Stop Fooling the Us, China Really is Doing This!

Chapter 440 The First Battle of the Third Generation Mechs!A brand-new mecha slowly stepped out from the Space Mecha bay.

It was like a Super Soldier who had traveled from the future.

Its entire body exuded an aura that was impossible to ignore!

It was about three meters tall, its entire body seemingly wrapped tightly in a layer of meticulously forged armor.

Looking closer, the armor appeared to be inlaid with countless tiny black scales, each one incredibly exquisite.

Under the sunlight, it shimmered with a cold and mysterious radiance.

Much like the hidden stars in the night sky, deep and eye-catching.

At the same time, a giant external attachment device appeared alongside the mecha.

The appearance of this device was not unfamiliar to many.

It bore some resemblance to the external attachment device of the Second-Generation Mecha, but its size was dozens of times larger than the Second-Generation Mecha’s device!

Like a small flying fortress, it hovered in the air, exuding a powerful sense of oppression.

The moment this brand-new mecha appeared, it was like a bombshell dropped into a calm lake, instantly attracting the attention of everyone present.

Inside the command room, Elder Qin’s gaze, which had been tightly fixed on the battlefield situation, was firmly locked onto this mecha.

He was truly shocked by this novel creation he had never seen before, his eyes filled with astonishment and confusion!

He quickly looked around and asked anxiously:

”Who can tell me, what on earth is this mecha?”

Everyone looked at each other, all with blank expressions, and no one could provide an answer.

At this moment, Elder Zhao, who was on the side, suddenly had a thought flash through his mind and couldn’t help but blurt out:

”Could this be a new mecha developed by Little Chen?”

Upon hearing this, Elder Qin’s confusion only grew, and he was completely bewildered.

But after careful consideration, it seemed to be the only possibility.

He muttered to himself in disbelief:

”When did Little Chen develop a new mecha again?”

”We didn’t even know about it at all.”

Elder Qin’s gaze focused tightly on the new mecha again, carefully observing every line and every detail.

Suddenly, his expression froze as if he had caught a key clue.

Elder Qin turned to look at Elder Zhao and said:

”Old Zhao, look at this mecha, doesn’t it look a bit familiar?”

Elder Zhao was slightly taken aback, then looked in the direction of Elder Qin’s gaze.

He examined it carefully for a good while, then his eyes suddenly lit up, and he said excitedly:

”Hey, Old Qin! Now that you mention it, I really have noticed something.”

”The overall silhouette of this mecha looks quite similar to the First-generation Mecha.”

”However, the armor on its body has many similarities with the Second-Generation Individual Mecha, especially that external attachment device; it looks so much like the Second-Generation Mecha!”

”Looking at it this way, it seems to be a combination of the First-generation Mecha and the Second-Generation Mecha!”

Elder Qin nodded heavily, deeply agreeing:

”I think so too.”

”Little Chen has fused the First-generation Mecha with the Second-Generation Individual Mecha; this idea is indeed quite ingenious.”

”In terms of combat capability, the Second-Generation Mecha has significantly improved compared to the First-generation Mecha, but in terms of intelligent AI and maneuverability, it is far inferior to the First-generation Mecha.”

”Now that Little Chen has fused the advantages of both, it seems that he has successfully developed the Third-Generation Mecha without us even noticing!”

Elder Zhao stroked his beard, his eyes filled with admiration and respect for Su Chen:

”Our Second-Generation Mecha was only just manufactured not long ago; I didn’t expect the Third-Generation Mecha to appear out of thin air in such a short time.”

”As expected of Little Chen, this scientific research talent and efficiency are truly amazing!”

Elder Qin’s eyes were also shining with excitement.

However, this excitement did not last long; soon, he sighed silently.

Seeing this, Elder Zhao was puzzled and couldn’t help but ask:

”Old Qin, why are you sighing?”

Elder Qin cast his gaze back to the Third-Generation Mecha and said with a worried expression:

”If it were normal times, I would definitely be full of anticipation, dying to witness the excellent performance of the Third-Generation Mecha.”

”Little Chen, that child, always manages to bring us unexpected surprises!”

”But in this current situation, it really isn’t the right time!”

Elder Zhao followed Elder Qin’s gaze to the aggressive monster army in the footage and nodded solemnly: ”Old Qin, you are right!”

”This is indeed not a good time for the Third-generation Individual Mech to make its debut.”

”We have already witnessed the strength of the Plesiosaur Monster before; ordinary Space Mecha are simply vulnerable in front of them. Only the World-Ending Class Space Mecha has the ability to contend with them.”

”Although the Third-Generation Mecha combines the advantages of the First-generation and Second-Generation Mecha, it has not yet been tested in actual combat, so it’s hard to say whether it can defeat the Plesiosaur Monster.”

As he spoke, Elder Zhao hurriedly reached out to pick up the communicator nearby and handed it to Elder Qin.

