Stop Fooling the Us, China Really is Doing This!

Chapter 430 Virtual Combat DrillEveryone looked at each other in confusion, wondering why Elder Qin had suddenly sighed.

Su Chen’s eyes flickered, as if he had guessed Elder Qin’s thoughts:

”The monsters in the territories of other countries are all quite weak, and the most powerful among them are nothing more than Armor Monsters.”

”Using this level of monster to train Second-Generation Mecha, or even World-Ending Class Space Mecha, will fail to achieve the desired training results because the difficulty is too low.”

”After all, only if a combat simulation is intense and dangerous enough can it forge truly powerful combat capabilities.”

Elder Qin nodded slightly, his eyes full of approval:

”Little Chen has spoken my mind. Indeed, monsters that are too weak have no value for training; it’s purely a waste of time and energy.”

Elder Zhao frowned and asked with a puzzled look:

”Then what should we do?”

”The World-Ending Class Space Mecha is manageable. After all, the operation method isn’t too different from the Space Mecha, and over the years, we have cultivated many outstanding talents capable of piloting Space Mecha.”

”But the training for the Second-Generation Individual Mecha must be honed through actual combat. Only in this way can the maximum combat effectiveness of the Second-Generation Mecha be fully unleashed.”

Su Chen lowered his eyes and pondered for a moment. Now that the Second-Generation Individual Mecha had been mass-produced, he could not allow the lack of a suitable combat environment to delay the soldiers’ training and cause them to miss a golden opportunity for improvement.

His eyes suddenly brightened, and he said decisively:

”Leave it to me. I will find a way to solve it!”

Upon hearing this, everyone turned their gazes toward Su Chen, their eyes full of surprise.

This training dilemma had always been the specialty of the military bigwigs; could it be that Su Chen, a mere researcher, actually understood these things?

Elder Qin looked worried and advised:

”Let us handle it. Your workload recently has been far too heavy, and you still need to research the newly acquired corpse samples of the Plesiosaur Monster.”

At the mention of the Plesiosaur Monster’s body samples, everyone’s eyes immediately ignited with anticipation.

Back then, with just a few samples, Su Chen had been able to create the Second-Generation Individual Mecha and the powerful World-Ending Class Space Mecha. Now that an entire Plesiosaur Monster corpse was in hand, what kind of shocking and powerful weapon would Su Chen create next?

Everyone was full of longing and urged Su Chen to focus his research on the corpse of the Plesiosaur Monster.

Su Chen waved his hand and said with a relaxed expression:

”It’s not a big problem; it won’t take too long.”

After leaving these words, he turned and returned to his Laboratory.

In fact, Su Chen already had a preliminary concept in his mind.

He walked quickly into the Laboratory and activated the Lingjing System.

Before the disaster occurred, Su Chen had relied on the Lingjing System to monitor the research trends of various countries, accumulating a massive amount of technical blueprints over time.

Among them, there happened to be key blueprints that could solve his urgent problem.

He searched through them, but couldn’t find it.

The number of technical blueprints was too vast; doing it this way was like looking for a needle in a haystack.

He simply called out the Artificial Intelligence directly.

He asked it to filter them according to his ideas.

”Respected Lingjing Master, I am very happy to serve you!”

”Please state your request!”

The voice of the Artificial Intelligence sounded.

Su Chen cleared his throat and issued an instruction to the Artificial Intelligence within the Lingjing System:

”Please help me find technical blueprints from these files that are helpful for training soldiers.”

The Artificial Intelligence responded quickly: ”Received, filtering now.”

A moment later, the screening results were presented:

”Screening successful, dear Master. According to your ideas, the following blueprints have been filtered for you!”

”Soldier Training Equipment Research Blueprints”!

”Air Force Aircraft Concept Blueprints”!

”US Soldiers Future Training Concept Blueprints”!

A total of three blueprints.

Su Chen scanned them, skipped the first two blueprints, and finally fixed his gaze on the ”US Soldiers Future Training Concept Blueprints”.

This blueprint was exactly the one he had noticed before!

It was just that he had been too busy at the time and hadn’t had the chance to delve into it.

Now, to solve the training dilemma, it had just happened to surface in his mind.

Su Chen couldn’t wait to open the blueprint file, his eyes scanning it rapidly.

At the same time, the system’s notification sounds rang out in succession:

”Detected a certain technology blueprint!”

”System is identifying the blueprint content!”

”Starting de-compilation...”

”Warning! De-compilation failed!”

”System starting to call upon internal technology libraries to perform autonomous compilation...”

”Compilation progress 1%, 2%, 3%...”

”Compilation progress: 100%! Compilation successful!”

”Congratulations to the Host for obtaining: Virtual Combat Drill System Technology!”

