CEO's Reborn Wife

Chapter 1596: Chapter 1604: I Have No Money

Jane Sampson signed and handed the notebook to Bright Sampson, listening to Aunt Chip’s words, she thought to herself.

For Ms. Webster, investing several millions in countryside home stay is a massive amount of funds.

But for those businessmen, several millions is just a car, or a set of nice jewelry.

In their eyes, this money is just something to placate a woman, this kind of investment stuff, they really don’t care about it.

”I heard Ms. Webster was scolded by her parents for this matter and cried for a long time. Ms. Webster’s parents have packed her luggage and are forcing her to return to work in the city first thing tomorrow morning, saying that whenever she finds a decent job, then she could come back to the countryside to see them.” Aunt Chip shook her head helplessly and sighed, ”Actually, even in this era, it’s really difficult for a girl to do something.”

After discussing some afternoon village matters with Granny Sampson, Aunt Chip got the autograph and thanked Jane Sampson and her young siblings profusely, without taking much of their time, she left directly.

”Grandma, why does it sound like Ms. Webster is even more miserable than me?” Bright Sampson suddenly blurted out a sentence after Aunt Chip had left for a long time.

It’s not just that it’s difficult for a girl to do something, for young people, as long as they want to do something beyond the recognition scope of seniors, it’s also very difficult.

In the Sampton Family, Father Sampson’s only way of recognizing Bright Sampson was for him to obediently join the company and learn to manage it after graduating from university.

For that girl from the Webster Family, the way her parents recognize her might probably be if she could pass the civil servant exam it would be the best, if not, then strive to work in a big company that offers two security insurances.

Granny Sampson nodded and hummed in agreement.

Then she looked at Jane Sampson and Bright Sampson and said, ”I’ve seen that girl’s general plan and initial design drawings for the home stay. How about after the meal, I call that girl over, and you young siblings discuss with her? If you think it works, how about you young siblings work together with her on this home stay?”

”Huh? I have no money~” Bright Sampson said a bit embarrassed, ”Grandma, I’m really broke now, my pocket is even cleaner than my face, I’m just surviving these days by relying on my sister’s poverty alleviation support.”

Although there is a salary, but, that salary, it’s really not enough to invest in a home stay.

”You don’t have it, I do!” Granny Sampson patted her thigh and said, ”I’ll provide the money, you two take the shares, I’m just thinking, my money sitting in the bank is just dead money, it’s best to invest in something. I’m old now, unlike you young people with agile minds, if this business succeeds, after I’m gone, I can leave a little more for you young siblings. If it ultimately fails, I’ll consider it as giving that girl who’s striving hard a chance, and just think of it as doing a good deed.”

”Grandma...” Bright Sampson didn’t know what to say.

”Don’t be quick to refuse, after you see that girl’s plan, if you still think this business isn’t suitable to do, then grandma will definitely drop the idea.” Granny Sampson is not someone who does things recklessly without considering, doing business, it must be based on reality to consider the issues.

”Back then, your grandpa and I chose this place for retirement because we saw the good environment of the village. Now the tourism inside the village is slowly developing, look at today, it’s not the weekend, and there’s so many people in the midday, opening a home stay might indeed have a market.” Granny Sampson is not someone who doesn’t understand anything.
