The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

Chapter 216: Chapter 216: Forgetting Hua Jinyan Chapter 216: Chapter 216: Forgetting Hua Jinyan Little Taotie opened the door and saw the Assistant Director with her arms full of large and small packages. She welcomed her in and introduced her to her teddy bear.

After playing for a while, the Assistant Director finished distributing the snacks and took her leave.

In the car, there was a fatty waiting with his stomach growling to go eat at an almost expired buffet.

Thinking about the director’s look of utter despair made her want to laugh.

Back in the car, she saw that the director was still in a state of abject misery.

“Alright, I’ll go with you to eat!” she said.

“I want to drink,” he replied.

“Fine, the beer at the buffet is free anyway. Drink all you want!” she agreed.

The director hummed, “I won’t stop until I’m drunk!”

…

When she woke up the next day, it was the Assistant Director who had a look of utter despair on her face.

Maybe it was the alcohol, or maybe it was the darkness of the night, but she actually thought that if the director lost weight, he might have some potential. She comforted him for a long time, saying he was actually quite handsome and that there was still hope for him to have a beautiful daughter.

The director looked incredulous and, in a fit of pique, said, “If you’re not coaxing me, and not lying to me, then you have a child with me, otherwise I won’t believe it!”

And then…

The Assistant Director turned to look at the stinking man sleeping like a log and gave him a kick.

She meant to kick him off the bed, but the fatty was too heavy to budge.

That made her even angrier!

The Assistant Director kicked him several more times.

Until the director woke up from the kicking.

And this guy looked utterly panicked, on the verge of crying, as if he’d been grossly wronged, as if he’d suffered a terrible injustice.

“You… you have to take responsibility! It’s my first time!” the director cried out.

Assistant Director: “…”

Fine, she was being framed.

…

Little Taotie completely unaware that because of his cuteness, he had turned into a red thread, binding the Assistant Director and the director together.

At that moment, Little Taotie was sitting at the table, looking at a pile of delicious food without taking a bite, and actually let out a satisfied burp.

Cheng Guodong and Qin Xin glanced over.

Little Taotie smiled apologetically, “I’ve finished all my Evil Spirit Chocolate!”

Cheng Guodong held his forehead, wanting to say something, but remembering the Feng Shui master had said there was no problem, he said nothing.

Little Taotie dug into his empty pockets, then turned and said, “Hua Jinyan, give me back what I’ve stored with you!”

“Huh?” He turned and faced thin air, and Little Taotie looked a bit lost.

Little Taotie’s lost gaze shifted to Cheng Guodong and Qin Xin.

Qin Xin slapped his forehead, he felt like he’d forgotten something!

Turned out he had forgotten Hua Jinyan at the Feng Shui master’s place!

Cheng Guodong also realized Hua Jinyan been left behind at the Feng Shui master’s place and quickly made a call to check. He learned that Hua Jinyan had stayed over at the Feng Shui master’s house the previous night and was currently having breakfast, which eased his mind a bit.

“He usually sticks so close, how did he not follow this time?” Cheng Guodong complained.

Qin Xin narrowed his eyes, “If he didn’t follow, he must have had something to ask the Feng Shui master alone.”

“Such a young age, acting like an adult,” Cheng Guodong said helplessly, standing up to grab his coat, “I’m going to pick him up.”

Little Taotie hurriedly followed, tugging at Cheng Guodong’s hem. “I want to go too!”

“You have your breakfast first. By the time you finish, I will have brought him back,” he replied.

Little Taotie shook his head, touching his tummy, “I’m so full!”

“You can’t keep eating so much Evil Spirit Chocolate, you need a balanced diet, eat something else. Just because Evil Spirit Chocolate tastes good, you shouldn’t overlook other delicacies.”

Little Taotie nodded obediently, “I’ll eat the rest of the Evil Spirit Chocolate slowly, can’t finish it too quickly, or it’ll be gone.”

When they arrived at the Feng Shui master’s residence, they were informed that Hua Jinyan had been picked up by his parents for an urgent trip overseas.
