Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 3332 Free Time

Davisʼs heart shook as he saw Iesha pour out the thoughts she always had in her heart.

He remembered that her mother died after giving birth to her, so it might already be a trauma or something not easily ignorable on her part, making him caress her face.

”Donʼt worry. One child is not a problem since I can obtain resources that would allow you to have a successful childbirth, but what Iʼm looking for is having as many as ten children with you. Letʼs create many snow fairies and deities.”

”Ten…?” Iesha couldnʼt help but giggle even with her crying expression.

When she was a mortal Frigid World Spirit with pure blood and a good amount of resources to lower the chances of death, she had a ninety percent chance of surviving. In other words, a ten percent death rate.

Her mother was the same, but she died to that mere ten percent chance, making her believe that she was an unlucky child from early on.

Nonetheless, with each pregnancy, the chances of dying only doubled. To any immortal spirit, that was scary as their first pregnancy was already a fifty-fifty thing between life and death, meaning a fifty percent chance of survival.

Even with the initial ten percent death rate, wasnʼt that, practically speaking, a five thousand and twenty percent death rate for birthing ten children? In other words, it was certain death!

Heck, even at the third pregnancy, she would be already at deathʼs doorstep as the chances to die were as high as eighty percent!

For an Immortal King Frigid World Spirit like her, the chances of dying in her first pregnancy would be very well over seventy percent! This could be brought down using appropriate resources, but it is still higher than when she was a mortal.

Yet, Davis stated that he would like to have as many as ten children with her, which sounded like he was making light of the situation or making a joke. However, she knew Davis was not the type to make light or make a senseless joke about these types of situations, leading her to low-key believe that he might have some plans.

”Indeed. Ten children!”

Davis reiterated without even a single iota of embarrassment, ”Donʼt settle for any less than ten. I only need to research how to prevent the innate yin energy in female spirits from killing them a bit in these ten years, and weʼll start popping out children like youʼre a human woman or a magical beast rabbit.”

”…”

Iesha gawked at his words that were uttered with blinding confidence.

It made her feel stupid for having doubts and concerns that she might lose her life anytime she slept with him. However, those words were more reassuring than any other words of comfort she could hear, causing her to turn expectant.

”Really…? You could make me have ten- no, at least three children…?”

Iesha held his hand that was resting between her bosoms.

”Just you wait.” Davis nodded, ”Personally, I would like a son and daughter from every one of you, but if you want more, Iʼm not opposed, although I guess nine or ten is good. As for spirits like you who already have their chances of reproduction botched, weʼll have as many as you want.”

He kissed Ieshaʼs forehead and smiled, causing Ieshaʼs white pupils to turn awestruck.

Naturally, she knew her man was a cultivator who could use life energy, but dying from pregnancy wasnʼt a matter of vital essence. It was something that invoked their innate yin energy to go berserk after childbirth and, hence, caused them to die.

It was like the only flaw in their system, a flaw that the heavens simply kept for balance, but if Davis stated twice that he could somehow make that flaw disappear or considerably lower it, then she had full faith in him. Even if he could not, she still wanted to have his child and die, but before that, at least spend a thousand years with him.

They both gazed at each other, feeling a sense of trust and comfort fill their souls.

On the other side, Natalyaʼs lips curled.

Looking at his side profile that was messed up by her lips, she smirked and moved towards his lower body, wanting to please him more.

Davis felt himself getting engulfed by Natalya as a sense of comfort washed over him before waves of pleasure attacked. He pulled Iesha closer and began to make out with her, relishing her icy blue lips before beginning another round.

However, their carnal dance only continued for an hour before they kicked him out, stating that he had a marriage tomorrow and had no business spending time with other women and no right to expend all his yang essence now, causing him to laugh.

Davis walked outside her room and stretched.

It was like they were a hive mind as he noticed that every one of his women started avoiding him, causing him to gawk.

ʼWho sent it…? Who sent the gag order?ʼ

Davis could only imagine with a smile on his face. With his women avoiding him purposefully, it finally gave him the freedom to move around the mansion and do a few things without getting trapped by a cougar.

He personally trained the Reaper Soul Legion for a few hours and got a ballpark of their full strength.

Naturally, Yotan was also there, so he tried to flirt with her, but she said Evelynn summoned and went away, causing him to gawk again inwardly, finally knowing who issued the gag order.

However, he didnʼt blame her, as this was how a big sister was supposed to ensure fairness in the harem.

But this also reminded him of the time when Evelynn fooled Clara to pull her from her depressing episode by saying that ʼhe wanted to marry youʼ but then changed it to ʼhe wanted to marry Yotanʼ, making him wonder if she fully supported him and Yotan.

If not, Evelynn wouldnʼt have called Yotan away now. Besides, the security of the mansion was with Evelynn, and the security of the island was with Yotan, making it so that the two always needed to meet and speak before making any decisions concerning the island.

Davis guessed that it wouldʼve made them closer in the time he was exiled and went to the Astral Forgeheart Minor Realm.

ʼNo wonder she used such a joke…ʼ

Davis finally understood.

In normal circumstances, he wouldnʼt allow such a joke to pass, as that was Claraʼs determination to save him. How could he allow anyone to make fun of it? But since it had been used for getting Clara to escape from her depressive episode, he didnʼt think it was a big issue.

But for some reason, he himself didnʼt get offended by that joke, making him narrow his eyes.

He shook his head and headed somewhere else to clear his mind.

He looked up; the weather was good.

He looked down; the flora was beautiful.

He looked around; the scenery was fantastic.

Flying past the mountains and rivers on the big damn island, he explored its beauty for the first time. However, he eventually chanced upon a strange statue that seemed to want to escape but got caught by flames, except it wasnʼt flames but crystals, although it appeared to have the properties of fire and ice.

”Woah, is this a decoration now…?”

Davis saw the miserable, cowardly, and warped face of Patriarch Killian Zenflame put on display. Everything was covered in crimson-blue crystalline explosions frozen in the form of crystal wounds, making it a gruesome sight to watch as it was unknown what kind of pain he endured until the moment he died.

The scene was more like Shirley abandoned this statue after Evelynn called, making him shake his head.

He left it like it was an abandoned corpse, continuing to sightsee the island.

”Big brother...!”

However, a wild Stella appeared in his range and called out to him, causing him to turn and look at her rushing towards him at full speed.

*Bang!~*
