Liang Huizhong thought about capturing Zhang Fei [1], but his calmness gave him a bad feeling. Besides, all his women showed no concern about their presence, as if they were confident in their husband’s abilities.

Liang Huizhong glanced at Feng Jiu and Feng Tian, who were a little further away, and he remembered for sure that they were Feng Jiu’s parents. The two phoenixes also glanced at him, but they did not speak or move, waiting for Zhang Fei [1]’s decision.

’Sect Master, we—’ The male elder stopped talking as soon as Feltia [2], followed by Yao Qilin and Fei Lian, appeared on three different tree branches, surrounding them. ’Evil beasts? Why are they siding with him?’

Liang Huizhong and the other elders also recognized Yao Qilin and Fei Lian’s identities, and they did not expect their presence in the forest. Furthermore, they were clearly siding with Zhang Fei [1], which meant they would have to fight both evil beasts if they wanted to capture him.

Liang Huizhong looked at Feltia [2], but he couldn’t recognize that he and Zhang Fei [1] were Zhang Fei’s clones because they were different from ordinary clones. Moreover, Feltia [2] was not in his human form, but he was in his calamity dragon form, and his cultivation was on par with Yao Qilin and Fei Lian’s thanks to the soul link. ’What kind of evil beast is he? Why have I never seen his race before?’

Zhang Fei [1] summoned the demon extermination sword and pointed it at them. ”I know you guys are so eager to capture me, but I’m not afraid of you all. If you want to fight, let’s do it now. If you don’t dare to fight, then scram now.”

Liang Huizhong and his group were not intimidated by Zhang Fei [1], but they had to carefully consider the possibility of capturing him, particularly given the presence of three evil beasts by his side. Furthermore, Feng Tian and Feng Jiu were also in the forest, which confirmed the rumors of his relationship with Feng Yao.

Offending Feng Yao would be their worst nightmare, especially after her subordinates killed so many cultivators when she returned to the Paradise Realm. Liang Huizhong and his group faced an additional problem as the demons from the three demon races were targeting their sect members in the tower, so he led his group to the next area while they continuously glanced at Zhang Fei [1] and the others.

After they left, Yao Qilin and Fei Lian landed beside Zhang Fei [1]. ”Why did you choose not to fight them, Master?”

”Wouldn’t it be better for us if you captured them, Master?”

Zhang Fei [1] shook his head at them. ”Liang Huizhong is the sect master of the Divine Samsara Sect, remember? Do you think their ancestors would leave him unattended? If we make a move against them, those old people will find out about our actions, and they will try hard to search our domain. Besides, the grand elders of the Torture Demon Race and the Thousand Eyes Demon Race are in the tower, so I want to use them to fight those demons.”

”So, you plan to pit those people against demons from both demon races?”

”If I make them fight each other, I won’t have to bother fighting them, right?” Zhang Fei [1] looked at the tower in the distance. ”Moreover, those demons are clearly targeting the people from the Divine Samsara Sect, so I hope they will harm each other, and I will laugh at their misery.”

”So cunning!”

”Forget about them.” Zhang Fei [1] looked at the people with him, and he could see that the beasts in the second area didn’t mean much to them, especially after they had trained in the training space for decades. ”I think I’ll take them to the third area soon, and I want you two to focus on protecting them.”

”Yes, Master.”

After that, Zhang Fei [1] jumped onto one of the trees and lay there, checking out the new features of the level 9 system, especially items in all system shops.

”Sect Master, we—”

”Enough.” Liang Huizhong looked at the tower. ”I want to capture Zhang Fei, but he has such a close relationship with Empress Huo. Even our ancestors didn’t dare to fight that barbaric woman, so we don’t need to mess with her. Furthermore, those demons from the three demon races are in the tower right now, and our sect will be in big trouble if they manage to capture our people, so we should focus on this matter first.”

”Yes, Sect Master.”

