Is It Weird for a Guy to Apply to a Witch School?

Chapter 680: Personally Condensing the First Magic Power Source

“One hundred million... this, this is just too much!”

Just thinking about this number was terrifying; that was a 1 followed by 8 zeros!

“It’s fine, Little Han. Energy is not an issue. Don’t be so afraid of something unimportant.”

Big Sis Bai immediately comforted me.

“Really? One hundred million... wait, something’s not right. If it’s one hundred million, you also have a complete Domain, Big Sis Bai. How were you so fast?”

After being comforted by Big Sis Bai, I quickly reacted.

“That’s why I said you don’t need to be afraid at all, Little Han. Even with my level of natural talent, I could quickly complete the accumulation in such a short time. You can definitely do it too.”

“Alright, then I’ll believe you, Big Sis Bai.”

I also nodded and stopped dwelling on this aspect.

However, aside from learning about some things that I currently couldn’t touch at all, my present predicament indeed remained unresolved.

No wonder no one had spoken to me about issues regarding the Domain; it turned out I simply couldn’t solve this matter now.

Even if it were mentioned, it would only add to my worries.

“Right, I have another question.”

Thinking of this, I remembered another matter related to the Magic Power Source.

“What else is there? You can ask, Little Han.”

“Hmm, I previously tried to integrate Magic Power Sources into the Domain. That attempt gave me two sensations. One was the problem I just mentioned, that my current Magic Power Sources are a drop in the bucket for the Domain. The other sensation was... the Magic Power Sources being repelled by the Domain. It felt like those Magic Power Sources didn’t belong to me, and the Domain I mastered didn’t want that kind of external matter meddling in...”

“There’s such a thing?”

“Yes, so I was wondering if the Magic Power Sources possessed by Transcendent Witches have two states? One is fixed Magic Power that is completely mastered and cannot be freely taken out, and the other is non-fixed Magic Power Sources that can be freely traded? Are those fixed Magic Power Sources just like Spellbooks that have been completely mastered?”

I hurriedly asked, presenting my thoughts.

“It is indeed a metaphor like that, but it’s not exactly so. However, regarding the Domain repelling the Magic Power Source as you mentioned... that should be quite normal. After all, shaping a Domain is difficult.”

“So even if a Magic Power Source becomes a fixed Magic Power Source, it’s still difficult to integrate into the Domain?”

“Hmm... I’m not sure, Little Han. Sorry, I don’t have experience or attempts in this area, so I can’t give an answer. But I do know the difference between a Domain shaped by fixed Magic Power Sources and one shaped by non-fixed Magic Power Sources.”

Bai Yu recalled the time she spent studying after leaving the Main World and advancing to the Transcendent Saint Stage.

“A difference? There’s a difference in that too?”

“Yes. A Domain shaped by fixed Magic Power Sources definitely cannot be traded, while a Domain shaped by non-fixed Magic Power Sources has the possibility of being traded. The prerequisite for trading is that the Spellbooks used to shape the Domain must also be tradable.”

“Wait... wait? Trading a Domain?!”

Hearing this topic, my eyes widened instantly!

“Yes, Little Han. I had the same reaction as you when I first heard about this. But think about it, Little Han—trading a Domain, is there any difference between that and trading Magic Power Sources or Spellbooks? There isn’t. As long as you have the ability to shape multiple Domains, even shaping hundreds or thousands of them, then how is it any different from an equivalent?”

“Then... then, wouldn’t witches who advanced to Transcendent all be able to advance to the Saint Stage through trading?”

I asked in disbelief.

“It’s not as simple as you think. First, the first question: do you know how much a single Domain is worth? If you don’t have ability yourself, others won’t just give you charity. You can only make it if you have ability yourself, and people with ability can rely on themselves to shape a Domain without needing charity from others.”

“If ’having ability’ refers to special techniques, such as alchemy or forging, and such a group of witches wants to advance to the Saint Stage by trading Domains, then those witches will similarly face a problem: that witch cannot rely on herself to advance to the Saint Stage. All her subsequent advancements would require relying on trading Domains with others to improve herself. Such a Saint Stage is basically called a Pseudo-Saint Stage.”

“Therefore, trading equivalents like Domains generally occurs between Saint Stage powerhouses. Trading at different stages is possible, but unnecessary. Little Han, you must not take this kind of shortcut; it damages the foundation! However... you already have experience in shaping a Domain Prototype, but I still hope the first Domain you master is one you completed independently, rather than one obtained through trade. As for later... Big Sis Bai believes you will have a sense of propriety.”

“Mm, alright! I promise you.”

I nodded, reached out, and high-fived Big Sis Bai, making this promise.

