Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

The 200-kilometer journey was full of devastation. The spreading flames of war had destroyed Libya into pieces.

The special forces soldiers who came overseas for missions were the most affected, especially the water ghosts. The more they saw, the more silent they became. In the end, they hugged their rifles and didn’t even say a word to each other.

The special forces soldiers from the Xueyu unit didn’t disturb them.

This was a path that one had to take to cleanse one’s soul. In the future, one would understand that peace was not easy. One would also understand the weight of one’s responsibility as a soldier.

The first crossfire point appeared. The wireless communication was no longer silent. Everyone turned on their communication devices and prepared to jump out of the truck at any time.

The waterproof cloth above the truck was folded, and the entire compartment was open so that the special forces soldiers in the truck could observe their surroundings.

The smoke in front was thick. Before the truck entered the war zone, they could already hear gunshots and artillery fire. This was a civil war in Libya. These 31 special forces soldiers were not peacekeepers. They had to choose to take a detour and not participate.

The entire retreat route had been planned. The people on the truck were on guard, and the vehicle started to circle around.

After that, they met a few more crossfire points. They still chose to take a detour. They set off from the second point in the afternoon. After five hours, they finally arrived at Keko Prefecture.

Commander-in-chief Dong and Major General Yang knew that all the special forces soldiers had arrived in Keko Prefecture safely. The two major generals exchanged calls and chatted for a while before hanging up in peace.

Major General Yang was still alright. After all, the special forces soldiers of the Xueyu unit had gone overseas many times to carry out similar missions. He was already used to it.

Commander Dong was different. It wasn’t easy for him to groom a special forces unit. This was his first time sending his special forces unit overseas for a mission. From the moment they went overseas, Commander Dong had been worried about them. He was afraid that bad news would come. He was so worried that many strands of his hair had turned white.

Fortunately, everything went smoothly. The special forces at sea had won their first battle. It also built up confidence for their future development.

The transport plane slowly lifted into the sky. Li Jinnian watched quietly. There was a hidden emotion in the depths of his cold expression that no one could notice. The transport plane started to fly. Li Jinnian saw it and laid his head on the seat. He slowly exhaled.

They could safely return to their country!

”Come, come, come. Let’s stack our hands and celebrate the victory of the Storm Commando Brigade!”

Someone got excited. Then, the cabin became lively. They couldn’t get up and walk around at any time. They all stacked their hands and cheered for the Storm Commando Brigade’s first victory.

”One, two, three! Keep it up, all the best!”

”Keep it up, all the best!”

They stacked their hands and shouted the slogan. Then, they cheered together. Ye Jian’s hand was covered by Xia Jinyuan’s hand. As the slogan was shouted, their gazes met and intertwined.

’Captain Xia, I’m one step closer to you.’

She said with her eyes.

Xia Jinyuan smiled. The paint on his face had been wiped clean. The smile on his handsome and elegant face was faint and affectionate.

He blinked slightly, indicating that he had understood her gaze.

’That’s right, my girl. You’re getting closer and closer to me. I’m so happy that you didn’t give up on me and continued to chase after me despite all the hardships.

’I’m so lucky to finally have you here.’

Ye Jian smiled too. Her smile was as beautiful as a flower.

She was so lucky to finally get close to him.
