The Dark Rebirth of Pandora: Revenge of the Abyss

Chapter 204: I love you skillfully or unskillfully and share my life as proof

”Zephyra, what I want to talk to you about is pretty simple.” There’s something that is unacceptable.

”Stop worshipping the goddess of dragons!”

”...W-What?” Zephyra questions with a shocked expression.

”You must not worship anything or anyone other than me! I am the number one in your life, in every possible aspect I must always be your number one, that’s why you must not worship others.”

”You must only worship me!”

’Can the system help with this? I have some degree of authority.’ I open the system and try to see what I can do while Zephyra is lost in thought, after all I’m asking her to abandon her religion.

”...”

’Aha!’ I find something different in the system and start messing with it, to tinker with the system I use my mana, with the level of privilege I have what I can do is extremely limited.

But I think I can send something to Zephyra.

”Did you get it?” Zephyra is so shocked that her eyes are trembling.

”Y-You are a g-goddess!” Zephyra speaks with a lot of hesitation, what I sent to Zephyra was a system alert for her to make a choice, to remain with the goddess of dragons or start worshipping me as a goddess.

”Shhh” Taking advantage of her cuteness, I place a finger on her lips and ask for silence, I don’t want this fact to spread yet.

’But all the goddesses already know that I’m a goddess...is there really a reason for me to hide? And if...I take advantage of this wave of cuteness to reveal that I’m also a goddess...’ I’ll think about that later.

”Choose, Zephyra, but know that your choice will change how you’re treated, I would never accept someone who is worshipping others! I am the only one you must worship.”

”...”

My system informs me that she accepted, a little reluctantly, but she accepted, I quickly jump on her, hugging and kissing her.

”Hehehehe” I give a slightly childish but very excited giggle.

”You made the right choice, my love, I’m much better than that stupid goddess.” She lost in something so simple against me, so she already shows that she’s not very smart.

”A-Ah, my ability disappeared” Zephyra says in shock.

”Ability?” I question without understanding.

”Y-Yes, the one that made you fall in love...” Zephyra looks at me frightened, probably thinking that I’m going to kill her now that her ability no longer has any effect.

”...” Abilities that have been lost end up losing their effects, which means that her ability no longer forces me to love her.

”...Zephyra.”

”P-Please don’t kill me! I-I’m sorry!” Zephyra cries, very scared.

”...Zephyra, I love you...” Zephyra looks at me without understanding.

”I...don’t feel any difference, I love you as much as I’ve always loved you.”

”H-How? M-My ability s-stopped working.”

”I think I’ve gotten attached to you, after all I’ve spent a lot of time with you being the main thing on my mind, so obviously my love is real.” It was a long time with just her on my mind and my love for her.

”D-Do you r-really like me?”

”Why the shock? Hahaha, is it so surprising? My heart is quite big, obviously it would fit you in it even without an ability.” This cheers me up in a way, I can prove that my love is real.

If she lost the ability, the effect disappeared, which means that any feelings I have for Zephyra are real.

”I-I didn’t think you...really liked me” Zephyra says, wiping away her tears.

”Well...it makes perfect sense, but now it’s proven otherwise, I love you very much, after all I’m your number one cutie.”

”Y-Yes...” She says with a loving smile.

’So that thing about her being blessed was true.’ If she lost the ability after switching goddesses, then that means this ability came from the blessing of a goddess.

I wonder how much authority I need to bless someone.

”My love, now that this is settled and you see how much I love you, you’ll be a good wife, won’t you?”

”Y-Yes, well I already was...but...I’m glad you genuinely like me.”

’It was also a surprise to me...’ I admit I didn’t expect this, my love for her hasn’t diminished at all, maybe I’ve gotten too attached to her before I noticed.

”So Zephyra, now you’re going to pray to me, right?”

”...I guess so, but...Pandora, how are you a goddess?”

”Long story, but few know I’m a goddess.”

”If...you’re a goddess, does that mean I never had a chance, not even for a second, to escape or anything like that?”

