“A myriad of Divine Trees…” Yu Zi Yu’s eyes couldn’t help but flicker as a murmur escaped his lips.

Right at this very moment, he immediately recalled a very strange Divine Tree.

According to the legends, since the birth of Humans, the world was plunged into an era of chaos with Humans never stopping fighting each other. As if to soak all the blood shed in the wars, a Divine Tree took root in the earth and eventually bore a fruit. Those who consumed this fruit gained the power to transcend Heaven and Earth. And with this power, they swiftly quelled the chaotic world. The woman who first consumed this fruit was revered by the world as the Rabbit Goddess.

This was an ancient legend, very ancient, but once it flashed in Yu Zi Yu’s mind, it took root within it, because, in this ancient legend, there was an eye at the top of this Divine Tree.

Deep within the eye, there were nine ‘black tomoes’, endlessly rotating, surrounded by blood-colored surfaces that rippled from time to time like the surface of the lake.

(Ashish: Tomoes — Commas like symbols.)

This was a very terrifying eye.

At least in the legend, this eye possessed unimaginable power, giving birth to a unique form of Pupil Technique.

It could be said that if this eye were to appear in this world, it could be described as ‘terrifying.’

And now, the reason why Yu Zi Yu thought of this legend was simply because he had realized what this eye was.

“The Heavenly Eye…” whispering, the corner of Yu Zi Yu’s lips rose into a subtle smile.

Just like a Heavenly Eye, it was a fearsome eye with a unique form of Pupil Technique.

In other words, it was a Heavenly Eye.

Previously, Yu Zi Yu didn’t have a specific concept of a Divine Tree opening the Heavenly Eye, but now, things were completely different; with a reference point, the path in Yu Zi Yu’s mind had become clearer.

Now, what he needed to do was to continuously simulate this ‘reference point’ until he truly opened the Heavenly Eye.

After all, no legend was built on nothing; every legend had some basis.

In this Era of Transcendence, when all myths and legends could potentially return and truly reappear in this world, what he needed to do now was to bring back one Divine Tree after another from the ancient legends to this era.

Of course, even though he would be bringing them back, he would be the Master.

The simplest interpretation of this statement was that Yu Zi Yu needed to capture the power and even the form of those Divine Trees through his Innate Talent — Absolute Evolution.

In the end, all the Trees would merge into one, transforming into a Divine Tree that truly transcended Heaven and Earth.

*Haaa…* Taking a long, deep breath, Yu Zi Yu no longer hesitated.

Immediately after, his Spiritual Energy surged, creating a terrifying storm, before Yu Zi Yu’s towering figure started shrinking at a rapid speed visible to the naked eyes, until it was only a hundred meters tall.

At this moment, if one were to look closely at Yu Zi Yu, they would surely notice that his true form was slowly changing.

It was not just the color, or the Spiritual Energy that was changing, but rather it was his form that was undergoing tremendous changes.

“No branches, no leaves… only a large flower fruit at the top of the Tree…” Recalling the appearance of that Divine Tree, Yu Zi Yu began to slowly control his own transformation.

This was just a change in form, one that was actively attempted by Yu Zi Yu.

Once his form had reached 80-90% of the targeted form, Yu Zi Yu would then pursue the ‘evolution’ of his internals, as well as extrenals, until the internal and external had become one, and thus, opening the Heavenly Eye.

At that point, Yu Zi Yu would also be able to return to his original form.

Simulating that Divine Tree was just a means, the ultimate goal was to open his own Heavenly Eye.

With a clear goal in mind, Yu Zi Yu’s mind slowly sank into his Tree Form, beginning the long deduction.

At this moment, if someone were to pay attention to his status screen, they would notice Yu Zi Yu’s Evolution Points being consumed at a frightening pace.

Using pure deduction, it was impossible to tell when he could truly deduce the power of that Divine Tree that opened the Heavenly Eye.

However, fortunately, Yu Zi Yu had Evolution Points.

Evolution Points weren’t just for upgrading himself, they could be ingeniously used elsewhere.

And now, Yu Zi Yu was using his Evolution Points for deduction, deducing the essence of ‘the power of the Divine Tree that had opened the Heavenly Eye.’

“What’s wrong with Master?” On a distant mountain peak, White Tiger cried out in alarm, his eyes widened in shock as he gazed at the strange tree under the night sky.

[It’s still the same familiar aura, but the appearance has drastically changed. Compared to before, when Master covered the entire sky, Master now appears bald, with only a tuft of greenery at the top.]

What puzzled White Tiger even more was that Yu Zi Yu’s aura was a bit strange, and gradually becoming somewhat unfamiliar.

“Master should be looking for a new direction for evolution!” After taking a deep look at the strange Tree not far away, Bull Demon affirmed.

Having spent a long time with Yu Zi Yu, he had gained some understanding of him. Except, he had never seen such a change before.

Shaking his head, Bull Demon didn’t delve deeper, but instead ordered, “In the future, we Nine Great Beasts will take turns to guard Master.”

“Yes,” accepting the order with a nod, White Tiger immediately went to inform the other Great Beasts.

Meanwhile, unbeknownst to Bull Demon and the others, on a distant mountain peak, a Golden Monkey holding a long staff was looking in Yu Zi Yu’s direction with incredulity.

“You’ve actually reached this step!?” Golden Monkey murmured, appearing somewhat perplexed.

With his insight, he naturally could tell that Yu Zi Yu was now in a strange state, like in a state epiphany, pursuing nothing but the Dao, even if he had to die for it.

An epiphany was a rare and unpredictable blessing. In this state, the veil between Heaven and Earth would be lifted, and all truths would be revealed to the enlightened one.

As a matter of fact, getting an epiphany was incredibly difficult, even for the Great Sages.

Yet, Yu Zi Yu had actually entered a state of epiphany.

What was even more frightening was that in the midst of his epiphany, he was continuously deducing his own path.

“Ummm….” As a myriad of thoughts raced through his mind, Golden Monkey finally felt an indescribable frustration.

*Haaaa…* Sighing, Golden Monkey couldn’t help but exclaim, “Even in the previous era, the current you would be among the small group of geniuses standing at the pinnacle.”
