CEO's Reborn Wife

Chapter 1575: Chapter 1583: Everyone Is Suspected

”The big job was stolen, it’s understandable, but when even a guest role in a show gets snatched, no matter how I think about it, it seems suspicious. Plus, the program crew has already paid a deposit, and added to that, the breach of contract penalty. With this sum of money, the crew could invite internationally renowned artists for this episode.”

Rock Bell analyzed more and felt there were other factors and strange circumstances involved in these events.

”Jane, I think someone is targeting you intentionally and then secretly stealing your resources,” Rock Bell said.

Jane Sampson was instantly at a loss for words.

Going to such great extents to steal her work, what’s the interest behind it?

”If I’m not mistaken, someone is really deliberately watching you and snatching your resources from behind, then, there’s another problem.” Rock Bell’s tone grew serious, ”And that is, who leaked your work itinerary?”

The work on this show was only decided by Jane Sampson after the year, and it hasn’t been long since signing the contract.

Up to now, the program crew is still keeping the content of the show confidential, and the contract includes a confidentiality clause, so it’s unlikely that the crew itself leaked it.

Then, it’s very possible that the problem lies on our studio’s side.

”Sister Tin, are you suspecting that someone in our studio sold out my itinerary?” Jane Sampson asked sharply, directly voicing what Rock Bell was thinking.

”Yes.” Rock Bell responded directly, ”I have this suspicion, but at the moment I can’t confirm it, nor do I have a suspect. We currently don’t have many people in our studio, and those who can access your itinerary aren’t many, but that’s okay. If there really is such a person, I have a way to find them.”

Rock Bell was confident, ”I know many people in this circle, many good friends, including Daniel Taylor, so I’ll arrange a trap to catch this person. You wait for my updates; once I have arranged everything, I’ll notify you in advance, then you just need to cooperate.”

At this, Rock Bell reminded Jane Sampson again, ”Before we have clarified this matter, anyone from our studio is suspect, including the three assistants who follow you every day — Lucy, Harry, and Coco Edwards — they all have access to your itinerary.”

”It shouldn’t be them, right?” Jane Sampson was somewhat incredulous.

”It might actually not be those three; I’m just making a point to have you pay more attention recently,” Rock Bell nodded.

In her mind, she was also thinking that this matter probably doesn’t involve Jane Sampson’s three assistants, and she hopes it isn’t them.

Firstly, Coco Edwards, Coco once got injured protecting Jane Sampson, because of this incident, Jane genuinely cares for Coco, treats her as a good friend, gifts her a house, arranges rest, even sends her abroad to relax. It can be guaranteed, in the world, few bosses are as good as Jane Sampson.

And Harry, because of the credit for taking care of Coco Edwards, the studio gave her a long vacation at home to accompany her parents, and it’s even a paid leave.

Lucy is also one of the individuals Jane Sampson takes extra care of. After all, Lucy is an assistant following Jane, and Jane is generous enough with Lucy.
