The Dark Rebirth of Pandora: Revenge of the Abyss

Chapter 227: Time Skip

Well, it’s been a little over 4 months, today is February 1st, and I have to say that a lot has happened during these months as I’ve focused on personal evolution and kingdom management.

I’ve become much more powerful and intelligent. I’ve also focused on creating various original magics, aiming to put a personal touch on them as well as focusing on different areas to assist me.

I’ve learned various skills and discovered many things. I think it starts with the administration of the kingdom there was a ton of backlogged work, so the first month was entirely focused on adjusting that.

I made political decisions, expanded the castle and city area by acquiring more nearby territory and turning it into habitable land, eliminating all the monsters nearby for the safety of the population.

Aokitsu and Freya have been in good sync. Aokitsu even learned quickly, and now she’s already taking care of the training of my soldiers, assuming Thalor’s role. And as promised, I’m making her people’s lives a little better.

The city is now about 4 times larger than before, and with a lot of effort, I was able to develop a functional water and food system that serves this hostile environment we live in.

I also sent many men to Delfina to impregnate the mermaids, covering the large number of deaths I caused along with Lilith. When these men returned, they seemed ”dried out” but satisfied.

The mermaids apparently get quite wild during sex, but that’s not my problem, so I didn’t care too much about it. Now that the city has grown, everyone has a lot of work to do.

The city has become quite lively with all the improvements that have occurred. Now that the demons don’t have to worry about food, housing, and security, they have time to strengthen themselves.

And with that, the average power of the demons has increased again, and my presence, which now has an even greater effect on them, has granted a slight increase in their growth rate.

So the demons are slowly getting ready for war. Lilith has also reinforced the city’s barrier, and now my entire city is like a powerful fortress.

With elaborate and well-designed paths to hinder enemy invasions, and very good details for monitoring the city and its surroundings, along with very well-made walls and watchtowers.

Each area of the city has checkpoints and watchtowers to keep an eye on things, and we’ve also created more prisons, both for some problematic demons and for future enemies and prisoners of war.

I also had the idea of turning it into a mobile fortress using magic, so that the entire city could move from its location, just like the master’s floating island, but I gave up on that idea.

It was full of flaws, like the absurd mana consumption, the fact that the island in this form cannot expand, limiting the population’s space, and the lack of a place to obtain resources.

So the idea was quickly discarded, and I had several other similar ideas that I ended up discarding due to flaws. Leadership is much more complicated than it seemed.

Regarding my training, I’ve evolved a lot in this regard. Now I’m a master of almost all types of fighting styles with various weapons, I know how to use everything from 20 types of swords to more complex weapons.

And with that, I developed my own fighting style, a mixture of various techniques combined with various weapons, so that I can fight by switching weapons during the battle and easily confusing the enemy.

I also better adjusted my plans for the academy, and Grimm even got involved. She didn’t come directly, but she sent me a letter with incredible information about the academy director.

Something that no one knows, and if discovered, Akari could be killed as a traitor. It turns out that she is a student of the demon king who came before me, and they had a very complex relationship.

In other words, she was basically trained by the greatest enemy of humanity, something that for humanity would simply be terrible.

And if it’s revealed, she’ll be a traitor to humanity and automatically a target to be eliminated as a helper of the demons. With this information, it’s certain that she’ll comply with my demands.

I just found it strange that Grimm sent me this letter. I know she knows the future, so it makes sense that she knows about Akari and what I need, but the strange thing is that she voluntarily gave me something.

I feel like she’s doing some mischief behind my back. I wonder what that malicious vampire is planning to give me such a good gift.

I have a strange, bad feeling about this, as if something really out of my control will happen in the future.

I even thought about going there in person to question her, but that would take too long, and there’s no reason for me to try to check what that weirdo is doing. I’m sure it’s nothing too big.

After all, what could the queen of vampires possibly try to do that would shock me? It’s unlikely to be something big enough to be bad. I just really hope I’m right that it’s not something bad.

Leaving Grimm aside, I developed 7 original magics of my own. It was difficult, and due to the difficulty, I didn’t learn any other magic, as I was entirely focused on creating mine.

They are 7 magics of different elements that will give me a great advantage in a fight.

Demon King’s Gravitational Pressure - A gravity magic that combines with the aura, creating a gravitational field that increases the gravity in the affected area.

Earth Divider - An earth magic that creates a large-scale fissure in the ground, opening a big hole.

Scalar Vibration - A sound magic that generates vibrations that travel through air, ground, or underground. The vibrations intensify depending on the scale of where they occur.

Great Chaos - A chaos magic that opens a rift in the atmosphere, the vacuum created begins to absorb everything to replace the lost atmosphere.

Orthozora - A poison magic with an extremely hallucinogenic effect.

Kamino Eien - An infinite element magic that creates a distorted area that is always divided by 0, making it impossible for the target to move unless they can destroy the space.

Kamino Sora - A destruction element magic that creates spheres of the destruction element that the user can control the movement of.

These 7 magics were very time-consuming to create, but they all seem very useful for a battle, especially the gravity one where I can defeat enemies just by getting close.

With these new magics and my new power, I feel like I can finally face Mikael. I’ll just take care of the academy teacher issue, and then I’ll be able to challenge him.

Overall, I think I really made the most of this extra time. I also spent some days with Zephyra to give love to my lovely wife.

So I resolved many pending issues I had, got stronger, and took care of my people. For something done in just a few months, it was really good.

I guess I have a knack for leadership... of course, there are also the torture techniques and the occasional ”banquets” I would have in my room or office.

I learned great torture techniques, as well as methods to cause pain and extend the target’s lifespan without killing them quickly, causing the maximum amount of pain possible without actually killing them.

This has made me a master of torture, and there have also been the great banquets I’ve had, when they would bring me various live prey and I would decide to eat them in that way, which made the scent of blood practically cling to my office.

Anyway, it was really very good, and of course, there’s also the elf I bought when I was with Mikael. She’s become a castle servant and is mainly serving Zephyra now.

Her blood is clean enough, so at some point, I want to try her.

Of course, during these few months, I also tried sex with my monstrous side. I let my monster self do what she was so interested in.

I must say, it was unpleasant. I don’t know how Elena liked having my tail thrust back and forth inside her body. I didn’t feel almost any pleasure from it.

It was just extremely uncomfortable to have something slimy, viscous, and long writhing inside me. I guess that’s where the difference between me and a succubus comes in a succubus’s whole body can feel pleasure.

But mine can’t. I can only feel pleasure in areas that are meant for it, and my intestines obviously weren’t made for that, so it was just unpleasant, uncomfortable, and even a bit disgusting.

Of course, my monstrous side did enjoy it. She said it’s comforting to have the whole body tightly squeezing the tail from the inside. And of course, since I’ve already experienced it with Elena, it really is good.

But it’s only good for the one inserting, for the receiver it’s just unpleasant, unless their whole body can feel pleasure.

At least we only did it once, and my monstrous side ended up not being that interested in it anymore. And now my monstrous side has decided to manage my mana, so we’ve reduced mana consumption.

At the same time, we’ve increased mana processing, mana absorption from the environment, mana control, and best of all, a perfect reduction and division of mana in everything we do.

So we can use the maximum of all the mana I have without waste, even when I’m in my common human form, since to achieve this feat I needed at least a partial monstrous form.
