Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 3328 Awake

After sending Mistress Zahara and Mistress Yeyin away, Davis turned to look at Shirley and finally kissed her. Her luscious lips were like an apple as he took a bite out of it and continued to do so until they both felt satisfied.

”Are you really going to make them Emperor-Tier Beasts? Their destinies are not what itʼs meant to be after you revived them and they turned King-Tier.”

Davis saw that Shirley was warning him about interfering with peopleʼs fate directly, but he shook his head.

”I know. I wonʼt directly use my highest capability on them. Instead, Iʼll have Everlight turn them Emperor-Tier. Although she might gain some karmic burden over it, it shouldnʼt matter anymore as I now have my own methods to allow her to pass her botched tribulation.”

Davis spoke with some confidence.

He was talking about having third-tier karmic virtue to splurge on his women.

Since he had thirty-three-meter tall karmic virtue and karmic sin, he could at least bestow thirty-three instances of tier three karmic virtue on his women using Karmicgrace.

Saving millions, in other words, having white karmic virtue, would result in having a comparatively easier tribulation.

Saving billions; having bright gold karmic virtue, which is second tier karmic virtue, would result in lowering oneʼs tribulation prowess by one to three levels depending on how condensed or tall the karmic virtue is.

As for the third-tier karmic virtue, which was saving trillions, exhibited by having a purplish-gold karmic virtue, it can lower oneʼs tribulation prowess by four to six levels.

If he used just one-meter tall purple-gold, third-tier karmic virtue on his women, they would have their tribulationʼs prowess lowered by four levels.

Karmic burden would not be a threat as long as he could meet virtuous and sinful individuals and rob them of their karmic nature, allowing his own people to benefit from it.

ʼMost likely… Saintess Lunaria somehow transferred her karmic virtue to Everlight and allowed her to have an easier tribulation…ʼ

Davis imagined.

As for how Saintess Lunaria transferred karmic virtue, he didnʼt know, but he had seen some strange rituals that resonated with heaven and earth, like how Myriaʼs chant for Fallen Soul Resurrection Technique resonated with the reincarnation cycle.

The universe was still full of unknown things to him.

”Alright.”

Shirley didnʼt ask too many questions.

Everything he did made her curious, but she knew she shouldnʼt pry too much and remain expectant, watching the unexpected turn into reality.

She ʼattackedʼ him with force and made him change his mind and bed her right then and there.

With her renewed looks and aura, practically feeling reborn, the dual cultivation was great.

Davis also got insights into nirvanic energy from her yin energy that came from the same sea as the Reincarnation Laws. They dual cultivated with their souls, experiencing euphoria that left them exhausted with each orgasm, but they couldnʼt get enough, repeatedly grinding their hips against each other.

He also shared comprehension clouds of the Fire Phoenixes he refined with Shirley during this time, so her prowess only grew bit by bit by the hour.

A King-Tier Fire Phoenix could revive from the ashes as much as three times.

Shirley, who still possessed that aspect through the Ice Phoenixʼs Immortal Soul Essence, can be revived three times!

Davis didnʼt expect that since he didnʼt think Mistress Zahara and Mistress Yeyin would share their soul essence with Shirley, but it seems like they did the same way Mira and Freya shared their soul essence with Isabella and Lea.

It was done in a non-harmful way where they took time to slowly share their soul essence with their beast-taming pact, but with Mistress Zahara and Mistress Yeyin, he imagined that they severed a part of their souls to strengthen Shirley when secluding with her.

This only strengthened his idea of making them Emperor-Tier as they were fully invested in Shirley and were also trustworthy people.

Nonetheless, this also made him remember how he should find a way back to the Grand Beginnings Continent in order to obtain the Three-Eyed Chromatic Hex Arachnid Empress, Hexena Xyluscʼs soul essence.

Without it, Evelynnʼs soul wouldnʼt truly reach Emperor-Tier, and she might also need Miraʼs soul essence to achieve a balance with her dragon-spider blood, although the requirements wouldnʼt be as demanding as Shirleyʼs since Evelynn was a fey who could accommodate and endure the chaos of mixed blood essences better.

An entire day later, Davis and Shirley stepped out.

Her cheeks were rosy, and she held Davisʼs arm, hugging him close as she walked together with him all the way until they reached Claraʼs room.

Indeed, Clara had woken up a few hours ago.

At first, they wanted to rush, but hearing that Clara needed time to think about a few things, they decided to leave her alone, and their lovemaking continued for a few more hours.

Seeing that it was time, they left and appeared before Claraʼs room.

At this moment, Evelynn also appeared beside them.
The three of them then entered the room and saw that Tia still kept Clara company. They sat on the couch, with Clara appearing rather downcast as she had her gaze down.

”Brother…”

Claraʼs gaze shook as soon as she noticed him.

She actually raised her hands and used her palms to hide her face, appearing to be deeply ashamed.

”Itʼs not your fault, Clara. No matter what happened, it would never be your fault.”

Davis quickly appeared before her hand embraced her, allowing her to cry on his chest.

Clara didnʼt break out into a crying fit, but she shuddered heavily and sobbed in his embrace, causing Davis to know that she was lamenting being born into this body that caused her to act strange and try to harm her own family.

She remembered wanting to kill Evelynn and the others, especially wanting to kill Tia so badly that it chilled her soul, not knowing how she could even entertain such an idea, much less act on it. She apologized to Tia, and Tia didnʼt take offense and even smiled at her, saying all was fine.

However, she felt ashamed and kept silent, pondering about many things, but as soon as she saw her big brother, that shame swelled many times, causing her to want to end her own miserable existence that sought to harm what he built.

Tia patted Claraʼs back as she tried to calm her down.

She secretly heaved a sigh as she felt something was strange with Clara as she seemed depressed, and her suspicions were right as Clara may have been contemplating suicide from how things had gone wrong from her perspective.

Tia felt that it was a good thing she chose to accompany Clara after she woke up, and by staying this long, she also confirmed that Clara didnʼt have any memories or experiences of the future, which relieved her the most.

ʼThis means Ivy and Jade also wouldnʼt remember anything and, consequently, wonʼt have to endure immense karmic burden like me...ʼ
