Chapter 2474: Chapter 2474: Interfering With The Medical Treatment

”At Naqim Desert.” Long Hui stated.

”Naqim Desert?” Yu Qi looked at the windows.

Long Hui got closer to the window. So that Yu Qi could see outside. Yu Qi had never been to the desert. So it was fascinating for her.

Well, the air did seem to be dry. No wonder Shino complained about that.

”How long are you going to be here?” Yu Qi asked.

”Approximately, 2 to 3 weeks. It depends on the situation.” Long Hui said.

”That long?” Yu Qi was surprised.

She became worried about Long Hui’s health seeing the situation at this place.

”Yes.” Long Hui nodded.

”Well, just make sure you drink a lot of water. The air seems to be dry. You need to take care of your health.” Yu Qi reminded Long Hui.

”Yes. I am going to listen to my doctor’s advice.” Long Hui said.

”I need to go now. I will visit you if I can.” Yu Qi said.

”Take care, my beloved.” Long Hui patted the head.

”Hmm... You too.” Yu Qi nodded and then left.

Long Hui placed Shino back into his pocket. He was feeling good after talking to his beloved Qi Qi.

”Sir, there is an emergency. Come quickly.” A soldier barged into Long Hui’s room and reported the situation.

”I am coming.” Long Hui rushed out with the soldier.

Yu Qi also felt good after talking to Long Hui. She checked the orphan program article again. People still commented that Yu Qi should join the program as well.

Yu Qi knew those people were being paid by someone to keep mentioning her name. She ignored them completely. She did not have any intention to say anything about that.

However, things changed when a group of reporters came with the cameramen to interview Yu Qi. It was when Yu Qi transferred a patient from a normal ward to the ICU ward for an emergency.

When she came out of the elevator, the reporter spotted her and rushed to her side. They blocked the entrance of the elevator.

”Miss Tang, please say something about the orphan program article.”

”Are you interested in joining the program?”

”Miss Tang, we would like to interview you.”

”Miss Tang, are you unwilling to find your biological parent because of your current status?”

”Do you refuse to find your biological family because you are afraid that they can be poor?”

”Shut up!” Yu Qi shouted.

Everyone was silent.

”Step back. This patient is in critical condition. Do you want to kill him?” Yu Qi looked at the reporters.

Because Yu Qi’s eyes were so cold and terrifying, the reporters stepped back, giving them a path to walk toward. Yu Qi and the other nurses immediately pulled the bed faster.

The reporters were still stunned at that place. They seemed shaken. The beautiful doctor was very terrifying when she got mad. They could not move their legs. It seemed stuck there. So, they stood there awkwardly.

After attaching the medical equipment to that patient, Yu Qi went to the counter and called the security guards. She reported the incident. The security guards came to the place. Only when the reporters and cameramen saw Yu Qi could they move their legs.

Yu Qi was the one who prevented them from leaving. She wanted to question the reporter about how they saw that Yu Qi was on that floor. It was like they were waiting there to ambush Yu Qi.

The security guards brought the reporters and cameramen to a room. They looked at each other. They knew that they were in trouble now.

”How do you know about my whereabouts?” Yu Qi asked the reporters.

The reporters and the cameramen were silent. None of them was willing to talk.

”If you don’t want to talk, then I will make sure to sue all of you for interference with medical care.” Yu Qi said.

”We heard the nurse talking about you. That’s all.” One of the reporters spoke up.

Tang Jung Wen entered the room with their lawyer. Yu Qi, also called Tang Jung Wen, told him about the incident. Tang Jung Wen really disliked this kind of incident. He immediately called their lawyer.

”Yu Qi...” Tang Jung Wen nodded at Yu Qi.

Yu Qi also nodded at Tang Jung Wen.

Tang Jung Wen faced the reporters and cameramen. ”Everyone, we, Tang Private Hospital, really did not tolerate this kind of behaviour in our hospital. You interfere with our staff from doing their job for an interview. We will not let this pass just like that.” He looked at the reporters and cameramen, one by one, like he wanted to remember their faces.

”Everyone, please state your name and your company.” The lawyer said.

”We are innocent. We are just being sent by our company.” One cameraman said.

”That is why you need to leave your name and your company’s name. Oh, please take out of identification card. Don’t worry, we will not hold your identification. We need to copy it.” The lawyer smiled.

”What if we don’t want to give it to you?” The reporter asked.

”Well, you should think about that carefully.” The lawyer smiled.

That smile did not reach his eyes. He did not care anymore.

In the end, all of the reporters and cameramen handed over their identification cards. As the lawyer stated, they made photocopies of the identification cards before handing over them back to their owners.
