The Dark Rebirth of Pandora: Revenge of the Abyss

Chapter 225: Pre-Time skip

”...” After we had taken a shower, Delphina and I went to a conference room to negotiate everything properly, since I broke her things, I should at least return a little.

I don’t want her to be mad at me since I like her and she is also my partner with my brand as well as Zephyra, and as my partner and my responsibility, I must satisfy her.

So it was decided, I will send 100,000 men to her for 1 month, as each mermaid will only want to get pregnant and leave, these 100,000 men won’t be able to rest at all in that 1 month.

However, I’m sure many men will love to get the mermaids pregnant without having to take care of children, after all it’s free sex! Who wouldn’t like it? Now whether they can endure it is not my problem.

And since it’s not my problem, I don’t care if they can endure it, the mermaids will heal and revitalize them as many times as necessary, and after 1 month they will be sent back, I will make a brief recruitment and send the selected troops to the beach where Delphina will take care of the rest.

It will be similar to the recruitment made the other time, but this time on a much larger scale, in fact I don’t know how large my people are, but it’s already in the millions of inhabitants.

While I’m progressing, the world doesn’t stop, it doesn’t wait for me and everything continues to move forward as more inhabitants come to my city.

My human follower who is creating my religion also deserves some attention, since every time I check this part of the status, I see that my followers have increased and continue to increase.

As for the destruction of cities and the extinction of some species in the ocean, there’s not much I can do, I don’t know how to bring the dead back to life, and I won’t send builders to repair the damage because it’s underwater.

Delphina finally yielded and left everything as it was as long as the troops were sent correctly, after all the reconstruction is the least of it, the worst is the death of many.

After we signed this contract, I was sent to my castle by teleportation and found Lilith waiting for me at the entrance gate, of course besides Lilith, Nix and Kaos had a new girl, she seems the youngest among the 4, but she looks a lot like Lilith.

Showing that she is the newest head of Lilith, Lilith said she needed to talk to me, so I promptly accepted and followed her to a private room where there are some piles of papers for me to sign as the Demon King.

”Any problem, Lilith? And does the new head already have a name?” I ask her with curiosity, the new head of Lilith is quite cute.

”Yes, Your Majesty, we have a problem, and the new head still doesn’t have a name,” The new head looks curiously around the room, not paying much attention to me, she seems to be full of interest in everything around her.

She seems to be the curious type and is extremely similar to Kaos, just a little smaller in various attributes, and also doesn’t seem to be shy at all.

”Okay, and what problem would we have?” I ask her as I sit at the table and read some papers, this current room we are in has several of the tasks I procrastinated, but now I’m going to focus a little on improving the city to turn it into a fortress to exterminate humanity.

Honestly, I plan to kill almost all races or at least reduce their numbers to less than 10% of the total, just so as not to leave loopholes for them to recover.

I only kept the Beast Men alive for convenience, but other races in general will be completely extinct or almost extinct, for example I think leaving some humans as slaves is useful since they have good skills.

So maybe exterminating 70% of humanity and enslaving the rest of it is the best approach, but I have time to think about whether I do a complete extermination or just an incomplete genocide.

Although my monstrous side is yearning for a complete genocide of humanity, but I must be rational in this important choice.

”Well, we have some minor problems in general, such as the castle’s barrier that is weak because the city has grown in size, we also have the training of the troops that without Thalor ended up declining,” Lilith begins to cite problems for me to solve.

”We have the supplies that are no longer enough for the people who have grown a lot due to the Beast Men, and we have the extermination of the dwarves as you requested.”

”The war with them is already over, it was relatively quick for us to win because they are a race with few members compared to others and almost 100% of them live in one place.”

”However, it happens that the losses against them were very high, precisely because we didn’t have Thalor or you to command the war, and without a commander capable of fighting directly and commanding the war, it became too complex.”

”Especially because dwarves are experts and used the terrain to their advantage, and the terrain was a gigantic underground city, an area where you who excel in speed would have enormous advantages.”

”And the kingdom’s barrier was so powerful that it prevented the kingdom from collapsing even though it was underground, we couldn’t even find their crystal it was so well hidden.”

”That’s why the city is still there practically untouched, just very dirty with blood and bodies, and with some rubble and destroyed houses.”

”...”

’No one said administering a kingdom would be easy...’ But this is one of my duties, if the kingdom’s situation improves, they will be more useful against the total war that will occur in the future.

”For now, to solve the supply problem, we will use the bodies of the dwarves as food and loot their city, while expanding the harvest with magic, just...call the greedy alchemist we have to create relics to help with this.”

The price will be high, after all the great demon alchemist is very greedy, but it’s worth it, this makes me realize that I’ve never met this alchemist face to face, maybe I should summon him to the castle, but there’s no need for that right now.

”I’ll leave the other problems for later, I want you to inform everyone that I’m going to stay in the kingdom for now, working officially and fixing various things in the city.”

”I think that before returning to the academy, it should take about 4 months taking care of the kingdom’s administration, besides that, ask Elena to get me different master warriors in weapon fighting, but they all must know how to use different weapons.”

”Also...I want you to get me a lot of food for me, preferably still alive, and books on torture.” I want to be very creative when torturing the heroes.

”Also get me various books with magic, during these 4 months that I’ll be here, I want to learn, refine and expand my range of skills, magic and fighting styles.”

”Also, I want you, Lilith, to personally reinforce the castle’s barrier to withstand everything, and let Kaelith know to continue replacing me at the academy, but after the first year is completely over, she must return to the castle.”

No one else will be able to see her, since this way I’ll have an excuse for my growth.

”Okay, Your Majesty, it will be as you wish, but I have another question...that magic you used...did you create it yourself?” Lilith asks with interest.

”Yes, it was a magic that I created myself,” I say with pride, I used all the knowledge I had to develop the [Gate of Hell], it is a magic for mass destruction, but it is stronger than I expected.

”...It’s incredibly strong indeed, but from whom did you learn to create magic?” Lilith asks with curiosity, in fact, creating a magic is not so easy.

There are beings that take millennia, but it happens that creating spells for me became easier thanks to my mother, all the knowledge of universal laws that I obtained allowed me this feat of creating my own magic.

”It was someone important to me...don’t worry too much about it,” There’s no need to mention that I’ve already met my mother once, anyway the fact that my mother gave me a gift stays between me and her.

”...Your Majesty, do you remember your sister, right?” Lilith asks as Nix and Kaos hold the new girl who apparently was about to do something stupid.

”...Yes, I remember, but it’s not time yet,” Lilith says, mentioning the time when she said that the seal of my sister was found on the moon.

”Yes, I imagine it’s not the time, I just thought you had forgotten, but it’s okay, I’m going to do my activities, have a good work, Your Majesty,” There was a certain sarcasm in the phrase ”have a good work”.

Lilith starts walking out of the room with the others.

”Oh, and Your Majesty...there are 3 more rooms full of small tasks for you to do,” Lilith says as she leaves with a little chuckle, showing why the sarcasm when saying ”good work”.

”...Damn it...” This is much more than I knew, what the hell is this? No one told me there were so many accumulated tasks, it will take days to finish all this.

’I...really will have time to train and study?’ I wonder as I look at the papers in front of me, this will be a really boring job.

I start doing the work right away while feeding Violet with my mana, since I won’t be going out much from the castle or the work, I’ll just be feeding Violet with the mana I have.

I’ll need Violet to challenge Mikael using Mesumari, anyway, these will be long and exhausting 4 months, but after these 4 months I will be much stronger and my kingdom will be much better.
