Chapter 203: Chapter 203: The Assistant Director Sister Is Furious

Assistant Director: “…”

Damn kid, shut up!

Indeed, boys are so annoying!

The assistant director looked at Little Taotie and gently asked, “What do you think, is the honeycomb candy too sweet?”

Little Taotie hadn’t tasted it yet. She reached out, took a piece, bit into it, and her eyes became little crescents as she smiled, “Delicious! I really like it! Not sweet at all! So happy!”

As if to prove its tastiness, she took a big bite, her cheeks puffed out, and her legs started wiggling, she seemed extremely happy.

Inside, the assistant director bubbled with thoughts: Indeed, girls understand girls best, and sweetness is the key to happiness!

Indeed, Little Taotie is so cute when she eats!

Watching her eat seems to make my own stomach hungry!

So cute! So adorable! I want to steal her away and keep her at home!

Hua Jinyan put down the honeycomb candy he had bitten into and reached for a small animal-shaped cookie, gently biting it, immediately frowning with a clear dislike in his eyes.

He critically commented, “The oven temperature was too high; the cookies have gone hard!”

“Hard?” The assistant director looked at Little Taotie, who was nonchalantly eating the small cookies and swinging her legs, her little dimples deepening, looking utterly joyful.

Meeting the assistant director’s questioning gaze, Little Taotie hurriedly shook her head, “Tasty! Crunchy and fragrant, I like it!”

The assistant director sighed with relief and glared unkindly at Hua Jinyan.

This bad kid, he’s doing it on purpose, right?!

Hua Jinyan put down the cookie he had bitten, reached for another, but the assistant director was so annoyed that whatever container he was reaching toward, she quickly covered with a lid.

Hua Jinyan reached out several times, each time the box was covered, denying him the taste.

Hua Jinyan, methodically removing his disposable gloves, said, “You should be open-minded and accept others’ critiques, to improve next time.”

Listen to that tone!

The assistant director was almost driven mad by him!

She kept a stern face, reminding herself: I must be magnanimous, not stoop to a child’s level!

Little Taotie stuffed the small snacks into her mouth one after another, completely oblivious to the sparks flying between them.

Before long, the boxes were empty!

The assistant director was dumbfounded.

She knew Little Taotie ate a lot, but she thought it was just for show.

After all, she had been in the entertainment industry for a long time and had seen all kinds of people.

Some female stars had a persona of being foodies, or Big Stomach Kings, buying lots of tasty things but only eating a few bites after taking photos, then throwing the rest away.

Who would have thought someone would be so genuine, eating everything?

“Are you okay, eating so much? Doesn’t your stomach hurt?”

“Not at all, I’m not even full yet!” Little Taotie laughed, her smile so clear and pure, it didn’t seem like a lie at all.

The director grew more worried, “Are you sure it doesn’t hurt?”

“No pain! If you don’t believe me, look!”

Little Taotie lifted her shirt to show her, but her little stomach wasn’t even bloated!

The pure white little belly made the director’s eyes go wide, her hand twitching with the urge to pinch it.

Hua Jinyan, who was by the side, hurriedly helped her pull down her shirt to cover up.

He shook his head, “Don’t expose your belly, you’ll catch a cold.”

Little Taotie tilted her head and smiled sweetly, “It’s okay, I’m not cold.”

The assistant director didn’t get to touch Little Taotie’s belly and felt a bit disappointed, but her affection for Little Taotie only grew. Like a defenseless kitty, after eating, all she did was roll over, showing her pale little belly, too adorable!

Eagerly the assistant director asked, “Do you want to eat more? I have lots of small snacks!”

“Really?”

“Come on, there’s a lot here, you see what you want to eat, but you can’t finish all of them, save some space, we have a dinner tonight, with hot pot and barbecue!”

“Wow! I love hot pot the most!” Her older and second brothers loved to have her gather around the pot for hot pot, saying it was fun and created a cozy, tasty atmosphere.

Little Taotie did eat a lot of the small snacks, her belly slightly bulged, but it didn’t give the same satisfying full feeling as the Evil Spirit Chocolate.

She tugged at Hua Jinyan’s sleeve and whispered in his ear, “I want the Evil Spirit Chocolate now.”
