The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

Chapter 248: Chapter 248: Spend the Rest of Your Life Reforming Chapter 248: Chapter 248: Spend the Rest of Your Life Reforming Tao Yinyin was anxious and restless, unable to sleep.

She didn’t know how Tao Shen would deal with her.

Fortunately, he had not killed her.

Having finally had the chance to start anew, there were still many things she had not done.

The next morning, a foreign psychologist arrived at the welfare institute.

When Tao Yinyin saw the psychologist, she had a bad feeling.

“Come, draw a picture,” Liu Aiguo handed her paper and a pen.

Tao Yinyin didn’t take them, completely ignoring him.

Liu Aiguo sighed, frowning and shaking his head as if Tao Yinyin was terminally ill.

The headmaster became worried and invited Liu Aiguo outside to ask, “Is the illness very serious?”

“Very serious. Remaining in the welfare institute, without appropriate treatment, she will continue fasting, followed by anorexia, then slowly become depressed, and eventually, there might be self-harm,” he said.

“That can’t be true, can it?”

“This is my business card. Contact me if there’s any issue.”

The headmaster took it, feeling uneasy, and asked the middle-aged woman to keep a closer watch on Tao Yinyin.

Tao Yinyin, not having faced Tao Shen’s revenge, felt a bit more at peace and breathed a sigh of relief.

She had already played dumb, she was even on the brink of starvation, yet Liu Mingzhu showed no pity. Tao Yinyin’s eyes hardened as she decided to resort to her last move.

The frail figure stumbled to the wall and began banging her head against it.

Fortunately, the headmaster had asked the middle-aged woman to keep an eye on her. The woman rushed over to hold her, asking anxiously, “What are you doing?”

With tears clouding her eyes, Tao Yinyin solemnly chanted, “Mom, Mom, Mom…”

The middle-aged woman finally managed to coax her to sleep and went to the headmaster’s office, where she scolded Liu Mingzhu fiercely, “You are so heartless! If I hadn’t stopped her in time, she would’ve banged her head against the wall!”

“Banged her head against the wall!” The headmaster stood up abruptly, pulling out Liu Aiguo’s business card from his pocket.

Just as Liu Aiguo had said, self-harm had indeed occurred.

At this moment, the headmaster had complete trust in Liu Aiguo.

After making a phone call and waiting a while, the phone was picked up, and the laid-back voice of Liu Aiguo came through, “Hello, who is it?”

“It’s me, the headmaster of the welfare institute, the one you’ve visited.”

“Oh, oh, oh, I remember.”

“The situation you mentioned has happened! What should we do now?”

“Are you saying… the child has self-harmed?”

“Yes!”

“Ah, then I’m afraid there’s only one option… to send her to the Psychiatric Hospital.”

The headmaster hung up the phone, his face extremely solemn.

In conventional thought, the Psychiatric Hospital wasn’t considered a good place.

A perfectly sane person could go in and come out completely mad.

But now, the child was sick; without going to the Psychiatric Hospital, the sickness wouldn’t heal.

And the psychologist had said that he would cover all the costs.

Actually, all the headmaster needed to do was to agree without much resistance, but still, he didn’t feel entirely at ease.

“I’ll go see the child.” The headmaster decided to see the child once more before making his decision.

When he arrived at the bedside, he saw Tao Yinyin’s eyes open, filled with fear, still murmuring, “Mom, Mom, Mom…”

The headmaster soothed her and, seeing the auntie bringing in food, tried to feed her a bite, but Tao Yinyin, as if enraged, knocked the spoon away, shouting, “I want Mom to feed me! Mom! I want Mom!”

Looking at the food and spoon on the floor, the headmaster closed his eyes, his decision made in his heart.

—-Perhaps the doctors in the Psychiatric Hospital would find a way to make her eat more, which would be better than letting her waste away in the welfare institute.

After hanging up the phone, Liu Aiguo immediately called Tao Shen, “You really know her well. As soon as I left, she started seeking death.”

Tao Shen scoffed, “At her young age, these are the only tactics she can employ.”

Liu Aiguo was silent for a moment, then tentatively advised, “What you’re doing… isn’t right. Actually, she doesn’t have any serious problems; there’s no need for a stay in the Psychiatric Hospital.”

“I gave her a chance; she just didn’t cherish it,” said Tao Shen.

Looking into the dark night sky, he said coldly, “Tao Yinyin, for the rest of your life, reform yourself in the Psychiatric Hospital.”
