CEO's Reborn Wife

Chapter 1865: Chapter 1873: Shameless Scoundrel

”Didn’t you guys have a good talk about this issue before?” Jane Sampson was puzzled. Otherwise, why did Alexander Forest suddenly make a confession on Twitter?

And in such a bizarre way.

”We talked, but it fell apart.” Nina Rice irritably scratched her head. ”When he showed this tendency, I rejected him. But he was so persistent, I was fed up. I think I made it clear that we’re not suitable. He’s not my type. I don’t like flashy butterflies.”

”What did he say?” Jane asked.

”He said I’m being unfair to him, that I’m judging him based on what he did before he liked me, and that it’s biased. He said I wore tinted glasses to look at him and wouldn’t give him a chance. He said he thought we were a good match,” Nina spat dismissively. ”He’s so wrong! I don’t find him pleasing at all. He’s too self-absorbed.”

Honestly, Jane also thought Alexander really wasn’t a good match for Nina, even though Alexander was a friend of hers and an old friend of James Black.

But in the field of love, Alexander was indeed a kind of social butterfly, and Jane thought Nina didn’t misuse the term.

As for relationships, Nina has always been meticulous, preferring nothing to something subpar.

Nina hopes for a relationship like her parents’, where career and work are compatible, and their values and spirit are also matched.

That’s why Nina said Alexander didn’t meet any of her criteria for a partner.

”Because I’ve rejected him so many times, he got desperate. I thought he’d have some other tricks up his sleeve, but unexpectedly this jerk directly went wild on Twitter,” Nina said. ”Just now, I called him to delete it, and he refused, saying he wants the whole world to know he likes me.”

If she wasn’t really infuriated, Nina wouldn’t be repeatedly calling Alexander a jerk.

”I don’t want to deal with him anymore. I’ve blocked him on all communication platforms, and I won’t answer any unknown numbers for the time being,” Nina said. ”I know you’re busy, so I won’t say much this morning. Let’s catch up properly when you return.”

Jane hung up the phone and tidied up once more.

However, neither Jane nor even Alexander and Nina, the parties involved, expected that netizens, relying solely on the name Nina Rice, would dig out her identity.

As Jane followed Coco Edwards into the elevator to go downstairs for breakfast, before the elevator doors closed, she glanced at Twitter on her mobile phone and noticed Nina’s name.

She clicked on it, and before her mobile phone signal weakened, the page had already loaded.

She saw that a netizen had photographed the hot pot restaurant Nina opened and revealed Nina’s personal information.

Presenting to the netizens who caught wind of Junior President Forest’s gossip early in the morning.

This Nina, whom Junior President Forest loves but cannot have, was actually a lawyer who later resigned from a law firm to start her own hot pot restaurant.

It’s heard that Nina and @Jane Sampson have been old friends for many years, and people have seen Jane Sampson at the hot pot restaurant more than once.

It seems that Jane Sampson also holds shares in the hot pot restaurant Nina opened. The exact share amount is unknown.

According to reliable sources, Nina and her friend Jane Sampson were top students since they were young. Later, Nina studied abroad, winning the highest scholarships every year, making her a highly educated talented woman.
