CEO's Reborn Wife

Chapter 1659: Chapter 1667: Handwritten Letter

But, upon hearing this will, Jane Sampson realized for the first time that Granny Sampton truly hated Julie Sampton to her very core for making her husband furious, and thus left nothing for Julie.

”Miss Sampson, this is a handwritten letter that Old Madam Sampton left for you.” Lawyer Forest handed the letter to Jane Sampson and then said, ”I hope Miss Sampson’s body recovers soon, and once you feel better, you can contact me to handle the inheritance procedures.”

After Lawyer Forest finished speaking, he nodded to James Black and Bright Sampton, then took his leave from the ward.

Jane Sampson held the letter in her hand, her fingertips lightly caressing the words ”For Jane’s eyes only” on the envelope.

Despite Granny’s limited education, she learned beautiful handwriting from the Old Sir.

Jane Sampson slowly opened the letter, and right before her eyes was her own name.

My beloved Jane, by the time you read this letter, Granny has already gone to find your grandpa.

Do not be sad, because for Granny, it’s a good thing. Granny misses your grandpa dearly.

Jane, Granny has so many things she wants to say to you, but when picking up the pen, I feel perhaps it’s better left unsaid, lest it brings tears to your eyes.

Granny made many mistakes in her lifetime, but fortunately, she still had a chance to make amends.

Jane, if you were to ask what Granny is most concerned about upon leaving, it’s none other than you.

Jane, Granny knows the Sampton Family has wronged you, and is aware that you have not been happy there. There’s something Granny has always wanted to tell you, but she couldn’t bear to say it.

Now that Granny has left, let me tell you in this letter.

Jane, go find your biological parents, you are so wonderful, your parents must love you dearly.

Now that your grandparents are no longer here, we hope you can find your parents, and let them cherish you in our place. Perhaps in this world, there’s another pair of grandparents who love you even more than we do.

Jane, this is Grandma’s last wish. Granny hopes you can find your own parents.

But if your parents don’t sincerely love you and instead are only recognizing you because you’re a big star or because you have money, heed Granny’s words: such parents we do not want.

Just like people such as Julie Sampton’s foster parents, we should keep them at a respectful distance.

When you find them, don’t rush to acknowledge them. Let James investigate their character. If they aren’t good people, just pretend you never found them.

Without your grandparents, you still have James, Bright Sampton, and your grandfather from the Black Family. The entire Black Family genuinely cares for you.

With them around, you will live a happy life.

Jane, your grandparents will watch over you from heaven, and also protect you. Granny hopes my beloved granddaughter will have a lifetime of happiness and tranquility.

Jane, don’t cry, don’t be upset. If you miss Granny, just let James accompany you to visit your grandparents, but your days are still long, don’t spend too much time thinking about us, so we can be at peace.

—Love, Grandma’s letter.

After reading this short letter, Jane Sampson burst into tears.

”Granny...” Jane Sampson tightly held the letter, calling out repeatedly, ”Granny, thank you, thank you.”

Jane Sampson could never have predicted that Granny’s letter would instruct her to find her biological parents.
