Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 3342 Luminous Genesis Orchid

Davis asked Myria, prompting her to turn around as she walked towards the mansion.

Her white robe flowed smoothly along with her movements, mesmerizing Davis as he felt his soul ache for her. It was particularly the case since his Everlasting Samsara Tribunal Soul Physique sought her, but that didnʼt mean he didnʼt love her. He loved and desired her.

Davis followed her, and so did Bing Luli and Ellia when suddenly Myriaʼs voice echoed out with a mesmerizing tone.

”This treasure we search for embodies the essence of the beginning of life, having a natal core that contains life essence and allows for progenies to be born with even more talent than the parent. Its appearance is that of an exquisite orchid with luminescent azure petals that shimmer with ethereal light and could only be found in regions possessing immense vitality, preferably in areas where the flora grow larger than usual.”

They entered the mansion, and she gestured for them to be seated in the hall, even going as far as to serve tea for him as she brought out the teacup and poured for him, treating him like a guest- no, a husband as she kept looking at him for input.

”So areas like ultra-dense forest...?”

Davis didnʼt know what to say to this sudden treatment that went beyond what she would do for a man and responded to her statement as he inclined his head.

Myria nodded as she kept the teacup down and sat, ”Thatʼs untouched for seven hundred thousand years and has a spirit lake similar to its size and grade, which is above Mid-Level Immortal Emperor Grade.”

”What the...? Does such a region exist in the First Haven World?”

Davisʼs lips twitched.

After all, if such a space existed, then it wouldʼve been occupied looking ago by the powers of the First Haven World and ransacked or disturbed in order to get the lesser and more efficient resources in order to accommodate many geniuses in their power.

”It exists, but itʼs in a mini-realm owned by the Saints and Saintess in the Dragon and Phoenix Alliance.”

”Ugh…”

Davis exuded a sound of annoyance.

If he pursued this treasure, he knew the Dragon and Phoenix Alliance was going to get involved, and if the Saints and Saintess didnʼt give them the Luminous Genesis Orchid, Davis knew it might turn into a bloodbath as he was determined enough to steal from them to gift Myria.

He knew the Phoenix Alliance possessed a Saint and a Saintess. Theyʼre married to each other, but as for the Dragon Alliance, they only have a Saint. Nonetheless, all three of them enjoy extreme privileges from the Dragon and Phoenix Alliance, so if he did anything to them, he knew a war would be inbound.

However, that was only a last resort, used after a few rounds of negotiation or if they outright denied giving them the Luminous Genesis Orchid.

”First, let me know what exactly this treasure is…”

Davis asked, causing Myria to lean back and answer.

”The Luminous Genesis Orchid is a High-Level Immortal Emperor Grade Heavenly Resource revered for its unique ability to instigate and propagate life, signifying the exact opposite of the Silvery Ruinous Leaf, fostering an environment teeming with vibrancy and vitality, perpetuating birth and renewal. They are the two most important sub-ingredients other than the main ingredient.”

”I see.”

Davis nodded while Myria smiled.

”I didnʼt expect to find the Silvery Ruinous Leaf before the Luminous Genesis Orchid. It is thanks to you I was able to chance upon it.”

”No need to tha- wait, what?” Davis suddenly realized something, ”Did you say the Luminous Genesis Orchid is a resource that instigates and propagates life?”

”Yes, not only does it increase the talent of a progeny, but it also increases the chances of conception by many times. It is the most sought resource for Empyreans to make babies, which allows them to have the same conception rate as an Immortal King for a few months, although they are incredibly rare to obtain that only a few, perhaps three Upper Realms have a monopoly on it.”

”…”

Davis was floored, thinking that he needed to have this heavenly resource no matter what, but he didnʼt want Myriaʼs Luminous Genesis Orchid, wondering where he could find more.

”Did you ask your in-name master if she has it?”

”Divine Saintess Lunaria did say that she had one but used it around a hundred thousand years ago for one of her ventures.”

”Damn…” Davis reacted with a low sigh.

He imagined Saintess Lunaria used it for a pill or something as he knew that person was always curious to explore new things that stemmed around life energy. If not, she wouldnʼt have taken immense interest in Everlight.

”Since the Luminous Genesis Orchid has life essence, it can also be used as medicine, but for us, such things are useless. I only want it to concoct the pill required to create the Eternal Life Body Physique, and since it is only a theorized pill recipe of mine, I can only hope it succeeds.”

”Donʼt worry. You will succeed.” Davis cheered her before smiling, ”Then, if the resource remains, we could also use it for ourselves.”

”…”

Bing Luli looked away, and Ellia giggled.

ƈοm

Myria could only stare at him speechlessly before she wanted to advise that they shouldnʼt really be dreaming about having children as their physiques might naturally help each other but also restrain each other from conception.
After Evelynn indicated how powerful their child might be, she got curious and researched a bit but only arrived at this conclusion.

To her, Ellia was already a dream come true, but she didnʼt go as far as pouring a bucket of cold water on his head.

She lightly smiled at him, nodding her head, ”Perhaps you should use it with Ellia and bring a grandchild into this world for me.”

Ellia blushed, nearing Myria, as she leaned and placed a kiss on her cheek.

”Alright, you two call each other mother and daughter, and I understand that emotion, considering you took care of Ellia like sheʼs your child, but from here on out, I declare you two as twin sisters, no more, no less.”

Davis stood up and waved his hand.

They were making it incredibly confusing for him on how to react to their antics, sometimes calling themselves mother and daughter, sometimes calling elder sister and little sister.

”Oh my, the Emperor of Death wants to place restrictions on his two Saintesses now?”

Ellia giggled as she stuck closer to Myria, ”Mother will always be my mother. Perhaps Iʼll call you father, too.”

”Pfft!~”

Davis spit the tea that he had just drunk in awkwardness as he did indeed feel like he was overstepping his boundaries. However, he didnʼt want Myria to feel that she was too old, like she would address herself as.

Even Saintess Lunaria humbly addressed herself as an old woman, but if anyone else called her an old woman, he could be sure there would be a bloodbath.

That was why he indirectly wanted to make Myria feel young again, but Ellia twisted his desire and called him father.

For some reason, he felt Ellia was corrupted by Mingzhi, or… was he the one who corrupted her from a young age?

”…”

In any case, he shook his head and asked, ”When are we leaving for the Dragon and Phoenix Alliance?”

The Dragon and Phoenix Alliance owned a Prefecture together in the Southern Divide, and every Dragon Clan and Phoenix Clan could visit there as they pleased but not make any trouble unless they were willing to handle the consequences.

”Ellia and I did go seek out an audience and were granted a slot to meet in six months.”

”What?” Davis raised his brows, ”Did you try using my infamous name?”

He knew Myria didnʼt expose herself much, so they might as well think that she was just a true disciple of the Aurora Cloud Gate.

In fact, he knew six months was already a good time, considering that one wouldnʼt be allowed to meet the Saints and Saintess of the Dragon and Phoenix Alliance even if theyʼre a Patriarch of a major power.

Myria couldnʼt help but smile at him, being proud of his name, well known for wicked deeds, ”I didnʼt want to as I didnʼt want to disturb you, but after they said six months, I dropped your name and left. Hopefully, someone will send a letter to me within a week. If not, I was going to ask for your help if you werenʼt busy.”
