Just then, the beautiful receptionist came over again.

She said to Su Man, with envy and curiosity: ”Sister Man, you can get off work now, and from now on you will be Mr. Zhang’s exclusive trainer. When he comes, you work; when he doesn’t, you don’t have to work.”

Su Man couldn’t help but think about what Zhang Jingdong had said before he left, hesitantly asking: ”Why?”

”Mr. Zhang just recharged 200,000 yuan on his card, then made that request. I called our boss, and the boss agreed right away.”

Su Man suddenly understood, forcefully maintaining composure, she nodded her head, ”Okay, I got it, thanks!”

”You’re welcome, I’m heading back now.”

As soon as the receptionist walked away, a slight gleam of delight flashed through Su Man’s eyes.

Because if she only served as a personal trainer for Zhang Jingdong, she would almost only need to work two hours a day.

And not only would she get her full salary, but Zhang Jingdong would also tip her more than 2000 yuan; this way, her entire month would be absolutely amazing!

She could even quit her modeling job with no problem at all.

At this moment, a very important thought suddenly struck her: Zhang Jingdong came to the gym on a whim, what if he decides one day that it’s too tiring and suddenly stops coming!

Because many people are like this; they spend a lot at the beginning, come for a few days, and then never show up again because of one reason or another.

Thinking of this, Su Man suddenly had an idea: she must not let Zhang Jingdong get too tired during training, and she also got to give him a really good experience here so that he would keep coming.

Should she... dress a bit sexier next time?

He sneakily watched her for a long time just now, he must be interested in her figure.

At that thought, Su Man suddenly covered her face: Su Man, have you gone mad? He’s An Lu’s boyfriend, and you’re actually, just for money...

But another thought quickly came to her mind: She wasn’t doing anything with him, and she was just trying to make money. Otherwise, how could she withstand the inappropriate demands from her sleazy boss?

And if she didn’t become Zhang Jingdong’s personal trainer, the kind of people she’d meet at the gym would definitely be a mixed bag, among whom would be many far worse than Zhang Jingdong.

She suddenly realized another point: Maybe the reason Zhang Jingdong wanted her as his personal trainer was to protect her?

Thinking this, she subconsciously briskly walked to a nearby large glass window and looked down.

She happened to see Zhang Jingdong pulling out his car keys and heading towards a bright orange sports car.

Su Man was instantly astonished: ”Oh my god, this guy is so rich, he can actually afford such a fancy sports car!”

”No wonder he can easily buy An Lu a house, just now he spent tens of thousands in this gym in one go.”

While she was in awe, she suddenly noticed two scantily clad beauties approaching him.

He chatted with them with a smile for a while, even let them sit in his car, and finally, he even exchanged contact information with one of the beauties.

Su Man was immediately infuriated and thought about grabbing her phone to call An Lu.

But halfway there, she stopped again.

Because it occurred to her: someone as supremely rich and handsome as Zhang Jingdong must have many women around him.

With so many temptations he faces, like the two proactive beauties downstairs just now, even if he didn’t want to be fickle, it would probably be difficult.

Following this line of thought, Su Man quickly thought of another point: Perhaps An Lu knew about Zhang Jingdong’s other women, but she chose to overlook it.

Very possible!

After all, Zhang Jingdong is just too rich!

Just the way he effortlessly buys someone an Audi A6, and then smoothly buys a house, it’s probably hard for anyone to withstand his approaches.

At this moment, Su Man completely gave up the idea of calling An Lu.

Because she vaguely felt that even if she told An Lu about this, she would likely forgive Zhang Jingdong and continue to be with him.

And even though she herself had told her, it might instead cause a rift between them.

After all, first, if An Lu chose to continue being with Zhang Jingdong, it indicated that she valued their relationship more.

Secondly, if An Lu asked a bit, then her working as Zhang Jingdong’s personal trainer wouldn’t be easy to explain.

At this moment, Su Man felt somewhat confused and sad as she sighed: There’s no way to handle a guy with such capability!

While Su Man was tangled in her thoughts, Zhang Jingdong had already started his car, heading straight for Spring Breeze Garden.

Although he wasn’t interested in those two women who approached him earlier, after all, they were pretty, albeit a bit materialistic, but they spoke in such a soft and cute manner.

So he fulfilled their request to ride in a car.

As for the phone number, he ultimately left them with Lu Yuan’s phone number.

After all, this guy loves chatting with beauties, and it might just create an opportunity for him.

In less than half an hour, Zhang Jingdong arrived at Spring Breeze Garden.

After parking the car, he glanced at the time; it was almost 6 o’clock.

He pondered for a moment, then sent Liu Siwen a message: Where are you? Have you eaten?

In less than 10 seconds, Liu Siwen replied: I’m studying with her in the classroom building, we haven’t eaten, she hasn’t either!

Zhang Jingdong enjoys conversations with smart people and sent another message: Such good students who love to study, as a reward, if you bring her to my restaurant for a meal, you’ll get a 10% discount whenever you visit my restaurant in the future!

Liu Siwen: Are you sure?

Zhang Jingdong: A gentleman’s words are not to be taken lightly.

Liu Siwen: Alright, you wait at the restaurant, I’ll definitely bring her over!

Zhang Jingdong smiled at his phone, then put it back in his pocket and headed to the restaurant.

Since the first two days of the opening, when he helped out at the restaurant, Zhang Jingdong had hardly spent more than two hours there.

Now arriving at the restaurant, seeing the bustling yet orderly atmosphere, Zhang Jingdong couldn’t help but silently praise himself for hiring Manager Yuan Mei – truly a worthwhile investment!

With such a capable manager, he could rest easy as a hands-off boss!

He glanced around, didn’t spot Yuan Mei, and proceeded to the front desk.

”Wang Yuan, where is Manager Yuan?”

”She might be in the kitchen; should I go call her for you?”

”No need... Oh, and reserve a table for later.”

”Would you like a private room?”

”No need; a table in the outer area will do, somewhere a bit secluded.”

”Alright, there should be one available soon; I’ll reserve it for you!”

”Great!”

After speaking, Zhang Jingdong turned and went to his office.

He turned on his computer to read some news, when suddenly there was a knock at the door.

He immediately looked up: ”Come in!”

The door opened, and Yuan Mei entered, smiling warmly, ”Boss...”

Zhang Jingdong motioned with his hand: ”Sit.”

Yuan Mei complied.

”How have the sales been at the restaurant recently?”

”Not bad, almost hitting twenty thousand daily, and yesterday was the maximum, twenty-eight thousand.”

Zhang Jingdong nodded approvingly: ”Not bad, I really didn’t choose the wrong person for this, Sister Yuan, you’re truly capable!”

Yuan Mei quickly shook her head: ”It’s mainly due to the positioning, marketing, and location selection you did for our restaurant, and also hiring our head chef here.”

”With these foundations laid by you, it’d be hard for our restaurant to not do well!”

Zhang Jingdong thought to himself, although Yuan Mei may not match An Lu in looks and charm, her ability to flatter was certainly top-notch!

They chatted for a while longer before Zhang Jingdong’s phone rang.

Yuan Mei quickly said, ”Boss, go ahead with your work, I’ll head out now!”

She then turned and left the office.

Zhang Jingdong checked his phone; it was a message from Liu Siwen: We’re on our way, about 5 minutes out. Oh, and I mentioned you to her, she seems really eager to meet you!

Zhang Jingdong immediately replied: Alright, I’ve reserved the table for you, go ahead and start your meal with her, and when you’re almost done, send me a message. I’ll come over and ’coincidentally’ meet you.

Liu Siwen: Understood.