He said anxiously:

”Old Qin, hurry and contact Little Chen, let him withdraw from the battle.”

”What if this kid gets hurt by the Plesiosaur Monster?”

”The Dragon Kingdom cannot afford to lose him!”

Elder Qin did not hesitate at all, quickly took the communicator, and was about to contact the front line to let Little Chen return immediately.

Just at this moment, Su Chen’s voice came through clearly on the Air Force channel:

”Elder Qin, don’t worry, I am very safe!”

”I suggest opening a live broadcast to let our citizens see the demeanor of our Third-generation Individual Mech.”

”I think this will definitely greatly stimulate their enthusiasm and let more people eagerly join our main forces!”

Su Chen’s words made Elder Qin anxious, and he hurriedly said:

”Little Chen, it’s a critical moment, why are you still solely focused on expanding the country’s troop numbers?”

”Compared to that, I am more worried about your safety. Come back immediately!”

”There are plenty of opportunities to test the Third-Generation Mecha; why must you choose this critical moment?”

”Besides, you know how powerful the Plesiosaur Monster is. No matter how powerful your Third-Generation Mecha is, can it really be stronger than a Space Mecha?”

”Even ordinary Space Mecha have no chance of winning against the Plesiosaur Monster!”

Su Chen’s voice remained calm and steady as he said slowly:

”If I don’t try...”

”How would I know if it can’t?”

Su Chen’s seemingly calm words reached Elder Qin’s ears like a bolt from the blue.

Elder Qin asked in shock:

”What? Little Chen, what did you just say?”

”Do you mean that this Third-generation Individual Mech can defeat the Plesiosaur Monster???”

At this moment, Elder Zhao’s voice also sounded anxiously:

”Old Qin, Little Chen means that we have to try to know if it works.”

”But this is just nonsense!”

”In such a critical situation now, how can he try so rashly?”

”Quick, tell him to come back immediately!”

Elder Zhao was stamping his feet in anxiety; he, who was usually knowledgeable, steady, and calm, was completely panicked at this moment.

Even when the Plesiosaur Monster army was pressing on the border, it hadn’t made him this anxious.

After being reminded by Elder Zhao, Elder Qin instantly came back to his senses!

He shouted into the communicator:

”You brat, stop trying, come back immediately! This is an... order...”

However, before the two words ”an order” could be fully spoken, on the screen, the Plesiosaur Monster suddenly spat out a thick ray!

Like a beam of destruction, it rushed violently towards the direction where Su Chen was.

Seeing this scene, Elder Qin and Elder Zhao’s eyes widened instantly.

Their hearts felt as if they were being tightly gripped by an invisible giant hand, so scared that they almost jumped out of their throats.

However, at this critical moment, one of the World-Ending Class Space Mecha, like a golden bolt of lightning, instantly dashed out!

It steadily blocked in front of Su Chen.

That mecha, like an indestructible fortress, took the deadly ray from the Plesiosaur Monster head-on.

Following that, Commander Liu Chengzhi’s voice, full of concern and anxiety, sounded on the channel:

”Little Chen, are you okay?”

In the command room, Elder Qin and Elder Zhao were burning with anxiety, their eyes staring fixedly at the screen, full of worry about Su Chen’s safety on the battlefield.

On the other side, the moment the Third-Generation Mecha appeared, Commander Liu Chengzhi, relying on his familiarity with Su Chen and his keen insight, instantly guessed that the operator of this mecha must be Su Chen.

Therefore, he had been fully focused, guarding against any sudden attacks the monster might launch against Su Chen at any time.

Fortunately, he had taken precautions early; at the moment the Plesiosaur Monster spat out that deadly ray, like a golden barrier, he reacted quickly!

He let the World-Ending Class Space Mecha stand in front of Su Chen!

Successfully helping him block this attack!

Although, given Commander Liu Chengzhi’s strength and the powerful defense of the World-Ending Class Space Mecha, the Plesiosaur Monster’s attack could not be considered a fatal threat to him!

But deep down, what he was most worried about was that Su Chen would suffer in this wave of attacks.

After the attack, Commander Liu Chengzhi turned his head to look behind him, and this look made him freeze slightly.

He saw that the place where Su Chen had been was now empty!

Even the giant external attachment device of the Third-generation Individual Mech had disappeared without a trace!

As if it had never appeared.

Commander Liu Chengzhi was full of confusion, muttering to himself:

”Strange, where did that brat go?”

The voice of a World-Ending Mecha commander reached his ears.

This commander reported with a somewhat solemn expression:

”General Liu, Chief Su’s mecha disappeared into thin air just now. I speculate that he must have activated the Stealth ability.”

Upon hearing this, Commander Liu Chengzhi was shocked and couldn’t help but blurt out:

”Stealth? What is that brat trying to do by going into stealth?”

And just as everyone was full of suspicion, a violent explosion suddenly erupted from within the monster group!

Like a clap of thunder on a clear day, it instantly broke the calm over the high seas.