In an instant, a series of profound and exquisite technical theories flooded into Su Chen’s mind like a tide.

After he had digested all these technologies, the corners of his mouth couldn’t help but turn up, revealing a joyful smile:

”This technology is brilliant!”

Without delay, Su Chen threw himself heart and soul into the research of the Virtual Combat Drill System.

This technology overlapped in many ways with the Lingjing System, so the research went quite smoothly.

It only took one week for the Virtual Combat Drill System to be completed.

Su Chen hurriedly called Elder Qin to inspect the results. Upon learning that Su Chen had overcome the training dilemma, Elder Qin rushed over with all possible speed!

He was full of curiosity and eager to see how exactly Su Chen had solved this training problem that had left the military personnel helpless.

Soon, Elder Qin stepped into the Laboratory and immediately saw several sci-fi looking nutrient pods.

Beside these nutrient pods stood a huge machine, which was used for regulating data.

Besides that, there was a large screen that occupied the entire wall.

Elder Qin couldn’t help but look surprised, pointing at the devices in front of him and asking:

”Little Chen, is this the great thing you said could solve our training problem?”

Su Chen nodded: ”That’s right, it’s this.”

Elder Qin walked slowly around these novel devices, his eyes full of inquiry!

After taking a careful look, he couldn’t help but blurt out: ”This looks quite similar to the nutrient pods of the Lingjing System!”

A thought turned in his mind, and connecting it to how quickly Su Chen had come up with a solution, Elder Qin suddenly had an idea. He looked at Su Chen with a hint of realization in his eyes:

”Little Chen, are you planning to let the soldiers go into the Lingjing world for combat training?”

”That’s actually a pretty good idea!”

The corners of Su Chen’s mouth curled into a faint smile, and he responded calmly: ”Yes, and also no!”

He kept them in suspense for a moment, then clapped his hands.

As the applause faded, a soldier responsible for Su Chen’s security walked over quickly!

This soldier was named Wang Feng, with a sturdy build and eyes that revealed determination.

He was once an outstanding pilot, but under the tides of the era, he adapted to the changes and transferred to become a Second-Generation Mecha Warrior!

Relying on his own excellent qualities, he quickly established himself in the new field and became an ace-level Mecha pilot.

Then, he became Su Chen’s bodyguard.

Wang Feng came before Su Chen, stood straight, gave a standard military salute, and asked: ”Sir! Do you have any instructions?”

Su Chen nodded slightly, signaling Wang Feng to remain calm, then asked him to put on the Second-Generation Individual Mecha and requested him to stand straight.

After Wang Feng complied, Su Chen picked up a delicately shaped scanner and scanned Wang Feng carefully from head to toe. The indicator lights on the instrument flickered incessantly, and soon, a series of complex data appeared on the large screen nearby.

”Alright, take off the Second-Generation Mecha and enter the nutrient pod,” Su Chen said in a calm tone.

Wang Feng was full of confusion and really couldn’t guess the intention behind Su Chen’s actions!

However, the Su Chen of today was no longer the college student who had once piloted a First-generation Mecha to scare him!

He was a highly respected leader!

And to the leader’s words, he could only obey unconditionally.

Thus, Wang Feng efficiently took off the Mecha Suit and carefully lay down inside the nutrient pod.

The door of the nutrient pod closed slowly, making a slight mechanical sound, isolating Wang Feng in a state of tranquility.

Not long after, Wang Feng heard Su Chen’s voice coming through the internal communication: ”Wang Feng, I heard that you are already fully familiar with the use of the Second-Generation Individual Mecha. Now, let me see how your actual combat ability is!”

Upon hearing this, Wang Feng couldn’t help but widen his eyes, full of surprise: ”What do you mean?”

”But I’m in the sleep pod; how can I use the Second-Generation Individual Mecha to conduct actual combat?”

”Are you asking me to use Lingjing permissions to create a new Second-Generation Mecha to wear for combat?”

Wang Feng frowned slightly.

But there is still a big difference between a Second-Generation Mecha created using Lingjing and a real Second-Generation Mecha!

Moreover, the combat target also has to be created by oneself. If it’s all based on one’s own imagination, it is very different from actual combat!

Outside the nutrient pod, Elder Qin had the same thought in his mind.

Although there is a significant gap between the method of using Lingjing to simulate actual combat and real actual combat, under the current circumstances, it seems to be an expedient measure.

However, soon, they were shocked to realize that the development of events was completely different from what they had anticipated.

Inside the nutrient pod, Wang Feng felt his vision suddenly go black!

As if he were placed in an endless dark abyss.

But in an instant, when that darkness retreated like a tide, he suddenly felt as if a familiar weight had been added to his body!
