Martial Arts: I Have Diligence Reward System

Chapter 31: Chapter 25: I Understand You, Bro

”Don’t worry, it’s not the end of the world, and this isn’t a decision you can make.

”I understand you.”

While opening the file, Su Yue comforted this guy.

”Regarding the Governor’s Mansion of Renqing Province, Education Department, Seventh Edition of Teacher Assessment Details”

The red title looks solemn, even somewhat oppressive.

Then, Su Yue quickly read on.

The various details of the document mainly target the high school homeroom teachers.

First, the good news.

Governor Jiang Fuyan signed the document to increase the budget by 5% for all high school departments except the Potential Class.

The benefit of this is that teachers’ salaries will increase, and the scale of various basic school facilities will expand.

Moreover, the Governor is generous in rewarding outstanding teachers.

The assessment content starts from this year’s second-year joint exams, with each city independently piloting it.

This is the internal competition of a few high schools in Cengyan City.

Reward 1: Teachers who cultivate students with the highest Qi Blood will receive one million in currency, a home purchase voucher, and a Hongqi sedan.

The material reward alone is already worth about 3 million, with the Hongqi sedan priced at nearly 1.5 million, which most people simply cannot afford.

Reward 2: Lifetime Honor Lecturer title, the qualification to lecture across the province, and the opportunity to study in other provinces.

For a teacher, these are dream job titles.

This is the reward for the top lecturer.

The top ten teachers in the city will all receive rewards to varying degrees.

Of course, starting from the second place, the reward significantly decreases in scale.

The second-place teacher only receives one million in currency, and the title is only Honor Teacher, not lifelong.

The third-place teacher even gets only 500,000.

From the fourth place, it starts to decrease from 400,000.

But receiving tens of thousands as a bonus is a windfall for teachers.

Su Yue nodded.

With such stimulation, next year’s second-year joint exams will surely be more intense.

The students’ obsession with martial arts partly comes from their family’s influence, and partly requires teachers’ encouragement.

Practicing is tough, and most people give up easily.

Especially children from ordinary families, who are more prone to choosing comfort without their parents’ supervision.

After turning the page, Su Yue’s brows furrowed.

This is about the penalties for the bottom ten teachers.

Right.

Last place elimination, with no mercy.

The current Governor will not give anyone face.

The bottom ten teachers are meant to set an example for everyone.

The bottom ten will be stripped of all bonuses and benefits, only receiving the minimum wage, and no weekends, working overtime until 10 PM daily.

This is just one of the punishments.

For the last three, they’re directly dispatched back to the military to participate in the war.

This is a disaster.

In the Divine Land, the education bureau is managed by the Governor’s Mansion, and its discipline is like the military’s.

When the Governor sends you to the battlefield, even the principal must give up comfort, or else it’s a crime.

Su Yue breathed heavily; for the bottom ten, especially the last three teachers, this assessment system is a death sentence.

Turning the page, the assessment clauses for the third-year Potential Class appear.

Unlike the second-year, the assessment scope in the third-year Potential Class has already spread across the province, and it is irrelevant to Su Yue, so he did not look carefully.

But the homeroom teachers of the Potential Class are all Third and Fourth-Grade Martial Artists, also serving as deputy directors of the education bureau in various cities, so the assessment system is not as harsh as for the second-year department.

Putting away his phone, Su Yue turned to look at Wang Lu Feng.

”I really can’t help it. Thank you for understanding me.”

Wang Lu Feng looked ashamed.

”You shameless bastard, as a man, you can’t be so cowardly.

”Go back and negotiate with your dad. You can die, but you can’t leave Cengyan City.”

Su Yue scolded him vehemently.

If this brute leaves, considering Class 3’s current situation, Teacher Ding will surely rank in the bottom ten.

It might even be worse; it could very well be last place.

He’s an old man, just a Second-Grade Martial Artist, going to the battlefield to die?

If Wang Lu Feng stays, having one more martial artist with 11 card Qi Blood means he at least won’t fall into the last three.

No wonder Gong Ling and the others want to kill him; this brute is really detestable.

Class 3 has at most 5 people who can enter the Potential Class; with Wang Lu Feng leaving, there are only 4 left.

”You just said you understood me.”

Wang Lu Feng felt wronged from being scolded, saying nothing counted.

”Sigh, forget it, just get lost.

”Are you leaving today?”

Su Yue shook his head and asked.

Wang Nanguo is an Admiral, once he decides, Wang Lu Feng can’t change it.

”My dad is coming to pick me up at noon.”

Wang Lu Feng said.

”Have you seen Teacher Ding?”

Su Yue asked.

”Yes, Teacher Ding said he understood me and told me to study with peace of mind, without worrying about him.”

Mentioning Teacher Ding, Wang Lu Feng felt even more ashamed.

”Forget it, get lost, and don’t forget your classmates.”

Su Yue didn’t know what else to say.

Fortunately, he hid his talents; otherwise, Teacher Ding would really be done for.

”I will definitely find a way to save Teacher Ding.”

Wang Lu Feng raised his head, speaking firmly.

”Stop bragging; you can’t even manage yourself.”

Su Yue was annoyed just looking at him, as if trying to defame him as a scumbag before leaving.

...

”You keep on babbling, babbling, babbling...”

Wang Lu Feng’s phone rang, he seriously answered it, and then even more seriously hung up.

”Su Yue, my dad sent someone; I have to go now.

”I’m a sinner.”

Wang Lu Feng stood up, carrying his backpack, to uninformed people, it seemed like he was going to a funeral.

”That’s actually true, you are indeed a sinner.”

Su Yue nodded, walking with him to the gate, a sign of sending him off.

”From a young age, I’ve never suffered any grievances.

”Being a second-generation martial artist and now a deputy admiral’s son, my future is bright, and it should be even brighter; yet with such status, I can’t even protect my own teacher.

”Perhaps this is the cost.

”I’ve had riches, comfort, and luck since childhood, but I’ve also lost a lot, lost poverty, inferiority, and hardship.

”My life is truly not perfect.”

At the school gate, Wang Lu Feng opened the detector.

Qi Blood value 11 card.

”I could have kept Teacher Ding safe.”

Wang Lu Feng sighed heavily.

Su Yue clenched his fist with a crack; if fighting weren’t banned at school, he would’ve wanted to kill Wang Lu Feng.

This brute still wanted to show off before leaving.

”By the way, Su Yue, my dad says you’ve been hiding your talents, but I don’t believe it. You’re clearly at a 6 card Qi Blood level; have you reached 7 cards recently?

”But even if it’s 8 cards, it doesn’t matter much.”

Wang Lu Feng asked again.

”Just get lost; Teacher Ding will be safe, and he’ll even turn the situation around, reaching the peak of his life.

”Don’t doubt it. This is what I, Su Yue, say.

”I’m different from you; my dad was taken away, I’ve tasted poverty, experienced inferiority, and seen hardship, but I’ve also gained a lot, like success, strength, and a sister at Northern Martial.

”Of course, there’s also my 15 card Qi Blood.”

Beep!

On the detector, a crimson number left Wang Lu Feng dizzy.

”Get lost safely, and don’t let me leave you too far behind; as for Teacher Ding, I, Su Yue, will handle it.”

The car came, and Su Yue turned and left.

He regretted it wasn’t winter because wearing a long coat would have set the scene perfectly.

From today, I, Su, am the blade that flaunts strength.

Bang!

Wang Lu Feng’s arm went numb; he couldn’t hold his backpack steady, dropping it onto the ground.

This... is it an illusion?
