Stop Fooling the Us, China Really is Doing This!

Chapter 409: Perfect Data!He carefully observed the surrounding environment and quickly realized that this appeared to be the United States!

Furthermore, it was a place very close to the Umbrella Corporation, an area where monsters were extremely dense and the danger level was exceptionally high.

Upon hearing this, Elder Zhao became anxious and shouted at Su Chen:

”You brat, it’s too dangerous here! Why did you choose this kind of place to test?”

He wasn’t particularly worried about his own safety; after all, having weathered so many storms over the years, he had seen every dangerous situation imaginable. But Su Chen was different—he was the hope of the Dragon Kingdom and the pillar of scientific research. If anything were to happen to him, what would they do?

At the thought of this, Elder Zhao felt extremely anxious.

Meanwhile, the monsters below had noticed the Space Mecha in the sky and immediately swarmed over frantically, like sharks that had smelled blood.

Their dense formation looked as if it wanted to engulf the mecha in the sky.

Su Chen, however, seemed completely unaware of the danger; instead, he felt quite excited, his eyes shining with a fervent glow as he said excitedly:

”This is the ideal testing ground I’ve been looking for!”

As he spoke, he opened the hatch without hesitation and prepared to jump down.

Elder Qin was shocked when he saw this and hurriedly reached out to stop him, but it was a second too late. Su Chen leaped directly, jumping from a height of ten thousand meters just like that.

”This… isn’t this just suicide?”

Elder Qin’s eyes widened, his face full of horror and disbelief, his voice becoming somewhat shrill with anxiety.

Elder Zhao also panicked and hurriedly shouted an order to the mecha pilot:

”Quick! Go catch Little Chen! If he falls like this, he’ll… he’ll die!”

Elder Zhao, a man who had weathered countless life-and-death trials, walked through mountains of blades and seas of blood, and seen every kind of storm and tragic scene, was now so panicked that he had lost his usual composure, his hands trembling slightly and uncontrollably.

It was only then that they noticed that when Su Chen fell, he was actually holding that heavy metal box, which made them even more anxious.

Elder Qin was both anxious and angry, unable to help but complain:

”Is he worried he isn’t heavy enough, or that the fall won’t be hard enough?”

Upon receiving the order, the mecha pilot stood still, unmoved, and continued to hover the mecha in the air.

Seeing this, Elder Zhao became even more anxious and roared:

”What is this? Are you not going to listen to my orders?”

The pilot looked helpless and hurriedly explained:

”Elder Zhao, it’s not that we aren’t listening to your orders. It’s mainly because Chief Su reminded us beforehand that under no circumstances should we interrupt his test; otherwise, he would have to jump again.”

As soon as these words were spoken, the two men were stunned. They stared blankly at the rapidly falling Su Chen, their eyes wide with disbelief, thinking to themselves:

”So, Su Chen really is testing? This… this is too crazy!”

”He’s practically a lunatic!”

”Who uses their own life to conduct such a dangerous test? What if the test fails?”

However, just as they were burning with anxiety and letting their imaginations run wild, a thought suddenly flashed through their minds.

Had Su Chen… ever failed?

Had he ever failed?

The two men carefully recalled, and it seemed… Su Chen really had never failed!

This kid always managed to bring everyone unexpected surprises and create astonishing results.

Just as they were thinking, a staff member suddenly shouted:

”Chief Su is about to land!”

Everyone hurriedly fixed their eyes on the scene, only to see Su Chen like a burning meteorite, enveloped in roaring flames, about to slam straight into the ground.

The speed was simply too fast; in the blink of an eye, he was approaching the ground. Even if the Space Mecha wanted to catch Su Chen at this moment, it had already missed the optimal rescue time and could only watch helplessly as he plummeted down.

Elder Qin and Elder Zhao’s hearts skipped a beat, feeling as if an invisible hand were tightly gripping their hearts. They were as tense as if facing a formidable enemy, so nervous they didn’t dare to breathe!

They stared unblinkingly at the ground below, their faces full of worry and fear.

”BOOM!!!”

Accompanied by an earth-shattering roar, Su Chen slammed into the ground like a meteorite, instantly kicking up a sky full of dust and smoke. The momentum was immense, and the explosive power generated by the powerful impact actually shredded a large swath of the surrounding monsters!

Many monsters were blown to pieces, with flesh and blood flying everywhere and severed limbs scattered about.

The Space Mecha hurriedly chased at high speed toward the site of the explosion. Elder Zhao, worried about Su Chen’s safety, had a trembling voice and said with a sobbing tone:

”With such immense force, how could that thin suit possibly protect Little Chen? This… what should we do!”

Elder Qin was even more unfocused, as if he had instantly lost his soul. His heart suddenly felt like it was missing a piece, empty, and he muttered to himself:

”No! Little Chen! Don’t scare me!”

”Damn it, I should have stopped him! I should have stopped him!”

In their view, it was absolutely impossible for Su Chen to have survived such a violent impact. At this thought, both of their eyes couldn’t help but turn red.

Just as everyone was immersed in grief and despair, the sky-filling dust and smoke gradually dissipated. The Space Mecha did a high-speed flyby, using the airflow to completely disperse the remaining dust.

They saw a huge crater on the ground, and Su Chen was actually standing in the middle of the crater, safe and sound, carrying that metal box!

The Mecha Suit on his body remained completely intact, without even a trace of damage!

He looked as if what he had just experienced wasn’t a life-or-death crisis, but a routine drill.

Seeing Su Chen standing safe and sound in the crater, Elder Qin and Elder Zhao were stunned at first, then immediately filled with tears of joy. Their hanging hearts finally settled.

”He’s fine! He’s fine! Little Chen is actually fine!”

Elder Zhao’s voice was slightly off-key from excitement; as he wiped away tears, he couldn’t help but complain!

”You brat, I’m so old, yet you still put me through such a scare. You have no respect for your elders at all!”

At this moment, a glimmer of light suddenly appeared between Su Chen’s eyebrows. The light slowly projected outward, turning into a data panel that clearly listed all of Su Chen’s physical data at that moment.

It turned out that the data panel of the First-generation Mecha was set in the eye position of the helmet, while this Second-Generation Mecha cleverly projected it in front of him, making it convenient to view while also having a greater sense of technology.

Su Chen looked at the data on it, nodded slightly, and showed a satisfied expression on his face. He smiled calmly and said softly: ”Not bad! The data is perfect!”

After speaking, he stylishly put his hands on his hips and gave a big ”V” sign to the Space Mecha in the air, using this simple gesture to tell them he was perfectly fine and that they didn’t need to worry.

Seeing this, Elder Qin was both annoyed and amused, and scolded with a laugh:

”You brat, you didn’t even say a word beforehand! You scared us to death!”

Although he said this, he let out a huge sigh of relief in his heart and secretly rejoiced:

”Thank goodness he’s okay! Thank goodness he’s okay! If anything had happened to this child, it would have been terrible.”

However, before everyone could recover from the joy of this narrow escape, they suddenly noticed that the monsters around them, which had been scattered by the explosion, were now regrouping and starting to rush frantically toward Su Chen.
