Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

The whistle of the competition sounded. The 100-meter sprint was completed in an instant. This was the start. It was also the easiest part of the entire 400-meter obstacle training. The students from Manchester and Sedoya completed the 100-meter sprint with the Chinese students.

The atmosphere of the competition in the venue reached its climax as the distance between the students from the three countries widened. Three students had already passed. The students from Manchester were currently two obstacles ahead of the Chinese students. The Sedoyan students took three tries to pass. In an instant, the distance widened. They were four obstacles behind the Chinese students and six obstacles behind Manchester.

The 400-meter obstacle course consisted of a 100-meter sprint, bypassing the flag, crossing the trench, jumping over a low wall, jumping over a high-plank jump platform, crossing a ladder, crossing a wooden bridge, climbing up a wall, crawling through a low-pile net, passing the low-pile net, circling the wooden bridge, and standing on a pillar.

This was the 400-meter obstacle course in the National Science University. It was also the 400-meter obstacle course in the military unit.

The Xueyu unit and Storm Commando Brigade increased the difficulty of the original 400-meter obstacle course. For example, when you jumped over the short wall, you had to grab something on the short wall. When you jumped over the high platform, you had to take out your gun and shoot. Another example was that there were flames on the low pile net. It could be said that every obstacle was more difficult than the 400-meter obstacle course of the National Science University.

This was one of the differences between the special forces and ordinary military unit training.

The students from the four classes of the National Science University weren’t nervous just because their team was temporarily behind by two obstacles. They knew the team would catch up and do their best.

The third relay was completed. The Chinese student who was two obstacles behind was only nine seconds behind the Manchester student who ran back. Song Zhiqiu took the relay. When they reached the ladder, Song Zhiqiu was already parallel to the student from Manchester. By the time they reached the high wall, Song Zhiqiu was already in the lead.

China became the first in the fifth relay, surpassing the Manchester students by three obstacles.

Cartright had already completed the relay. When he saw the Chinese students surpassing them again, a few of his teeth, which were especially bright because of his tanned skin, almost shattered.

The sixth person was Brieth. He was originally the first, but when he saw that Ye Jian was the last, he immediately requested to change the order. The officer and instructor satisfied his request, so he went from the first to the last runner.

Standing at the side, Cartright gritted his teeth and said, ”Anselm might not be able to surpass the Chinese students. Brieth, you’re our hope of defeating the Chinese!”

They wanted to win. They really wanted to win. Only by winning would they be able to leave this extremely bad place and go to West Point which they yearned for the most.

They couldn’t wait any longer!

If possible, they really wanted to leave today!

Song Zhiqiu climbed over the wire fence. As he crawled forward, his sweat dripped on the dust on the wire fence. His face was all sweaty as he climbed over with dust all over his body.

After the fifth relay, it was Ye Jian’s turn to appear. Brieth provoked Ye Jian silently. He was tall. As long as he raised his chin and looked down, he would have a disdainful expression.

The hostility was too deep. It was difficult for Ye Jian to ignore it.
