Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

The facial expressions of the National Science University students who were watching the ’friendly match’ turned cold. Their gazes were cold.

Such people needed to be taught a lesson. After teaching them a lesson, they would become obedient.

Xu Wen adjusted her breathing continuously and clenched her fists tightly. She had been in the military for almost three years, but this was the first time she had the urge to hit someone.

She needed to calm down. She had to run 3,000 meters. It wasn’t worth it to add another 3,000 meters for these bastards. She needed to calm down.

The sun was hot, and the sweat kept flowing. The back of their training clothes was already drenched in sweat. In view of the arrogance of the two students, no matter how hot the sun was, it didn’t melt the coldness in the students’ eyes. They all stared at the field, waiting for the two students to be defeated.

With Ye Jian’s appearance, half of the battle was already won!

Then, they looked at the other students who had stepped out. They were all the top soldiers in each class. Even the students in their class wouldn’t have a good time in their hands, let alone those two arrogant fellows.

The strong instructor walked to Ye Jian’s side and reminded her in a low voice, ”The officer is just putting on a show. Remember what I said just now. You have to attack when you need to. You have to attack beautifully.

”Let them be smug. It’s necessary to let them be smug until they forget themselves. The higher they go, the more miserable their fall. With your experience of torturing us once, you should know how to compete.”

Ye Jian, who was nodding from time to time, didn’t know whether to laugh or cry when she heard the instructor’s last sentence. ”Instructor, when have I ever tortured you before? I only accepted the challenge because the instructors challenged me first.”

”Oh my, are you pretending to be obedient after taking advantage of us? The last time the instructors of the various academies had a meeting, the head instructor directly called us out and said that we were embarrassing. From the first semester onward, we’ve been losing to the female commander, Ye Jian. I still have a 3,000-word self-reflection report in my hands!”

…

Ye Jian, who had tortured all the instructors in the courtyard, nodded and replied seriously, ”Yes, it’s quite a grievance.” Wasn’t it a grievance to reflect on themselves?

”That’s right. I’ll just say it directly. If you can’t win, write the self-reflection report with me. We’ll face this difficulty together and bond as instructor and student.”

The local instructor spoke Mandarin with his local dialect mixed in. Ye Jian said seriously, ”Don’t worry, Instructor. I promise to complete the mission. I’ll have to trouble you to complete the 3,000-word self-reflection alone!”

”Okay, I’ll wait for your success.”

It didn’t matter if she didn’t suffer with the instructor. With a top student, everything they said was right. Seeing that the competition was about to start, the instructor seized the time and reminded her again, ”Remember, the higher you climb, the worse you fall…

”Compete well. Friendship comes first. Friendship comes first. Don’t hurt the harmony.”

From the corners of his eyes, he saw the recorder aimed at the six students from the National Science University. The instructor swallowed his words that were about to reach the tip of his tongue. Instead, he said what he ended up saying.

The first part was for Ye Jian to hear. The last part was for the recorder to hear.

Ye Jian understood everything. ”Friendship comes first. Competition comes second. We encourage each other and coexist peacefully. I remember!”
