Surviving The Fourth Calamity

Chapter 107: Chapter 89: The Undead Tribe That Fights At The Slightest Disagreement_2

No wonder there were so many severely injured in the camp, they were only planning to stay temporarily, not to stop and establish a territory.

William, although he doesn’t say much, has very sharp methods!

Hill shook his head and did not continue to inquire.

It’s better to ask Adrian about these matters later. What the players see is from their own perspective, which can sometimes lead them astray due to their peculiar viewpoints.

Telling the two from Snow Cloud Peak to wait below, Hill started drawing again once the Earth Elemental had surrounded them.

When the drawing was finished and he called them back up, Hill saw the leader of the Black and White Path, Mobi Chenxin.

Hill thought about it, and this seemed to be their first meeting. Previously, others from the Black and White Path had come forward, and now Hill finally understood why.

This was a Magician, radiating waves of spatial magic.

Players, unlike the natives, do not control the elemental waves emanating from their bodies or their various auras.

They quite enjoy displaying their elemental properties.

This one swaggered forward, followed by a silver Space Dragon.

Hill realized why it was called a Space Dragon. With a body like a snake, it had two whiskers and two claws beneath it.

Seeing Hill’s attention drawn to the Space Dragon, someone from Snow Cloud Peak laughed, ”Isn’t it fun, Mr. Hill? When Mobi became a Magician, we almost killed him; he was incredibly lucky.”

Hill looked at Mobi Chenxin and nodded in greeting, ”Hello, Mr. Mobi Chenxin.”

”Mr. Hill, hello,” he said, noticing Hill’s gaze fixed on the Space Dragon and laughed, ”We are quite envious, Mr. Hill. You can summon so many Elemental Spirits!

The Space Dragon can only be summoned one at a time, and a contract must be signed.”

Hill blinked, ”This is the first time I’ve seen a Space-Time Warlock.”

”No,” Mobi Chenxin corrected, ”Just space. The attack capabilities are not many, and there are only a few spatial spells. However, we can assemble Warlocks to create a large Space Gate, which although only lasts for one hour, is enough for strategic relocation.”

Hill realized why William holed up in Kexlote and didn’t move—it was possible to use the Warlock for relocation.

”That’s quite good indeed,” Hill said with a hint of envy, ”So, do both sides need a Warlock?”

”Yes. If each side has five people, a small gate can be opened,” Mobi Chenxin replied with a smile, ”The Black and White Path just happens to have over ten.”

”*&%! It’s your good luck!” someone from Snow Cloud Peak said enviously, ”William is up to some secret activity, gathering all the Warlocks together. Mobi just took the opportunity to hook a few.”

Mobi Chenxin rolled his eyes, ”I plan to summon people next to Mr. Hill’s shop. That hill is just right for the center of a territory.”

Hill said, ”Then I’ll go put away the shop first.”

”No need!” Mobi Chenxin laughed, ”It won’t affect anything.”

”During the formation of the territory, any existing magical devices will be defaulted by the territory’s magic array!” Hill explained helplessly, ”Then I can fly directly into it later with my ship, and the defensive magic arrays won’t even send an alarm.”

”Ah! That’s fine for Mr. Hill.”

Hill looked at this peculiarly faced, stubborn man, shook his head, handed the keys to someone from Snow Cloud Peak, and went up to collect the shop.

”Wait, I need to go up too.” Mobi Chenxin quickly set two more keys, then hurried after, ”Those two Magisters seem to be planning to build a house; I need to ask them to leave for a moment.”

”How large can your territory be?” Hill asked while walking, the Earth Elemental happily following him.

”500 square kilometers.”

The size of a Baron’s Domain, Hill thought, wondering if it was possible to expand later.

”That’s just it, no expansion allowed.” Mobi Chenxin muttered as if he knew what Hill was thinking, ”William said, the size of the territory at that time is its permanent size.

Mr. Hill is fortunate, your place on the Alchemy Map shows nearly 5000!”

”An Earl’s Domain is generally ten times the size of a Baron’s Domain,” Hill replied nonchalantly, ”The Territory Order I used allows for the size of an Earl’s Domain.

