The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

Chapter 367: Chapter 367: Polite and Cute Chapter 367: Chapter 367: Polite and Cute Little Taotie pursed her lips and giggled quietly, determined not to tell him.

Gu Yixing, feeling helpless, could only continue to feed her.

He discovered that feeding the little girl was a very interesting thing to do.

Not until the fruit plate was empty did he realize that he had unwittingly fed her so much.

Even though he was a careless man, he now reacted with concern and quickly picked up Little Taotie, touching her little belly, “Did you eat too much? Should we go to the hospital to check?”

Being tickled on the stomach by him, Little Taotie giggled, “I didn’t eat too much, I can eat a lot more!”

Gu Bei hurriedly stepped forward to explain, “Little Taotie’s appetite is naturally big, it’s okay, we’ve already done various checks, and her body is very healthy, there’s no problem.”

Little Taotie nodded vigorously, “Yeah! Do you want to see the report?”

Little Taotie thought she should keep the report in her pocket from now on, so the next time someone worried about her overeating, she could show it to them!

Seeing Little Taotie’s rosy complexion, which indeed didn’t look like there was a problem, Gu Yixing finally relaxed.

Before filming the show, the production team had given Cheng Lu a heads-up that she would need to cook in this episode.

Therefore, she had crammed in advance, inviting several chefs to her home to learn cooking skills.

Persistence pays off, and she finally managed to prepare a table of dishes that were presentable.

“Dinner’s ready!” With the last dish of steamed mandarin fish placed on the table, Cheng Lu called out.

Little Taotie scampered to the table, too short to see properly, she stood on her tiptoes and could just about see the dishes on the table.

A full table of delicious food!

“Did Mother Cheng make all of this?” she asked, tilting her head towards Cheng Lu.

Cheng Lu smiled and nodded, feeling a little proud in her heart.

During the meal, King of Film Xu, who had anorexia, ate a lot more than usual; it seemed that his appetite always improved when he saw Little Taotie.

Gu Yixing was a top star and usually very controlled, but today he also ate a lot, it seemed that watching Little Taotie eat, he subconsciously picked up more food with his chopsticks.

When Little Taotie saw that they had stopped eating, she asked, “Are you all full?”

Cheng Lu nodded and quietly loosened her belt by one notch.

Little Taotie asked, “Can I finish everything?”

“Go ahead, eat up!” Cheng Lu was already very familiar with Little Taotie’s appetite, so she had purposely made a lot this time.

With a cheer, Little Taotie, although eating quickly, did not use her hands to grab the food but made an effort to use chopsticks and a spoon. She still paid a lot of attention to dining etiquette.

She kept reminding herself to eat elegantly, to be a likable child, not to be like her twin brother and sister who couldn’t control themselves and grabbed food with their hands when they saw something tasty; that was just too dirty.

Dirty kids are not likable!

After Little Taotie finished eating, she even wiped her mouth with a small napkin and politely said, “I’m done eating, thank you for the meal!”

Everyone, including the staff, was amused by Little Taotie’s manner, no one could dislike a polite and cute child.

While Little Taotie went to wash her hands, Cheng Lu and King of Film Xu were in charge of cleaning up the dishes and chopsticks. Gu Yixing, as the guest, was invited to the tea area and was not expected to help.

When Little Taotie came back from washing her hands, she found only Gu Yixing alone and asked in confusion, “Where’s Mother Cheng?”

“Washing the dishes,” Gu Yixing answered.

Little Taotie rolled up her sleeves and hurriedly ran to the kitchen shouting, “Put everything down, all of it!”

Cheng Lu was startled and almost failed to hold onto her bowl, puzzled by Little Taotie’s hurried entrance.

With a milky voice, Little Taotie said, “Let me do the dishes! I’m the best at washing dishes, they’ll be super clean!”