With their speed and cultivation, Liang Huizhong and the others arrived at the first floor of the Tower of Eternity quickly. They couldn’t find Yue Ningxue there, making them think that she was sent somewhere else to undergo a challenge. They saw people from the God of War Pavilion there, but they were focused solely on themselves and didn’t bother with the demons.

”Sect Master, they are here.” A male elder looked at Ku Shan and the others.

”Which of them should we target first?”

Liang Huizhong looked at Ku Shan, Ku Yin, Qian Kuang, and Qian Hufeng in turn. ”We will target the demons of the Torture Demon Race first, and we must kill them without anyone remaining. Let’s move now! They have almost reached the second floor!”

”Yes.”

.

.

.

Ku Shan and Ku Yin frowned as Liang Huizhong and the others moved into their area. ”They want to target us.”

”Yes,” Ku Shan nodded and told his subordinates to gather. ”Since they’re targeting us, we must teach them a lesson, and we will capture them.”

Ku Yin grinned. ”They are overconfident in their strength, but we don’t need to fear them because they are not their ancestors.”

”Even so, we still have to be careful because Yue Ningxue is here, and she will definitely help them against us.”

”Yeah.”

.

.

.

”They don’t seem to dare target us.”

Qian Kuang nodded. ”They should be aware of our demon god’s true abilities, and they’re probably afraid he’ll decide to come out and attack their sect. Although our people haven’t managed to locate their domain, our demon god can easily find them with the ability of his middle eye.”

”What should we do now? Should we leave? Their presence makes the situation in this tower even more complicated, especially with Empress Huo and the three dragons on the second floor.”

”Let’s observe their next actions first, and we will leave this tower if the situation does not favor us. Our demon god may punish us, but the punishment will not be too severe.”

”Yeah,” Qian Hufeng nodded.

.

.

.

Sha Huo exhaled heavily as he looked at the Divine Samsara Sect group. ”Grand Elder Huoran, they’re targeting the Torture Demon Race now, but I’m sure they’ll target us next.”

”Brother, I think we should leave this tower now,” Sha Qingge said in a trembling voice, afraid of being caught by the Divine Samsara Sect members.

Sha Huo looked at his sister and contacted their father, who immediately asked them to leave the tower and return to their domain. ”Grand Elder Huoran, my father asked us to go out and return right now.”

Sha Huoran was not surprised to hear that because he knew Sha Mo’s character by heart, and his demon god would never sacrifice his two children. However, they couldn’t move on their own because they were in Zhang Fei’s control.

Sha Huo and Sha Huoran suddenly heard Zhang Fei’s voice in their minds, and he asked them to leave the tower directly. They tried to find him on the first floor, but they couldn’t find him because he used his invisibility ability.

Without thinking any further, Sha Huo and the others decided to give up, and the tower immediately sent them to the outermost area. The people of the Torture Demon Race and the Thousand Eyes Demon Race were surprised with their decision, but they did not follow them and continued with their plans.

.

.

.

When Sha Huo and the others arrived at the outermost area, Feltia [2] was already waiting for them there. ”Why did you choose to save us? You could have ordered us to stay there and fight with them, and we would probably have died at their hands.”

”Why should I let you die in their hands if you’re still useful to me?” Feltia [2] moved beside Sha Qingge and embraced her, making her annoyed and embarrassed. ”Your sister is quite pretty, and I like her, so I won’t let her die.”

”Ahh! Let me go, you bad lust demon!” Shan Qingge slapped his hand and ran behind her brother. ”Don’t ever touch me again! Otherwise... I will bite you to death!”

”Hahaha,” Feltia [2] burst into laughter upon hearing that. ”Princess, you can bite me if you want, and I won’t fight back.”

”Shameless!” Sha Qingge furiously shouted.

Sha Huo and Sha Huoran exchanged glances for a moment. ”In that case, we will return to our domain now.”

After they left, Feltia [2] let out a soft sigh. ”I hope Liang Huizhong and the others will fight with the two demon races inside the tower, and I will secretly help those demons to fight them, so my burden will be slightly reduced.”