’Well...being a goddess didn’t make me any stronger, but she doesn’t know that.’

”Yes, you never had the slightest chance, but it’s not like you needed to run away from me.”

”I guess not, I don’t need to run away.” I give her another loving kiss.

”Your Majesty, everything is ready for you to make your announcement to the public!” Freya appears, interrupting the moment.

”...Tsk, okay, tell the maids I’m on my way, and also tell them that Zephyra will be participating too, so choose a magnificent dress for her.” Freya confirms as she leaves.

I use the shadows to teleport Zephyra and I to the bathroom in my room.

”Zephyra, how about you give me a bath? I’m sure you want to explore my little body.” I say with a double meaning to her.

”...” She just nods shyly as I start taking off my clothes, Zephyra also takes off hers as I dive into the large bathtub.

But Zephyra quickly comes to me and lifts me out of the water.

”...”

”Y-You must first wash your body...”

’Tsk...’ I wanted to take advantage right away, but what can I do? I’ll leave it like this for now. Zephyra starts carrying me to the shower and the soap, I guess one of the few useful things humans have created are items like the shower.

Zephyra turns on the shower, pouring slightly warm water over my body for a brief moment, and then she takes the soap and starts running it through my hair with care.

”Your hair is so beautiful” She compliments.

”Thank you, although I don’t take care of it with so much zeal, I guess I have great genetics.”

”It’s soft and fragrant, though it has a slight metallic scent that also mixes with the sweet smell.”

’...’

”It’s hard to clean the smell of blood out of the hair...” The smell really sticks to the body, so even when taking a careful bath, the smell remains, and since it’s not an impurity, it’s difficult to eliminate such a smell with magic.

”Have you tried bathing in mana?”

”I don’t know what that is.”

”Another person starts rubbing your body, filling their hands with mana, this removes most things and smells.”

”I usually bathe alone.” I don’t want people touching my body without being the ones I previously allow.

”O-Oh I can do it...b-but it’s very intimate.”

’I imagine it is.’ Anything in this world that shares mana is considered intimate.

”You can do it, Zephyra, I’ll love anything good you do.” Zephyra nods with a determined look as she pours water on my body to rinse off the soap.

She then starts rubbing my body with her hands, but I feel something warm between her hands and my skin.

’Oh, her mana is seeping into my body...t-this is so comforting.’ My tail wags excitedly, this feels so good.

She starts touching my breasts, rubbing them carefully while I cross my legs and hold back my moans, I know she’s just cleaning me, but it seems so naughty precisely because it’s so innocent.

When she moves on to scrubbing my hair, the sensation reduces, but soon she finishes my hair and goes back to my body, scrubbing my back.

”Hyuuun!” I let out a moan when she grabs my tail, Zephyra touches my tail more timidly because of my low moans, I really feel great pleasure from this touch.

”D-Don’t stop yet...y-you need to clean my tail well” I tell her, preventing her from moving away, and as I asked, she continues touching.

”Y-You know, your tail got cute at this smaller size” I guess she tried to compliment me, but it came out a bit strange.

”Thanks, I guess.” I hold back the urge to stick my tail in her mouth, sex in the bathroom seems interesting, but I’m too busy for that now.

After she has scrubbed my whole body with mana, I really noticed the difference, the slight metallic scent that always accompanied me has disappeared, leaving only the natural sweet scent I have.

As a reward, I copy what Zephyra did, giving her a mana and soap bath, making sure to scrub her intimate parts well and hear her sweet little moans.

After cleaning the dirt, Zephyra goes to the bathtub and I join her, I sit on her lap and enjoy the warm water, which is wonderful.

”Zephyra, don’t you feel uncomfortable with the anal plug?” My weight may bother her, who has to sit with it.

”Huh? N-No...I’ve been using it for so long that I got used to it, and besides, it’s quite convenient not to have to go to the bathroom for that.”

”Then are you ready to pay for that convenience?”

”What do you mean?”

