I Just Started College, How Could I Become a Part-Time Papa?!

Chapter 109: Chapter 78: He’s Not Like Other Boys

Chen Yuan didn’t dare make any big movements. He lowered his phone’s volume and scrolled through some videos.

But before long, he heard the little nephew’s cries. The boy was crying out for his mommy.

Fang Youning woke up at that moment too. On instinct, she slipped on her slippers, went into the bedroom, and carried the child out.

”Mommy went out to work. She’ll be back soon. Auntie will pat you, don’t cry.”

Fang Youning was a little flustered. Her attempts at comforting him only made things worse; he started crying even louder. She shot Chen Yuan a pleading look.

”Here, let me take him.”

Chen Yuan took the child, and his crying immediately subsided. After a little coaxing, he was fine.

’I have to say, this ’100% Affinity’ skill is just way too overpowered.’

”I’m going to go change my pants, then we can head out?” Fang Youning asked.

Chen Yuan had also noticed the grease stain on her pants. He didn’t think it was a big deal, but he figured a beautiful girl like Fang Youning wouldn’t be able to stand it.

”Yeah, go ahead.”

Fang Youning went to the bathroom. When she came out again, her pants had been replaced by a skirt. The hemline wasn’t too long, but not too short either, resting just above her knees.

She still had on the same pair of nude-colored stockings. This outfit was much more fresh and natural, and the ”newlywed wife” vibe had completely vanished.

”Is this outfit okay? No one will mistake me for the baby’s mom now, right?”

It seemed she was quite concerned about that.

”It’s fine, but be careful not to expose yourself.”

”Hehe...”

Fang Youning laughed. ”Actually, it’s a skort.”

As she spoke, she even lifted the hem of her skirt.

”Even with a skirt this long, you’re still pulling this stunt? Isn’t that just pure deception?”

’There he goes again, saying things like that... Are all guys like this?’

”If I didn’t wear one of these, I’d have to wear safety shorts, and this is more comfortable.”

”It’s all deceptive stuff anyway. There’s no trust left between people anymore.”

”But...”

Fang Youning pouted. ”There’s trust between *us*. Not with other people.”

”Good point.”

Chen Yuan looked at the little nephew. ”Do you need to go pee-pee?”

”Yeees~~~”

”Let’s go. First, we’ll go free up some memory, and then we can head out.”

”To the amusement park, the amusement park...”

”That’s right, I’m taking you to the amusement park.”

Chen Yuan took the little nephew to the bathroom. Fang Youning followed behind, feeling like she couldn’t be of much help with this kind of thing.

When they got to the bathroom, there was a drying rack inside. Hanging on it were the child’s little clothes, as well as a few sets of underwear.

The styles, however, were vastly different.

There were lacy ones in several different colors, very sexy.

But there were also white cotton ones with red polka dots, and yellow cotton ones with white lace trim—very girly, and not at all sexy.

It was hard to imagine that styles for a young girl and a grown woman would be in the same place.

But since Fang Youning also stayed here sometimes, it all made sense. They must belong to the two sisters.

’See, *this* is the most basic form of trust between people. What’s the meaning of wearing shorts and disguising them with a skirt!’

”Didn’t I just teach you how to do this? You do it.”

”Oh, oh, okay...”

Fang Youning’s face was as red as a branding iron fresh from the furnace.

She looked like she was about to explode!

’This is so embarrassing!’

’He can definitely guess which sets are mine. He saw everything!’

’How am I ever going to face him again!’

’WAAAH—’

Chen Yuan went out, leaving the two of them in the bathroom, and went to the entryway to put on his shoes.

”Chen Yuan...”

He had just started tying his shoelaces when he heard Fang Youning’s voice.

”What’s wrong?”

”I’m having a little trouble with him.”

”It’s just a trip to the bathroom. What’s there to have trouble with?”

He took his shoes off again and walked toward the bathroom, but he didn’t go in, just stood at the door.

”You don’t even know to whistle for him?”

”I’m too embarrassed to hold it... Why don’t you come in...”

Chen Yuan opened the bathroom door. The intimate apparel had all been put away, though he had no idea where.

’So much for the amusement park. Maybe I should just take the little nephew on an indoor treasure hunt in the bathroom.’

This wasn’t the woods; you couldn’t just fire at will. Chen Yuan helped correct the trajectory and prepare for launch.

The little nephew couldn’t stop giggling. He thought this was a fun game.

On a more serious note, the little nephew’s problem did require attention. He couldn’t have surgery right now, so personal hygiene was important.

”When your sister gets back, tell her it’s a little long here, and she should try to take care of it at home.”

”Agh... You’re so annoying!”

Fang Youning stomped her foot in embarrassment. ”That’s not what I meant! I just don’t understand... I don’t know how to tell my sister.”

”Just repeat what I said to her. She’s experienced, she’ll definitely understand.”

”Oh, oh...”

Fang Youning only half-understood. She glanced at her little nephew again.

’If Chen Yuan said it’s long, then it must be long. It’s just that she had no frame of reference; she didn’t know what was considered long and what was short.’

’Besides, it doesn’t seem to get in the way of him peeing. Her sister had never mentioned anything about it, otherwise she would have taken him to the hospital long ago. Why did Chen Yuan make it sound like such a serious issue?’

”Stop staring. There’s no way I’m letting you see.”

”You’re so annoying! You’re still talking about it! I’m not being friends with you anymore.”

Chen Yuan let out a chuckle and came out of the bathroom with the little nephew, who was now done peeing.

”Pour some warm water for him and put it in a thermos. Grab a few diapers and some wet wipes, too. Get all that stuff ready; we might need it while we’re out.”

”Don’t rush me, I have to find everything.”

”I’m not rushing.”

Following Chen Yuan’s instructions, Fang Youning found everything they needed and packed it all into a small backpack.

Once everything was ready, they went downstairs. Fang Youning called for a ride-hail, and they went to the nearby Wanda Plaza, heading to the indoor amusement park inside.