Since some things had been explained very clearly, I naturally understood what could be done and what could not.

Since I had already chosen my own path, based on the principle that only things that completely belonged to me were qualified to be valued by me, then the shaping of the Domain must also completely belong to me.

Therefore, regarding the matter of completely mastering the Magic Power Source, I also had to speed up my progress.

“Right, Big Sis Bai, do you have a method for converting Magic Power Sources into fixed Magic Power Sources? Hmm... and the technique for condensing Magic Power Sources. I don’t have any clues yet...”

“Of course I know that.”

After all, she was now a Transcendent Witch, and the accumulation of Magic Power Sources also required attention.

“I’ll share it with you through the Great Seed of Knowledge, Little Han. However, this technique for manufacturing Magic Power Sources is somewhat difficult. If one hasn’t advanced to a Transcendent Witch, this technique might be unlearnable due to hard requirements.”

“Unlearnable?”

I muttered to myself.

When I was shaping the Self-generating Magic Power talent, I had requested Academy Head Mei to understand the knowledge and techniques regarding the construction of Magic Power Sources.

It was indeed very troublesome; otherwise, I wouldn’t have needed the Academy Head’s cooperation.

I probably could have handled it alone.

“Yes, Little Han. These things cannot be forced. You are already ahead of many people. No need to be in a rush; just move according to your own rhythm.”

Big Sis Bai advised.

However, this time, she didn’t advise me to stop and rest.

Because she knew that saying such a thing was useless.

Instead, she advised moving according to my own rhythm, not breaking it due to external factors and eventually letting myself get into a fluster.

What Bai Yu feared most was that what she just said—that one hundred million Magic Power Sources—would stimulate Little Han into resolving to force herself, but there was truly no need for that.

Sometimes choice is more important than effort, and effort also requires the correct direction.

Do what should be done at each stage.

Condensing a Magic Power Source at the moment of advancing to Transcendent achieves twice the result with half the effort, but before advancing to Transcendent... that is a behavior that cannot even be described as half the result with twice the effort; it is simply a thankless task!

And at this moment, I also received the content shared by Big Sis Bai.

The techniques for condensing Magic Power were roughly divided into two types.

One type was directly utilizing the witch’s own “Self-generating Magic Power” to shape a Magic Power Source.

This method was slow, but very stable and simple.

Furthermore, Big Sis Bai specially noted that Magic Power Sources condensed this way very easily became fixed Magic Power Sources, as this was essentially Magic Power from the same source as oneself.

The other method was... finding a place with abundant energy to absorb environmental energy in large quantities, then inversely converting it into Magic Power to condense Magic Power Sources.

This method was fast and yielded large quantities, but transforming them into one’s own fixed Magic Power Sources was somewhat troublesome.

If one didn’t care about whether they were refined into one’s own Magic Power, there actually wasn’t much trouble.

Moreover, Big Sis Bai added an extra note to this pathway, stating that under special circumstances, this method could achieve even more terrifying efficiency.

For example, when shaping a Domain, the Domain required a large quantity of Magic Power Sources as support.

As long as environmental energy was sufficient, this method could extremely rapidly absorb and convert Magic Power Sources, and this efficiency would continue until the Domain reached saturation!

No wonder... Big Sis Bai suddenly noted this in the information; she probably also wanted to remind me that one hundred million wasn’t some kind of threshold.

The only threshold for the Saint Stage was the Domain.

Once the Domain was shaped, energy was actually not the focus.

However, since I was not yet a Transcendent Witch, the second method was very difficult for me.

So Big Sis Bai very thoughtfully suggested that if I wanted to try, I could start with the first type to test the waters.

“Little Han, looking at you, you should have almost finished reading and understanding it, right?”

“Mm, it is indeed a bit troublesome...”

“It can’t be helped. Techniques like Magic Power and Magic Power Source actually belong to the branch projects under the Great Witch Project. Actually, these two branch projects basically go hand in hand, and they are also inseparable from the witch’s Self-generating Magic Power. The essence of these projects is also to continuously develop the witch’s innate talent of Self-generating Magic Power.”

“So... can Big Sis Bai teach me hand-to-hand?”

I leaned sideways against Big Sis Bai and then asked in a coquettish manner.

“You actually didn’t even try it yourself first before starting to beg me, Little Han?”

“Aiya Actually, I just suddenly wanted Big Sis Bai to teach me hand-to-hand.”

I continued to request in a coquettish way.

I actually already understood the technique for condensing Magic Power.

This kind of non-challenging technique, which only required understanding and long-term practice to accumulate experience—there was actually no difference between trying to complete it independently or not.

But the first one personally produced under Big Sis Bai’s guidance would be very commemorative.

