Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

Ye Jian, who had been exposed to the sun and was wearing a training cap, had sweat on her face. Even her eyebrows were drenched in sweat. She returned the other party’s faint but contemptuous gaze.

From the moment Brieth came to the school to now, the students of the National Science University had never argued with him. Every time he provoked them, they would ignore him or smile.

This made Brieth even more arrogant. He thought that the students of the National Science University were weak and easy to bully.

He was used to being polite. Now that he was suddenly provoked by Ye Jian, his first reaction was disbelief. He couldn’t believe that he would be provoked by a student from the National Science University.

In an instant, Brieth exploded.

He clenched his fists so tightly that his knuckles were cracking. He was declaring war on Ye Jian.

What was there to be afraid of?

Song Zhiqiu was getting closer and closer to Ye Jian. Finally, he returned to the starting point. Ye Jian glanced at Brieth coldly. Her figure was like a whirlwind as she completed her 100-meter sprint. She used her fastest speed to go around the flag that marked designated spot.

The 100-meter sprint was just the beginning. The real difficulty lay in the 200-meter and 300-meter sprints in the middle.

At the beginning of the 200 meters, there was the five-step pile. The students had to step firmly while maintaining their center of gravity. The instructor would point out that if they wanted to pursue speed, they had to remember to step firmly or they would sprain their ankle.

This was the first time the new students were completing the 400-meter obstacle course. There were definitely many people who failed the five-step pile. They sprained their ankle until it was as big as a swollen egg. It was so painful that they needed their comrades to carry them into the infirmary to bandage it.

They had to be fast and accurate. While aiming at the target, they had to land accurately. They couldn’t think about acting cool. They had to stand stably and walk quickly. From the first to the third year, as long as the students encountered a 400-meter obstacle course, the instructor would always remind them of these things.

It was unknown how many times Ye Jian had done this from junior high to now. The 400-meter obstacle course wasn’t difficult for her.

In Ye Jian’s freshman year, it was the first time for the new students to complete the 400-meter obstacle training. They were clearly in their prime, but they became no different from old, weak, and crippled soldiers.

Ye Jian had trained five years earlier than the students. When she was still in the military unit deep in the mountains of Shuikou Village, she had been fighting with the soldiers. Hence, she didn’t feel like it was her first time completing the obstacle course despite being a freshman. She completed the 400-meter obstacle course in one go, making for an eye-catching sight.

Even though she didn’t think so, the instructor had his eyes on her from then on.

In the blink of an eye, three years had passed. The memories of her freshmen year were still vivid in her mind. It was as if it was just yesterday.

The students from Manchester and Sedoya were also quite agile. To be able to become exchange students and come to other military schools, their military qualities were quite good. They wouldn’t be lacking. It was difficult for the students from the National Science University had to win every subject.

This was why the instructor looked for Ye Jian at the last minute.

If they lost, they wouldn’t just be losing their reputation.

After the five-step pile, the ’deep pit’ was waiting 200 meters ahead.

There were two forms of passing through the deep pit.

One: Jump into the pit and jump directly over.

Two: Jump into the pit and climb up.

This friendly match was the second.

If the highest difficulty of the 400-meter obstacle course was five stars, then this subject had three stars.
