Yu Zi Yu’s eyes lit up as he laid eyes on the girl with long crimson hair.

Compared to Thorns of the past, the current Thorns was even more charming.

Her long crimson hair was flowing like waves, brighter and more vibrant. Although her beautiful eyes were closed, the fluttering eyelashes seemed as if they would speak.

At a glance, Thorns exuded an indescribable charm. However, compared to the change in Thorns’ appearances, the change in her aura was even more evident. She was even more terrifying and unpredictable.

“Let’s see how much you’ve progressed,” muttering to himself, Yu Zi Yu focused his gaze on Thorns, before a blood-colored status screen entered his sight.

Race: Daughter of the Vines.

Tier: Tier-3 Transcendent (Realm of Monarch).

Innate Talent: Absolute Defense — Weaves an impregnable web of ‘instinct’ and Blood Vines, which instantly defends and even counterattacks in a moment of crisis.

Unique Abilities: Mastery of Blood — Can easily control the blood, affecting even the blood of others.

Blood Devourer — She can heal herself by devouring Blood Essence, and can even enhance her strength by absorbing blood.

Thorns’ Strangulation — Turns an area into a blood-colored purgatory, summoning endless vines to instantly strangle everything.

Blood Seeds — Can sow seeds, silently spreading across the land and even on enemies.

After calmly going over it, a slight smile curved Yu Zi Yu’s lips. [Amazing!]

Compared to before, Thorns now had indeed made qualitative progress. If she used to rely on vines for fighting in the past, she had gained another means — blood.

Blood had become her new weapon. Moreover, compared to the Blood Vines, blood was more eerie and elusive.

The calmly standing girl on the Crimson Dragon suddenly trembled, before her closed eyes suddenly opened, revealing a hint of flickering crimson glow. The next moment, she waved her hand, and with a swoosh, an arrow of blood shot towards her from a distance.

Looking towards the source of the blood arrow, one would actually discover a convulsing Snow-White Rabbit, with a bloody hole in its body and a terrified look on its face.

“She drew blood from this rabbit so easily!?” Voicing his surprise, Bull Demon looked at Thorns not far away playing with the blood arrow with widened eyes.

Moments later, seemingly tired of playing with it, Thorns pouted slightly and expressed dissatisfaction, “There’s too much impurity in this blood.”

Saying so, Thorns casually flicked her hand, sending the blood arrow in her hand flying back towards the Snow-White Rabbit..

Moments later, with popping sounds, the Rabbit, lying limp on the ground like a dried carcass, slowly inflated and returned to its original state in the stunned gazes of the Mutant Beasts.

“Uh…” After a brief silence, each and every Mutant Beast looked towards Thorns with unsettled gazes.

This was indeed eerie. In fact, it was horrifying. Everything aside, just her act of drawing blood was indefensible. Not to mention, Thorns could even return the blood, leaving the Little Rabbit unscathed.

This kind of method indirectly proved Thorns’ terrifying control over blood.

In other words, Thorns seemed to have a certain ability to draw their blood.

At this moment, seemingly aware of the thoughts of the Mutant Beasts, Thorns’ lips curled slightly, revealing a hint of playfulness, but she didn’t give any explanation. Instead, she turned her gaze towards the depths of the dense mist. “Master, do you miss me?”

“Hmmm…” The corners of Yu Zi Yu’s mouth twitched. He hadn’t expected Thorns to discover him, let alone say something like this.

*Haaa…* Shaking his head helplessly, Yu Zi Yu waved his hand, dispersing the thick fog concealing his figure.

Immediately after…

“Greetings, Divine Tree.”

“Greetings, Master.”

…

As everyone caught sight of Yu Zi Yu’s figure, everyone greeted him.

“En.” Yu Zi Yu nodded slightly in response, but didn’t pay much attention. Instead, he shifted his gaze to Thorns, praising, “Well done! If you can properly utilize your abilities, you’ll be known as Blood Queen in the future!”

Hearing Yu Zi Yu’s praise, a hint of pride appeared on her face, happily shouting, “But of course.”

However, just at the drop of these words, Thorns’ gaze swept over the Mutant Beasts, seemingly sensing something. “Elder Sister isn’t back yet?”

Puzzled, a furrow appeared on Thorns’ beautiful face. [The Mutant Beasts who had participated in the battle on the grasslands have returned already. So, where is Elder Sister?]

“Elder Sister is also undergoing metamorphosis, just like you,” seemingly aware of Thorns’ concern, Bull Demon responded in a timely manner.

He gave a brief rundown on everything that had transpired after Thorns went into seclusion.

…

Time slowly passed by. Under the night sky, the girl with a Crimson Flood Dragon coiled around her frowned. “The Sea Clan!”

“Yes, the Sea Clan.” Nodding, Bull Demon’s voice turned cold, “These guys are looking for death.”

“Yeah, they are indeed looking for death.” Thorns also agreed with a nod. [But now’s not the time to discuss this.]

Casting a glance in the direction of the Divine Tree, who had vanished at some point, Thorns then raised her eyebrows, looking at the distant towering shadow of a Tree that covered the sky, and suggested, “Let’s wait a bit longer until Elder Sister wakes up.”

“What about Third Brother, what’s he up to? Why isn’t he back yet?” Thorns’ voice carried a hint of frustration as she expressed her helplessness regarding her unreliable Third Brother.

She had caused such a big commotion, yet her Third Brother, White Tiger, still hadn’t returned, leaving her with no one to rely on.

…

And just as Thorns was thinking and worrying about White Tiger…

Near White Emperor City, one of the ten most famous cities in China…

Pools of blood filled the ground, and corpses of both Humans and Mutant Beasts lay strewn everywhere, including a dozen or so Mutant Tigers.

However, more terrifying than this ghastly sight was the figures standing in the center of the battlefield, their hair dyed red with blood.

They were none other than beings from the Tiger Clan.

Exiting Misty Mountains, the Tiger Clan, with their fearsome strength, had massacred all the powerful experts of White Emperor City, as well as countless soldiers, whose lifeless bodies lay cold on the ground around them.

In the face of the terrifying strength of the Tiger Clan, numbers were truly insignificant.

Not to mention, there were also many affiliated Clans following the Tiger Clan.

“I’ve said it before, you shouldn’t have stopped me…” White Tiger shouted in a cold voice as his gaze fell on a figure entwined in a tornado not far away.

“Don’t kill me, please don’t kill me…” The figure pleaded in a terrified voice.

However, White Tiger remained unmoved, rather his eyes turned cold.

In the next moment, amidst the howling storm, the Deputy Mayor of White Emperor City, a renowned Tier-3 Superhuman, was slowly ripped into nothingness, leaving only a mist of blood covering the sky.

Afterward, White Tiger let out a thunderous roar before he spread his wings and flew into the sky, silently overlooking the majestic city rooted in the mountains.

“As of today, White Emperor City will be under Misty Mountains.” Like a declaration, yet also like a command, White Tiger’s voice carried indescribable dominance.
