Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

The figure rushed out. Even if she realized it now, it was too late. She couldn’t avoid him. She could only try her best to avoid getting stabbed in her vital points. Ye Jian, who had already jumped over the railing, reached out her hand and grabbed the iron railing. She used the strength of her arm to support her entire body. She hooked her slender and straight legs and kicked the figure hard.

Hiss!

Even though Ye Jian reacted in time and was already prepared, the figure, who had been waiting for an opportunity to launch a sneak attack, still slashed Ye Jian’s pants and calf with the dagger in his hand.

The pain came instantly. Ye Jian even felt a warm liquid seeping into her leggings.

This time she needs to go to an area that was underdeveloped in all areas. She would have very little contact with the country. She would be heading to the Golden Triangle, one of the three major drug sources in the world.

She would be going alone. When she came back would depend on when she figured out the drug trafficking route that had to do with the missing girls. Whether she could come back alive depended on her.

Hence, the Narcotics Brigade came up with this assessment so that the spy they sent could come back alive.

Many people had already been assessed, including Zhou Niannian, who had gone overseas for a year. However, she didn’t pass Captain Deng’s assessment.

Now, it was Ye Jian’s turn.

The figures encircled Ye Jian. The three of them forced Ye Jian to retreat step by step. Then, three more people came out and slashed at Ye Jian. Although it was an assessment, it was a real assessment. It was normal to be injured.

Ye Jian didn’t allow them to force her into the narrow aisle. She tightened her belt and slammed forward. As two of them fell, Ye Jian pressed her elbow against the chest of a narcotics officer. The moment she fell to the ground, she exerted strength and quickly flipped over the narcotics officer’s head. She pushed herself out of the encirclement and retreated into the wide hall.

The consequence of this method of breaking out of the encirclement was that the only weapon in her hand, her belt, was gone. It was wrapped around the narcotics officer’s arm and could not be retrieved.

When she entered the Yun Province, Ye Jian kept her silver wire in her luggage just in case. The luggage… was with the two narcotics officers who led the way earlier. She couldn’t retrieve it.

Facing the narcotics police who were holding daggers in the dark, Ye Jian fought six people alone with her bare hands.

It wasn’t an easy job to fight six people alone. Moreover, the other party had daggers with them. They didn’t go easy at all and stabbed Ye Jian as though she was a drug dealer.

Without her belt, Ye Jian took off her jacket and wrapped it around her hand to face the attacks of the six figures.

From time to time, the fighting figures would flash past the Wall of Heroes. The figures moved, and the 150-odd narcotics martyrs who were sacrificed watched silently. They seemed to be protecting them and looking forward to the outcome…

A narcotics police officer was knocked down by Ye Jian. At the same time, she snatched the dagger and pressed it against his neck. Because she used too much strength, the sharp edge of the dagger cut through his skin. Blood flowed out.

Before Ye Jian could catch her breath, another narcotics officer stabbed her. His actions were so fierce that Ye Jian narrowed her eyes. She retracted her dagger and hurriedly avoided him.

The narcotics officer, whose dagger was snatched away by Ye Jian, got up and retreated to the side. He didn’t have the right to participate in the female soldier’s assessment anymore.

There were still five people left.

Ye Jian needed to defeat all five of them to pass the first round of combat assessment.

There were no guns or ammunition. It was a pure life-or-death battle. It was quite difficult for Ye Jian, but she could handle it.
