Yushi Mitsui’s hand trembled, and his expression turned ugly.

“The ore has been taken? What’s going on?”

He did not care if the people from Black Gold Corporation died. This was of no concern to him.

However, he could not accept that the ore had been snatched away.

This was because his plan to abandon the family had started with these ores.

If this mission failed, it would have a huge impact on his overall plan.

“I don’t know the details. That person was wearing a mask so 1 didn’t recognize him. He was also very strong. I’m not his match.”

Eliza did not think that Yushi Mitsui was behind this.

In terms of strength and influence, he was not as big as the Mitsui Family. He was still a few levels below Black Gold Corporation as well, so probably did not dare to do anything illegal.

“What time did it happen?”

Eliza thought for a moment. “A little after four in the morning. It was almost dawn by then.”

It was past four in the morning…

Mitsui muttered and said,

“Caie Mitsui is the only person in Sunrise Land who has the ability to do such a thing.”

After saying that, Yushi Mitsui fell into deep thought and began to digest the matter in front of him.

Last night, his men had been following Caie Mitsui. He thought that she and Lin Yi would stay in the hotel all the time, but she had run out without anyone knowing and stopped Eliza and the others.

Even though the subordinate in charge of tracking didn’t see Lin Yi appear, there was no doubt that Lin Yi was behind this.

The person who suddenly appeared on the highway last night was most likely Lin Yi!

“You called me last night and said that a man had suddenly attacked you. Do you remember anything specific about him?”

“His face was hidden, but I could tell that he was good-looking.”

Yuushi Mitsui didn’t say anything, confirming his thoughts.

It was Lin Yi for sure.

“Other than that, what other characteristics did he have?”

“He was very skilled, but he was much weaker than me. He’s on a completely different level from the person who attacked me yesterday. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have lost.”

Yushi Mitsui held a cup in his hand and spun it back and forth a few times.

This was his habitual action. It happened every time he thought about something.

“Maybe it’s the same person,” Yushi Mitsui said in a low voice.

“The reason why he felt different was very likely because he hid his strength. When he fought you for the first time, he didn’t use his full strength.”

Yushi Mitsui’s words were a reminder to Eliza.

Although they were wearing different masks and different clothes during the two exchanges, their sizes and figures seemed very similar. It was indeed possible that they were the same person.

“Do you know that person?” Eliza asked.

“I know who it is, but there’s no substantive evidence at the moment. I’m just suspicious.”

“You can tell me who he is. I’ll investigate it myself.”

“You’ve already lost to him. It’s useless even if you look for him again.”

Yushi Mitsui pointed out the main consideration of the matter. “You can get the Black Gold Corporation to send someone over, but if you do that, the matter will be exposed. This will go against your original intention behind looking for me.”

Eliza didn’t say anything because Yushi Mitsui was right.

“I hope you can keep your promise. Otherwise, I’ll report this.”

Yushi Mitsui nodded. “Don’t worry, I still have the spirit of the contract. I’ll investigate this matter as soon as possible. If he really did it, I’ll take the ore back and give you the gene sequence serum. Although it will be a little troublesome, in order to express my sincerity and ensure the possibility of future cooperation, I won’t lie to you about this.”

“That had better be the case,” Eliza said as she got up.

“If you need any help, you can call me.”

“Okay.”

With that, Eliza left.

Not long after, Yushi Mitsui’s driver and assistant, Kenji Takayama, walked in.

“Boss, do you need me to handle this matter?”

“Go to the hotel and check Lin Yi’s entry and exit records last night.”

“Good!”

Kenji Takayama bowed and went out of the room.

About an hour later, Kenji Takayama walked in from outside.

“Boss, the surveillance cameras at the hotel have already been checked. Lin Yi returned to the hotel at around two in the morning, but he went out with a person called Qin Han at around three in the morning. He didn’t return to the hotel until past nine this morning.”

Yushi Mitsui frowned slightly and fell into deep thought.

This was exactly the time when the ore was snatched. It perfectly aligned.

However, there was something strange. Why did Lin Yi bring another person out?

“What’s the identity of that Qin Han fellow?”

“He’s the young master of the Hanhai Group. He’s the top rich second-generation heir in Huaxia. His identity is very simple and untarnished.”

Now, Yushi Mitsui could confirm that Lin Yi was the one who did this.

However, Yushi Mitsui could not understand why Lin Yi wanted to bring someone along.

Yushi Mitsui was extremely smart, but he had failed to understand something in this matter.

In his impression, Lin Yi was an omnipotent person. Women were just accessories to him, and he could come and go as he pleased.

However, he would never have imagined that Ji Qingyan held such a pivotal position in Lin Yi’s heart.

Qin Han was merely the scapegoat.

“Boss, according to the current information, the person who robbed Eliza should be Lin Yi. We can send some people to take further action.”

“I know that, but even Eliza isn’t Lin Yi’s match. His level is a little beyond my expectations. I didn’t expect this before.”

“I’ve thought about this. I think there might be another possibility,” said Kenji Takayama.

“Tell me.”

“If I’m not wrong, the first person to fight Eliza should be Lin Yi, but the second culprit is different. Perhaps it was that person called Qin Han.”

“Why do you say that?”

“After Eliza left just now, the two of us spoke on the phone and 1 asked some questions about the details. I learned that the person who went to snatch the ore was wearing clothes very similar to Qin Han’s.

“Secondly, Qin Han might have other hidden identities. After all, he’s from a big family. They wouldn’t let their heir devolve into a waste of money. Otherwise, Lin Yi wouldn’t have brought Qin Han out with him. This would be meaningless.”

“That’s possible, but that’s not important.” Yushi Mitsui said,

“No matter who got the ore, it’s in Lin Yi’s hands now. What we have to do is to snatch the ore back from Lin Yi. This is the first issue to tackle.”

“Do we need to use force to solve it?” asked Kenji Takayama..
