Return of the Antagonistic Lady Boss

Chapter 101: Chapter 101: [Thanks to 82o88jiu54 and Heshibi + Extra]

This is Qian’s second time standing in this university as a student.

The freshmen registration was crowded with people everywhere.

She stood on the school’s lawn, looking at the giant stone engraved with the four characters of BD Normal University, touching the red letters on the stone with her fingers, feeling a nostalgic sensation.

In past and present lives, she had been admitted to this school a total of 3 times.

In her past life, she took the exam twice. The first time, the acceptance letter was hidden, leaving her to miss the opportunity. The second time, with the help of a mysterious person, she retook the exam, entering the school two years later than now.

The engraved stone still looked the same as in her past life.

The major was still the same, the school was still the same, but the classmates she encountered were no longer from the same batch as before.

After paying the tuition, receiving various materials, and registering, it was time to assign dormitories, usually based on the faculty. The earlier one arrived, the better the choice, and since Qian came relatively early, she still had some choice.

Though they called it a choice, it actually meant choosing between a six-person or a four-person room. The six-person room faced the sun, while the four-person room was away from it. The four-person room was more expensive, and since it was a key university, the conditions were considered quite good within the country, with independent bathrooms and washbasins, and phones into which you could insert a 200 card. There were bunk beds, no internet yet, and computers wouldn’t be popularized for another two years.

This pretentious girl, Qian, who disliked interacting with people, actually wanted a single room the most, but under the current conditions, that was obviously impossible. The school had rules that required students to stay on campus before the second year, so she could only choose a four-person room.

When Qian came here in her past life, the school’s new dorm building had already been completed, unlike the current old dorm building, and Qian suddenly remembered.

There seemed to be a legend about this old dorm building; it’s said that next year, a girl would jump from the upstairs to commit suicide. These legendary events were never in short supply in universities, and by the time Qian enrolled a year later, this incident had been passed down as one of the campus supernatural events.

In reality, where were there any ghosts? It was just students finding something to talk about out of boredom.

However, if you calculate it, that girl who jumped off the building should be in the same class as me now, what was her name...

Qian stood in front of the dorm, frowning, thinking that girl seemed to be in the same major as her.

Dong, what was it? The reason she remembered this surname was because it was too unique. Qian had a good memory, so she had a bit of an impression.

It’s said that after she jumped off, she would run along the old dorm corridor every full moon night, wearing long white clothes and long hair...

Of course, this is pure nonsense, narrated vividly, yet no one could see it. That’s university for you; you’d be embarrassed to call yourself old without spreading a top ten supernatural events narrative.

”Dong Yi! Slow down a bit!”

Yes, that’s the name! Qian massaged her temples, turned around, and saw a tall girl walking in front, in a long white dress. Behind her followed a man slightly shorter than her, looking to be in his thirties.

”Dong Yi, why are you walking so fast? Almost couldn’t catch up.” The man accidentally bumped into Chen Chao, who was helping Qian carry her bag, and gave Chen Chao an apologetic smile, with Chen Chao waving his hand, indicating it was okay.

Qian sighed silently; so this was the girl who would jump, the girl who would be ranked among the top three of the school’s supernatural events.

Unexpectedly, on the first day of entering the school, she met the real person involved in the supernatural event. Of course, at this time, Dong Yi hadn’t jumped yet; just by her appearance, this girl was aloof, rarely showing expressions on her face, seeming somewhat arrogant. The man following her kept nagging, yet she said nothing.

”Qian’er, do you know her?” Chen Chao asked, seeing Qian staring at the girl.

”It’s nothing...” Qian abruptly stopped, speechless, watching the future protagonist of one of the top three supernatural events enter room 4-444.

Yes, this peculiar dorm room number is Qian’s dorm room.

Why such an unusual name? Dorm room names are usually determined based on the building number plus floor and room number. Qian chose a four-person room, and only this one was left, building 4, floor 4, room 44, 4444...

This eerie name, coupled with a future roommate who would jump off, made Qian feel that her university life might be quite eventful.

When Qian and Chen Chao entered room 4444, besides the mysterious girl Dong Yi, there were a few people, one petite girl commanding those who came with her to help make her bed.

When Qian saw her face, she twitched her mouth.

”Chao...”

”What’s the matter, Qian’er?”

”Is it still possible to switch dorms?” she asked, seeing those people, she’d rather stay in a six-person room, which would be better than this!

Chen Chao looked at Qian with confusion, not understanding why she wanted to switch right after entering the room.

”Probably not. During registration, they said once allocated, you couldn’t change. If you want to adjust, you’ll have to wait until next semester.”

A gust of cold wind swept through Qian’s heart, thinking, what kind of luck is this?

4444, this number, really ominous!

Not only did she have to share with a future ghost girl, but this petite one was also no worry-free!

The world is vast, yet sometimes, it feels very small.

Clearly, she had started university earlier than in her past life, so theoretically, the chance of encountering familiar faces should be low since her class should still be high school students.

But...

In a campus this size, entering two years early, a dorm of 4 people; she encountered 2 she knew!

The tall, expressionless high-cold girl was the future ghost girl.

The short, chubby-faced girl was a future patient of Qian’s...

Qian clearly remembered when she treated Shi Yu, she was already a top psychologist in the country.

The reason she remembered Shi Yu was not only because she was the eldest daughter of the Shi Family Pharmaceutics, whose family had plenty of money; Qian gave her three treatments, and the Shi Family gave her 5 million, which was a huge sum of money.

But what troubled Qian was that she didn’t know whether taking that 5 million was guilty or not.

Because Shi Yu had a very rare psychological disorder.

Not to mention domestically, globally, there weren’t many cases of this psychological disorder either.

This rare psychological disorder was called alternation personality, professionally known as dissociative fugue disorder. Simply put, they refused to acknowledge who they were, fabricating a false identity and living with this non-existent identity, completely forgetting who they were before, what they were called, what they did, and what experiences they had.

And the reason Qian felt a bit guilty for taking the 5 million was due to her treating Shi Yu.

She cured Shi Yu, awakened her sealed memories, yet these memories led to this girl’s downfall and demise...
