Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

The special forces soldiers, who had rested for less than an hour in the camp of the Chinese town of Covil, set off again. This time, they only needed to take care of themselves and reach Keko Prefecture safely.

As such, even the special forces soldiers who were not resting looked relaxed.

Xia Jinyuan found Ye Jian in the cafeteria. She was hugging her gun and sitting in a corner of the cafeteria. She had fallen asleep with a slight frown on her face.

Seeing that she was sleeping soundly, Xia Jinyuan couldn’t bear to disturb her.

However, they were about to leave, so he had to wake her up.

Ye Jian woke up very quickly. Before Xia Jinyuan could get close, she suddenly opened her eyes. Her gaze was as cold as an arrow as she looked at the approaching man.

After seeing who it was, Ye Jian closed her eyes again. Even her unnatural frown disappeared. There was a faint smile on her face.

So it was Captain Xia. She could continue sleeping.

Her affectionate actions made Xia Jinyuan sigh softly. He knelt on one knee and half-squatted in front of her. His gaze was filled with gentleness.

Her hair was a little long. A few strands of black hair covered her eyes playfully. Xia Jinyuan reached out his hand and brushed away the strands of hair with his slender fingers, revealing her full and delicate forehead.

Just like him, in order to hide her true appearance, she didn’t even wipe away the paint on her face. She was a female soldier and would attract more attention. Before she reached the camp, she specially put on a layer of paint. Now, the paint on her face was so thick that one could leave marks on the surface.

His slender fingers tucked her hair away and slowly brushed across her face reluctantly. His fingers were warm, and there were traces of love on his fingertips. Ye Jian, who felt his gentleness, couldn’t help but tilt her head and rub against his fingers gently. She was like a bird that was greedy for his gentleness and couldn’t bear to leave.

Xia Jinyuan, who was half-squatting on one knee, slowly leaned forward and kissed Ye Jian’s forehead gently. He didn’t leave immediately. Instead, he stuck close to her…

Ye Jian, who had her eyes closed, raised her hand and touched his face accurately. She asked in a low voice, ”Is everything settled?”

As she asked, Xia Jinyuan raised his head and ended the loving kiss. ”Yes, it’s settled.”

”It’s good that things are fine. Aren’t you going to sleep? The cafeteria is quiet and empty. You can sleep for a while.” Ye Jian had just woken up. She was tired, so her voice was low. It was obvious that she wanted to continue sleeping.

Xia Jinyuan, whose fingers were still touching her cheek, felt his heart ache. He kissed her forehead again, then her nose bridge. Occasionally, his lips would land on hers. His lips were very soft and gentle as he sucked on her lips.

”We can’t sleep anymore. The transport plane can’t enter Yeni. We need to go to Keko Prefecture 226 kilometers away. We have to leave. We’ll sleep in the vehicle, okay?”

The transport plane couldn’t enter Yeni, so they needed to go to Keko Prefecture.

Ye Jian’s sleepy mind suddenly woke up. She didn’t close her eyes anymore and stared at the man who had just kissed her. ”Have you gathered the rest?”

”Not yet. There are still five minutes left.”

After ending the intimate moment, Xia Jinyuan stood up first and reached out his hand. He looked at her gently with his dark eyes. ”You can sleep in the vehicle. If you’re lucky, you can sleep all the way to Keko.”

Ye Jian grabbed his hand and stood up. She smiled and said, ”That’s impossible. Keko is more than 200 kilometers away from us. The entire Libya is in chaos now.”
