Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Chapter 931: Count Ashton vs Elite Class Alien

*Bam!*

The alien crashed to the wall, allowing them to have a little time to catch their breath.

Nathan finally recognized the person that had just saved him. He was none other than Selenaʼs father, Count Ashton.

It seemed the summoning ritual was successful. There was no need to call Evelyn anymore.

After all, Count Ashton was considered to be an arcane level summoner.

No one had actually tested his ability with the new assessment, but Count Ashton was known to be a rare genius. It was proven by how he managed to summon a vampire progenitor.

The first time the Ashton family managed to summon a progenitor was when the ancestor was alive and created this Ashton family.

As the second person to summon a progenitor, Count Ashton had the possibility of becoming a world class summoner if they gave him enough time.

That was why Nathan was a bit curious about Count Ashtonʼs ability.

Still, the elite class alien was not something that could be killed easily. Even for someone like Rena, she needed to fully focus on this alien and work together with her familiar to take an elite class alien down.

If other aliens ended up helping the elite class alien, it was impossible for her to take such an alien down. Only world class summoners had the ability to kill both the elite class alien and the surrounding aliens.

The elite class alien leaped back toward Count Ashton, turning his hand into a blade and slashed him down.

Count Ashton raised his hand as the sword and his red energy clashed with each other, the pressure causing the surrounding walls to crack.

This time, Count Ashton actually lost, causing the elite class alien to slash his palm.

However, Count Ashton seemed to have realized it from the beginning and adjusted the position of his palm so that the blade would only cut his palm instead of his entire hand.

Then, from that wound, his own blood flowed out and formed a sword made of blood. Count Ashton switched his stance as his energy erupted.

”It seems you like a sword too much. Then letʼs see if you will like it now…” Count Ashton waved his sword down.

”!!!” The elite class alien put his blade in front while jumping away as far as possible.

However, the sword blade expanded. It ran through the ground and gradually rose, creating a slash hole in the entire palace.

The alien managed to get out, thinking that he should attack other people to distract Count Ashton. As if realizing the tricky part against the elite class alien, Count Ashton suddenly appeared in front of him. He had been keeping a close distance to stop the alien from harming anyone else.

Count Ashton grabbed the alienʼs head and slammed it to the ground with so much force that a crater, 100 meters (328 feet) in diameter, was formed.

The alien kicked Count Ashton upward, his foot turning into a blade at the last moment, piercing his body. Meanwhile, the remaining surface of the foot gave enough force to knock him up high in the air.

Despite the wound, Count Ashton acted as if nothing happened. In fact, the wound on his stomach closed soon enough. The blood flowed out of the wound on his back and gradually turned into six massive blood wings, big enough to cover the sun.

For anyone who saw him, he looked like the ruler of blood or a demon god.

Count Ashton raised his hand and waved it down.

”!!!” The alienʼs body shook before it realized a small wave of blood suddenly formed on top of its body before it expanded into a massive pillar that kept pushing down, turning the crater into a massive deep hole.

The elite class alien surprisingly remained alright. It jumped with such a speed that Count Ashton couldnʼt fly away. He grabbed Count Ashtonʼs foot and threw him down to the ground.

*Boom!*

Count Ashton flapped his wings and stabilized his position. The moment the elite class alien landed on the ground, he waved his fingers until it ultimately pointed at the elite class alien.

The same wave formed on its stomach, but this time it didnʼt expand into a pillar. Instead, it was concentrated inside the body of the alien. It was a similar power to what Lilith used, but on a bigger scale.

The moment the alien realized it, it was suddenly blown several hundred meters away.

Count Ashton just stood there without a change of expression. ”As expected, itʼs not that easy to kill an elite class alien… Itʼs not that easy to control their blood… Thatʼs not enough, huh?”

In front of him was the elite class alien, standing as if nothing happened. His wound gradually recovered, showing him that the battle had just started.

However, for everyone else, they couldnʼt help but widen their eyes.

ʼThis is… the strength of an arcane level summoner? Isnʼt this too much? No, he should be stronger than a normal arcane level summoner. He might be close to a world class summoner to have this much strength…ʼ Nathan didnʼt expect that his father-in-law was this strong.

But before he could say anything, another manʼs voice echoed from the side.

”Weʼll take care of the elite class alien. If nothing goes wrong and if you can take care of other aliens so that they wonʼt bother us… we might be able to kill that elite class alien… I canʼt say itʼs guaranteed, but our chance… is probably 70%.”

”!!!” Nathan glanced to the side. It turned out to be a vampire. Since it was a male and his way of speaking was mighty, he realized it must be the progenitor that Count Ashton had, Dracula.

Nathan soon saw Selena and Sera coming back, which allowed him to regain his composure.

He hurriedly shook his head and asked, ”Mae, send my orders to everyone.”

”Huh? How? I canʼt use telepathy.” Mae was bewildered.

”Just use your illusion on everyone and make them listen to my order.”

”Ah. That indeed can be done. Why did I not think of that before?”

Nathan just shrugged since he once read about telepathy being used in that way in a book.

Mae raised her hand and spread her bamboo fan, causing a small shock wave dispersing her ena in all directions. ”Master, your commands.”

Nathan waved his hand and shouted, ”Sera, Selena! Go outside and fill up the hole all my familiars will leave behind. Alavenya, reinforce Floraʼs position and send the rest of your familiars to Noelleʼs side.

”I will begin sweeping everything from your position. Itʼs time to take down an elite class alien. I need all of your cooperation!”