And... I also wanted to relive the feeling of being inserted with a Magic Power Source by Big Sis Bai.

Back when I enrolled, it was that one insertion by Big Sis Bai that completely changed my life!

“Alright, alright I really can’t do anything with you, Little Han.”

Big Sis Bai continued to stroke my head dotingly, then reached out to support my shoulder, turning me from a leaning state into a knee pillow state!

“Huh? Big Sis Bai’s limited-edition knee pillow.”

I lay on the sofa, my legs resting on the armrest at the other end, leisurely swinging them alternately.

At this moment, my head was pillowed on Big Sis Bai’s thighs.

Not only was it soft and comfortable, but I felt myself being surrounded by Big Sis Bai’s scent!

Not only that, if I just tilted my head, I could even see Big Sis Bai’s... ahem, this was quite good.

I felt like Big Sis Bai’s knee pillow had already stacked a super buff on my learning efficiency!

At this moment, I was already eager to try!

“Do you like it? I’ll be transforming into a strict teacher in a moment. If you’re clumsy, Little Han, there will be a punishment.”

“Punishment? Ooh I’m so scared.”

“If you do well, there will also be a reward.”

“What if I want both?”

“Both? Hehe Greedy Little Han, if you want both... I’ll only turn you over and spank you!”

Big Sis Bai said jokingly.

And the hand-to-hand teaching of condensing a Magic Power Source began in such a cheerful atmosphere.

The prerequisite for shaping a Magic Power Source was understanding one’s own “Self-generating Magic Power” talent and understanding what Magic Power was.

But I had actually completed this long ago, and I was doing it in reverse.

Because I was not a Transcendent Witch, I had to know the essence of what Magic Power was before I could rely on the Self-awakened Body Cultivation to complete the generation of the Self-generating Magic Power bodily talent.

It could be said that my starting stage was much higher than that of an average newly promoted witch, so this step also proceeded very smoothly.

However, during this step, I suddenly had a burst of inspiration and thought of a possibility.

But this trace of inspiration was somewhat hard to grasp, so much so that I was a bit distracted while Big Sis Bai was teaching me.

“Little Han? You were spacing out just now, weren’t you? You can’t do that. If you do it again, I won’t give you a punishment!”

“Huh? Wait! Big Sis Bai, you can’t go back on your word!”

“Be serious, my Little Han. With your talent, it shouldn’t have taken this long to not even have rubbed out the first one yet.”

“Ugh... Sorry, I was thinking about something else just now. I’ll be good this time...”

I promised!

“I’ll trust you one more time.”

Big Sis Bai said helplessly, then continued her hand-to-hand teaching.

And this time, after putting that inspiration aside for the time being, I also threw myself wholeheartedly into the manufacture of the Magic Power Source.

The inspiration just now originated from the bodily talent of Self-generating Magic Power, but I hadn’t yet thought about how to do it.

Since I didn’t have a mature idea to implement, I could only honestly accumulate experience first.

And before long, the first Magic Power Source was manufactured as expected!

Once all my energy was concentrated, there wasn’t a single accident throughout the entire process.

Even Big Sis Bai was very surprised; my efficiency when I got serious was actually so terrifying!

“So this is a Magic Power Source... the fountain of Magic Power.”

I looked at the Magic Power Source in my hand, feeling a bit dazed. Actually, Magic Power Sources generally cannot be seen with the naked eye, but with Spirit Vision, I could.

And after possessing Self-generating Magic Power, my body had a terrifying affinity for Magic Power, and I also had “Magic Power Vision.”

These abilities meant that while ordinary people could not see Magic Power, someone with Magic Power Vision could see the flow of Magic Power.

This “seeing” had already transcended the light reflection principle of general vision and had begun to touch the level of “True Vision.”

I could feel that this seeing was different from my Spirit Vision.

“Big Sis Bai... can you... help me insert it into my body, like when I enrolled?”

“Hmm? Of course.”

Big Sis Bai was first stunned for a second, then reacted.

Little Han’s request—she was naturally willing to fulfill it for her.

And I continued to lie on Big Sis Bai’s thighs, waiting for the aftertaste of being inserted by Big Sis Bai.

Until I felt the Magic Power Source being touched to my chest by Big Sis Bai, and then her palm coming into intimate contact with my skin... I knew the entire process had ended...

One more Magic Power Source appeared inside my body.

Compared to the total amount, it was so insignificant, but I still felt this scorching sentiment.

And at this moment, my originally shelved inspiration also constantly grew under this sense of relief, until... a complete inspiration was born in my mind!

The bodily talent of Self-generating Magic Power... could it be mass-bestowed to people who haven’t advanced to Transcendent?