”Your butt won’t be forgiven!” She understands what I meant and blushes furiously, it’s obvious that at some point I’ll use that part of her as well, after all, it was precisely for this that I made her wear this plug that cleans the ”impurities” from inside her body.

”Hmmm” To embarrass me, she starts touching my breasts.

”P-Pandora, you got so small...that’s kind of funny, you know...”

”It’s a good way to see what our future children will be like!” I say excitedly to Zephyra, my eggs are much smaller than my mother’s, which naturally makes them have a younger physical age.

So I, who was born the size of a teenage human, am an exception, my children will be born the size of human babies.

”Pandora...do you really just want a satisfying life? I always wonder about that, I never know if you’re being honest about what you say you want.”

”Or if...you’re just deceiving me for sadism and find my naivety stupid and funny.”

”N-Never! I don’t think you’re stupid, I’m being honest about wanting children with you and a life of self-fulfillment, Zephyra, you’re thinking too rationally.”

”But you forget that my way of thinking is much more instinctive, think of it like animals, they are born, grow up, reproduce and die.”

”In this path they seek food, survival and a partner.”

”I’m basically that same lifestyle, except that I won’t die from natural causes and over time I won’t need food anymore, but I’ll still grow and look for a partner to share my life with.”

”H-How...can I know if you really are like that?”

’...’

I try to mess with the system, I’ll prove to her how much I love her by trying to give the greatest proof of love I can imagine.

[The system warns that such action will have consequences, do you want to share your life with Zephyra Silverleaf?

By doing this, if you die, Zephyra Silverleaf will also die, and it informs that if Zephyra Silverleaf suffers great damage, a large part of the damage will be transferred to you, granting Zephyra Silverleaf a certain degree of immortality by connecting her life to your life.

She will gain various benefits linked to you]

”...” Zephyra just received a similar message, I am sharing my life with Zephyra.

”A-Are you sure about this?” Zephyra questions me.

”Yes! This is proof that I only want a satisfying life full of children as I had already said! And it’s also proof that I love you very much.” If Zephyra accepts this, she will become pseudo-immortal and nothing and no one will be able to kill her easily.

Even if her head is cut off, she will be kept alive and this damage will be largely sent to me, the only way to kill Zephyra will be to completely evaporate her body from existence and destroy her soul.

As long as a piece of Zephyra remains, she will continue to live and her soul will not be able to leave in any way as it is linked to me, and even without a body, she will remain connected to me by soul and can have a new body.

Zephyra received a similar explanation, if she accepts, killing her will become almost impossible and she also won’t age...however, this is a double-edged sword, as soon as I die, she will die without any choice.

It means that if I die young, she will also be forced to accompany me, this is the greatest proof of love I can offer.

It is equivalent to tearing a piece of my life and giving it to Zephyra, I know it’s madness, but I love her enough to ensure her safety in this way, of course this creates a weakness for me since if she is attacked I take damage, so if someone knows about this they can focus on attacking Zephyra.

But I don’t care.

”Hick” She starts crying, but not out of sadness, soon the system informs that she has accepted.

”T-Thank you! O-Only my mother has gone this far for me, n-no one else has ever done something like this for me” I turn on Zephyra’s lap.

”Zephyra, you don’t need to cry, I love you, I would do anything for you.” I know my way of loving is a bit unhealthy, but it’s what I have and I won’t change it.

”It’s okay, darling, don’t cry, I’m here for you.” Every corner of Zephyra’s heart and mind will be filled only by me, I am her number one and nothing and no one will take that away from me.

”Want a little kiss? I may look like a child, but it’s you who’s crying, no need for tears, just don’t tell anyone about this little gift, it will be our eternal secret.”

”I-I want a kiss...I swear I won’t tell anyone, it’s our secret.” As soon as she says that, I kiss her, rubbing my naked body against hers, she is so soft and good to squeeze.

More and more, Zephyra sinks into the swamp of love, entering this darkness irreversibly, which fills me with satisfaction.
