Chapter 205: Chapter 205 Yinuo’s Voting Channel

Seeing her emotional, Hua Jinyan’s lips curled upwards, his eyes twinkling with laughter, “It seems we’ve had the same idea.”

After her excitement faded, Little Taotie hung her head down, her brows furrowed in worry: “But I don’t know what to do.”

Having a good strategy still required implementation, but she was completely clueless about how to proceed.

Hua Jinyan chuckled lightly: “Leave it to me!”

Little Taotie looked up at him, curiously asking, “What are you going to do?”

“Watch!”

Saying this, he walked over to the Assistant Director and inquired, “Is Yinuo’s voting section still open?”

Talent shows would have an official homepage, allowing viewers to enter the site and vote for their favorite contestants. The number of votes was crucial and, combined with the live jury votes and audience votes, the total count would be key in deciding the finalists.

The Assistant Director was momentarily stunned; this was a matter concerning another show, and she wasn’t too clear about it. The two shows were only temporarily collaborating for a single episode and hadn’t considered continuing the partnership.

In fact, if this collaboration turned out well, there was a good chance of continuing it, but due to the murder involving one of the contestants from the talent show, she and the directors had already discussed that they would no longer collaborate with the talent show after this episode.

“Let me check.” The Assistant Director wasn’t one to blow smoke; even if the other party was just a kid, she would make sure to find a definitive answer before responding.

After checking, the Assistant Director found that Yinuo was still listed on the talent show’s official webpage, and her vote count was not low.

If Yinuo hadn’t died, her outstanding performance this time would have guaranteed her debut!

She looked at Luo Lili’s vote count and sighed softly.

Yinuo’s votes were always ahead of Luo Lili, which was no wonder Luo Lili resorted to murder.

As long as Yinuo was dead, Luo Lili would be able to debut with certainty!

“Her voting channel is still open and hasn’t been shut down.”

With this confirmed news, Hua Jinyan laid out his plan.

The Assistant Director, upon hearing the young boy lay out the entire plan, almost mistook him for a professional strategist.

Such extraordinary talent this child has!

She thought to herself with a silent exclamation, “Like father, like son!”

She knew that this young boy was Director Hua’s son; she had the fortune to see Director Hua and his family together once last year.

“Your idea is good, but for specifics, I still need to discuss it with the director. And even if the director agrees, we still need the consent of the talent show’s director and a nod from the TV station.”

Hua Jinyan, with the composure of a small adult, said, “I know it’s troublesome, but if this works out, it will be a win-win situation for both shows, and the TV station definitely won’t miss out on this opportunity.”

The Assistant Director had to admit, indeed as he had said, if successful, it would boost the reputation of both shows.

For the TV station, with both shows’ reputations soaring, the ratings would naturally increase as well.

“I’ll go talk to the director now, you guys rest here for a bit.”

Little Taotie nodded obediently.

Hua Jinyan nodded coolly.

The Assistant Director found the director mingling among a group of beauties, her expression immediately turned dark, and her tone became icy, “I need to speak with you on official business.”

Seeing the Assistant Director’s frosty facade, the director’s heart wavered, and he cleared his throat: “Alright, let’s talk in the lounge.”

“Director, don’t forget, if you’re inviting guests, remember to find me!” a pretty girl said to him, winking playfully.

Another sophisticated beauty told him, “Me too.”

With his heart bubbling with excitement, the director nodded repeatedly, his smile wide like that of a goofy Husky.
