge was with Sikong Jing!

Everyone knew that Sikong Jing had slain the Sect Master Mo Ci for Wang Ge’s sake.

Of course, the majority of the forces, out of regard for the Wangyou Sect, wouldn’t retaliate against Wang Ge directly. They wanted to kill but couldn’t, just like Lian Kegu who had just passed by, joyfully leaving after securing two favors.

Under no necessary circumstances would anyone wish to be the mortal enemy of the Wangyou Sect.

But now, why had Lian Kegu come back?

”Lian Kegu, why do so many superpowers want to kill me? How have I offended them?”

At this moment, Sikong Ling asked, her face full of confusion, completely unable to understand.

Narrowing his eyes slightly, Lian Kegu mockingly countered, ”Do you want to know who killed your master, Mo Ci?”

This question startled Sikong Ling, but she immediately responded, ”Shen Qingye and Tan Yue of the Long Night Saint Dragon Palace, my Great Elder said so.”

Her voice was still mild, but thick doubts surged in her heart. Could it be that this wasn’t the truth?

”Ha, hahaha...”

Lian Kegu’s response to Sikong Ling was a burst of crazed laughter, followed by, ”Of course not, the person who killed your master is...”

”Lian Kegu, our Wangyou Sect already owes you two favors, isn’t that enough?”

Before Lian Kegu could finish, Mo Sang interrupted him furiously.

She just couldn’t understand why Lian Kegu was so intent on destroying the Young Sect Master of the Wangyou Sect. Mo Sang growled even more grimly, ”Aren’t you afraid of offending the Wangyou Sect?”

After speaking, her entire body’s True Qi erupted, a terrifying presence similar in the Reverse Soul Realm.

But her cultivation was not of the ”Supreme Forget Love Technique,” but another cultivation technique of the Wangyou Sect. Thus, her strength had a sizeable gap compared to Mo Ci’s, and she was only at the First Stage of Reverse Soul Realm.

Lian Kegu shifted his gaze away from Sikong Ling and didn’t immediately reveal the truth, rather responding to Mo Sang’s question.

”Afraid? Of course, I’m afraid.”

”But I’ve come to realize, if I kill the person who killed Mo Ci, wouldn’t that offend your Wangyou Sect even more... When Wang Ge fully matures, wouldn’t he just kill me alive?”

Killing Sikong Jing certainly wouldn’t offend the current Wangyou Sect, it might even pass as a favor to them.

But, it would offend the future Wangyou Sect.

Once Wang Ge becomes the Sect Master, a Reverse Soul Realm powerhouse, he surely would seek revenge for Sikong Jing.

The Reverse Soul Realm of those who cultivate ”Supreme Forget Love Technique” is extremely terrifying.

Far more fearsome than Reverse Soul powerhouses of ordinary cultivation techniques. If Sikong Jing had not launched a sudden sneak attack with Iron Bone Flying Vulture, severely injuring Instructor Mo Ci at the start, he would not have likely succeeded in killing him.

However, Mo Sang shook her head furiously, contending, ”Absolutely not, I can assure you.”

”You must know the attribute of the ’Supreme Forget Love Technique.’ By that time, all hatred will be forgotten, leaving only heartlessness.”

This is a widely recognized fact in the East Plain Northern Land — Mo Ci also mentioned this to Sikong Jing before his death.

Once Sikong Jing dies, the heartless attribute of the ”Supreme Forget Love Technique” will erupt, making Wang Ge increasingly heartless and indifferent, gradually dismissing all past hatred with a smile.

Therefore, the future Wang Ge will not seek revenge for her brother.

”I see, it seems to be the case, but...”

”I just want Wang Ge to hurry up and die, my daughter Lian Zhiyu died, and my Blood Refining Chasing Dragon also died because of him.”

”That bastard made me suffer so much, I also must make him experience the same pain.”

Lian Kegu’s eyes were dense with blood, his voice grew colder and more sinister, and his killing intent intensified.

At this moment, Sikong Ling was increasingly bewildered, completely clueless about what they were discussing.

But since she had cultivated the Supreme Forget Love Technique, her expression grew colder and she asked indifferently, ”What exactly are you talking about? Great Elder, who exactly killed my master?”

Sikong Ling was not a fool, she now felt that the whole world was deceiving her.

Even stranger was why she couldn’t be told the truth, why no one could reveal who really killed her master.

And from Lian Kegu’s words, this person also killed his daughter; even more bizarre was why Lian Kegu insisted on seeking revenge through her, what did she have to do with his daughter’s death?

Shouldn’t he be going after the person who killed his daughter for revenge?

It was simply a complete mess.

Suddenly, Lian Kegu looked at Sikong Ling again, his chilling and terrifying voice rising, ”Wang Ge, the person who killed your master is none other than the person you love most, his name is...”

Boom!

Before Lian Kegu could finish, Mo Sang roared hysterically, ”Lian Kegu, I will kill you!”

In an instant, ice and snow gathered, and the furious power of the Reverse Soul Realm fiercely bombarded Lian Kegu, who must not be allowed to reveal it.

However, Lian Kegu simply caught it nonchalantly, and he continued, ”His name is...”

The next moment, another roar erupted in the forest, ”Lian Kegu, I’m here, come and kill me!”

With these words, the combat aura instantly solidified.

Lian Kegu and Mo Sang both looked towards the source of the voice, they didn’t see who it was, but they already had an answer in their minds.

Sikong Jing had come, he had actually found this place, all to prevent Lian Kegu from telling Wang Ge the truth.

”Lian Kegu, I killed your daughter and I also poisoned your Blood Refining Demon Dragon.”

”Everything stemmed from me, it has nothing to do with Wang Ge, now come and kill me for your revenge!”

Sikong Jing finally arrived, but he dared not show himself, dared not let his sister see...

Even after eight or nine years had passed, he still feared that his sister would recognize him instantly, which would undo all his efforts.

Simultaneously, Great Elder Mo Sang also reacted, shouting, ”Lian Kegu, the culprit is here, go ahead and kill him.”

Sikong Jing’s arrival was timely; in protecting Wang Ge, his intentions aligned with the Wangyou Sect.

Meanwhile, Sikong Ling stood motionless.

Also staring towards the source of the voice, she felt that the voice seemed familiar, but she couldn’t quite remember clearly, recalling that this tone of voice seemed much younger than now.

Strange, why would there be a man who, because of her, would let Lian Kegu come to kill him?

In this world, why are there still men who are good to her?

At this moment, Lian Kegu, after being momentarily stunned, couldn’t help but laugh eerily.

Suddenly, he turned towards Sikong Ling again, chuckling maliciously, ”Excellent timing, more excellent than I had hoped... I was truly afraid I wouldn’t get a chance to relish the sight of your agonizing despair.”

After speaking, Lian Kegu suddenly glared with blood-filled eyes at Sikong Ling, then declared, ”The person who killed your master is called Sikong Jing!”
