Supreme Husband System! & Supreme Wife System!

Chapter 207: The end of the meeting

”I can prepare everything necessary so that you can get to the North faster,” Irene said, drawing the coupleʼs attention.

Idan wondered what kind of vehicles were currently being used in the Federation.

”The Federation has aircraft that are still in working order. Due to the expansion of territories on these ships, it will take you a whole day to reach the Northern Border. As the head of the Guild, I have the right to request and arrange a flight if I prove that it is necessary. Since you are going to the border, where the situation is tense, the Federation will not refuse,” Irene suggested.

Idan and Arabel considered Ireneʼs offer, but then decided against it.

”Thank you, Sister, but weʼll manage on our own!” said Idan, surprising Irene.

”Hey! Hey! Hey! Donʼt think about it! I will not become your so-called transport. Because of the contract, my rank has already dropped, and with it my speed,” Esma, upon hearing the coupleʼs rejection of Ireneʼs proposal, immediately thought that they were thinking of her as a means of transportation again.

”Esma, youʼre not coming with us!” Arabel said with determination, surprising the other.

”Huh?” — Esma exclaimed in disbelief.

”You will stay here, along with Idanʼs older sister,” Arabel added.

Esma immediately became suspicious and looked at Arabel with concern, and then at Idan.

Irene, in turn, also turned her gaze to Arabel, trying to understand why they had suddenly decided to leave this mysterious Valkyrie from another world with her.

”Irene, keep an eye on her while weʼre gone and tell her about the structure of our world. Esma is a stranger, and everything is new to her. Also explain to her how the Guild works and what the duties of a Leader are,” with these words, Arabel blinked her left eye at Irene, trying so that Esma would not notice.

Irene immediately caught a hint of what the couple meant, and looked at Valkyrie with some sympathy.

Her younger brother and Arabel seem to have decided to start their own guild, and instead of taking responsibility for all the complicated management matters, they decided to shift the burden onto the shoulders of this mysterious visitor from another world.

Idan and Arabel, while still in Limbo, thought about creating their own guild. However, they were worried about the Guild management. They understood that this would be a difficult and time-consuming process. Therefore, they decided to find a person who would take on all these troubles and would be devoted to them.

Esma turned out to be the person they had chosen. She had a contract with Arabel, so betrayal was out of the question. Although the first impression of Esme was not the best, now they were almost sure that she would cope. Now all that remained was to convince her to do it.

”Okay, Iʼll keep an eye on her.” Irene had to agree.

”Sister, you shouldnʼt judge Esme by her looks. Sheʼs much older than she looks. Before signing the contract, she was an avatar of a Legendary-ranked Water Valkyrie, and she has a vast store of knowledge about another world that is unknown to anyone in our world, including information about the higher realm.” Noticing some reluctance in his sisterʼs words, Idan decided to share this important information.

His words made a strong impression. Ireneʼs gaze, directed at Esma, completely changed. Looking at her, Arabel and Idan realized that now, even if they wanted to take Esma with them, Irene would not let her go.

Esma, listening to their conversation, already began to suspect that the couple was planning something against her, but could not figure out what exactly.

”Irene, the most important thing is not to accept anything from her, especially potions and drinks,” Arabel warned her sister-in-law. Irene was at a loss as to why Arabel had suddenly started warning her about this.

”Hey!” protested Esma.

”Esma, please donʼt give any of your creations to my family, okay?” Idan asked, looking into Esmeʼs eyes. She nodded, feeling awkward.

”Letʼs leave it at that. Irene, when you get home, make an appointment for those you turned down to come here. Esma and Arabel will come to your house under this pretext today. I think Arabel will want to see her nephew in person, wonʼt she?”— Idan looked at Arabel, and she nodded, desire was evident on her face.

”So it was you?” — Irene finally realized it.

”Yeah...” — Arabel nodded awkwardly, trying not to look into Ireneʼs eyes.

”Great!” agreed Irene. She also wanted to show her cute son to her aunt, who might soon become her sister-in-law.

Irene was the first to leave the room and the restaurant. The couple lingered a little longer, and then Arabel called Esma back to her Star, and Idan picked up Coco and, laying her on his shoulder, they left the establishment.

They carefully scanned the surroundings to notice possible surveillance, but did not notice anything suspicious. Soon they found a hotel near Ireneʼs house and decided to rent two rooms.

”Dan, so weʼre not joining your sisterʼs guild?” Arabel asked as she entered Idanʼs room and sat down on the bed. By this time, she had already summoned Esma.

”You can decide for yourself. If you want, you can join. Weʼll still need some time to prepare for setting up our own guild,” Idan replied.

[Ding! A task has been issued! Establish your own guild and recruit five new members.]

Idan was already starting to think that the System hadnʼt shown any interest in their decision to establish a guild, but he was wrong. At the last moment, the System still gave them a task.

[Ding! Reward for completing the task: ”Coupon for the construction of a private house from the Supreme Builder System”]

”Oh, oh, oh! One more coupon!” — not only Idan, but also Arabel was delighted.

Since the reward is a coupon, it is safe to assume that a new function related to construction will appear in the System.

”Whatʼs the matter with you?” asked Esma, bringing the couple out of their reverie.

”Something amazing has happened,” Idan said mysteriously.

”Tell Esme about the Systems as soon as you can. After she signed the contract, it would be wrong to keep her in the dark,” Idan addressed Arabel through a mental link, giving her the task to initiate Esme into the essence of the matter. Arabel agreed without hesitation.

She was about to tell Esme about the System herself, but she wanted to discuss it with Idan first. However, since he had approached her with this assignment himself, there was no point in discussing anything anymore.

Yesterdayʼs representative of the Queens Guild called soon and, after greeting her, set a new time later in the evening at Ireneʼs house.

Arabel immediately agreed and, taking Esma with her, sent her to her room to rest for a while and then prepare for the meeting.

Idan had his own plans for the evening.

After meeting his sister, he clearly felt the influence of his bloodline begin to weaken. Idan wanted to focus his attention on the problematic bloodline for the first time in a long time.