Moreover, my territory includes those mountains, so the usable area isn’t much.”

”I wish I had mountains too!” Mobi Chenxin complained, ”It would save on building walls.”

”With so many people you have,” Hill said curiously, ”building walls should be easy, right?”

”You have to pay!” he said, turning back, ”Mr. Hill, the Undead Tribe doesn’t work for free.”

”Even if it’s your own clan?” Hill was surprised.

”Ah!” Mobi Chen laughed, ”You don’t think our kind of family would have someone who can properly build a wall, do you?

Even if there are Earth Mages, they specialize in lethal spells like Sinkholes and Earthquakes.

If they can create an Earth Wall, it’s only used to trap people.”

Hill felt as if he had been playing a fake game all along; indeed, there’s always a wall between PvE and PvP.

This pursuit of lethality and control, isn’t it tiring? Where’s the fun in that? Hill pondered quietly.

The two of them walked up to the peak together, and Hensley, with keen eyes, flew over immediately, ”Mr. Polanio, have you finished drawing the array? Did you pay attention to the surroundings?”

Hill turned back and smiled at the Earth Elemental that followed, ”I never usually care about that. Unless there’s a Legendary around, then I would be careful.”

Hensley started laughing, ”Ah! I just knew it, Summoning Magicians are really amazing!”

Hill glanced at him, ”The Undead Tribe has decided to establish a territory here, I need to pack up the shop.”

Hensley’s smiling face vanished immediately, ”So soon? I thought they would contemplate it a bit.”

”No need!” Mobi Chen interjected, ”We had always planned to establish a territory, and it’s even better here with the resources. We aren’t afraid of the distance. A Teleportation Array can be built quickly.”

”Who is this?” Hensley asked, frowning.

”You can see my name,” Mobi Chen replied.

Hill shook his head helplessly, ”He’s asking about your identity.” He turned to Hensley, ”Clan leader of the Black and White Path. Space-Time Warlock, Mr. Mobi Chen, the future master of this territory.”

”Still needs such a complicated introduction!” Mobi Chen muttered, ”Hello! Please, kindly clear the area within 500 kilometers.”

Hensley, with a steely face, nodded at Hill and left.

”Why isn’t he happy?” Mobi Chen asked Hill.

”Maybe you didn’t give him enough respect?”

”We’re both Magisters, why should I treat him with utmost respect?”

”Mr. Hensley is the successor to the Legendary Mage, Miller; people usually show him some respect.” Hill could only explain, ”He’s been quite nice, ah! You’ll understand soon.”

Phillips swooped down on them from the sky.

”Heard you’re setting up a territory?” he said arrogantly, floating mid-air, looking down at Mobi Chen, ”Can you give it up? I want to build a Magic Tower here for Miss Carl.”

”Buzz off!”

”What did you say???”

”I told you to buzz off!” Mobi Chen shouted, ”Come on then! Fight if you dare! See if I’m scared?”

Watching Phillips, whose face turned a livid shade, struggled to find words, Hill had no interest in getting involved and quickly stepped back a few steps, ”Mr. Mobi Chen, I’ll go pack up the shop first.”

Watching Mobi Chen vaguely waving his hand without turning back, Hill, along with the Earth Elemental, circled back to the shop straightforwardly.

Players were still struggling below, even that young master, crouching in a cave fighting Magical Beasts, Hill’s shop was rather quiet with only a few magicians browsing and chatting.

Hill knocked on the shop door, ”Mr. Mobi Chen is having a quarrel; do you want to go and check it out?”

A few people immediately jumped up and rushed out the door.

Hill packed up the shop and transformed it into a ship, even ushering the Earth Elemental onto the ship, and quickly ascended.

Hensley, realizing something was off, came flying up with the Great Mage, Luis, ”Mr. Polanio, can you provide a place to land?”

”Please do,” Hill looked at Srei coming out.

With a slight nod from Srei, Hill knew that the Wood Elemental was already hidden in the bedroom below.

He didn’t plan to invite Hensley and the others into the hall to rest, especially since it seemed like a real fight was about to break out below.
