Stop Fooling the Us, China Really is Doing This!

Chapter 434 A Nationwide Military Training Frenzy! However, these players did not feel discouraged by this; instead, they were all enjoying it, their eyes shining with the light of unyielding fighting spirit.

Consequently, more and more people enthusiastically participated in the practical combat training system.

Su Chen even set up a ranking mode within the system!

This move was like pouring a barrel of hot oil onto a raging fire, instantly pushing the players’ enthusiasm to its peak.

Of course, in the short term, the ranking leaderboards were almost firmly occupied by the Mecha Warriors in the military.

After all, they possessed unique advantages, having long received professional training, and their control over mechas was already masterful, much like professional players in the esports field, possessing strong capabilities.

However, the Dragon Kingdom is vast and rich in resources, teeming with talent; how could it lack true geniuses?

As players became proficient in controlling the Second-Generation Mecha, some gifted individuals began to stand out like bright stars.

As the saying goes, there are geniuses in every profession, and these people were the well-deserved geniuses in the field of practical combat!

Elder Qin was working intently in his office.

Suddenly, a hurried knock on the door sounded, and Elder Zhao pushed the door open and walked in.

He strode to the desk, took a list out of his pocket, and placed it solemnly on the table.

Elder Qin was a bit puzzled and frowned slightly!

He looked up, reached out to take the list, and asked in confusion: ”Old Zhao, why did you barge in so recklessly and give me this list?”

Elder Zhao grinned, revealing a mouthful of white teeth, and explained: ”Old Qin, I hope the country can open a backdoor and specially recruit these people to join our fleet.”

Upon hearing this, Elder Qin’s brow furrowed even tighter! His expression became serious, and he scolded: ”Old Zhao, there must be a reason for special recruitment! You cannot ask me to abuse my power for personal gain.”

Elder Zhao grimaced and said: ”What kind of person do you take me for?” ”These people have nothing to do with me, and I am not abusing my power; it is mainly because they are all too excellent.”

Elder Qin was stunned for a moment, a flash of curiosity in his eyes, and he asked: ”How excellent?”

Elder Zhao sat down opposite Elder Qin on his own, then said with a grin: ”Do you know about the practical combat training system?”

Elder Qin glanced at him, picked up the teacup on the side, blew on it gently, and said nonchalantly: ”How could I not know?” ”As soon as the practical combat training system was completed, Little Chen called me to go and take a look.”

Elder Zhao was taken aback, a hint of reluctance appearing on his face, and he muttered: ”Little Chen called me at the time too, but unfortunately I was busy with fleet matters and couldn’t make it.”

Elder Qin waved his hand impatiently and said: ”Stop talking nonsense and talk about the important business.”

Elder Zhao sat up straight, cleared his throat, and said: ”Look at how anxious you are; alright, alright, I will talk about the important business.” ”Once the practical combat training system was launched, it attracted many people to join, among whom there is no lack of true combat geniuses.” ”These people have even broken the monopoly that our military Mecha Warriors had on the ranking leaderboards.”

Upon hearing this, Elder Qin’s expression contained amazement.

He knew well that the Mecha Warriors in the military, relying on long-term professional training, were quite proficient in controlling mechas, just like elites on the battlefield, possessing an absolute advantage.

He had originally thought that the ranking monopoly created by these elites would not be easily broken, but he did not expect that the Dragon Kingdom was indeed full of hidden dragons and crouching tigers, with talent coming forth in large numbers, and that someone could actually break through the siege and shatter this seemingly impregnable barrier.

Moreover, one must know that the operations within the practical combat training system are a one-to-one restoration of reality; those who can defeat military personnel within the system are likely to perform excellently outside as well!

Of course, the Mecha Warriors in the military have been baptized by real combat and have even experienced true life-and-death tests, which is something the players in the system have not yet experienced.

But this shortcoming can be honed in the future; at the very least, the practical combat system can test whether they are true uncut gems!

Seeing Elder Qin fall into silence, Elder Zhao immediately asked: ”How about it, Old Qin, can you give me a definite answer!”

Elder Qin came back to his senses, glared at him, and then said: ”I was just thinking about something.”

Elder Zhao picked up the teapot, poured himself a cup of water on his own, and asked casually: ”What matter?”

Elder Qin said thoughtfully: ”Tell me, if we were to fully popularize the practical combat training system, would we be able to screen out more combat geniuses?”

Elder Zhao was stunned and blurted out: ”That would certainly be possible, but the problem is... what do you want so many geniuses for?” ”What? Do you want to rule the entire universe!”

Elder Qin did not listen to his nonsense; he put down the cup in his hand, slowly walked to the window, and quietly gazed at the azure, jewel-like sky outside.

His eyes gradually became deep and distant, as if he could see the future fate and challenges of the country through this blue sky.

”There is no such thing as having too few geniuses in one’s own country!” Elder Qin said slowly, his tone firm and steady!

”In the future, after solving these vicious enemies right now, who can guarantee that in the vast, unknown depths of the universe, there won’t be even more powerful and terrifying enemies quietly watching us?”

”Be prepared for danger in times of peace; this is the wisdom passed down by our ancestors, and we must not forget it!”

Elder Zhao lowered his head slightly and fell into deep thought.

A moment later, he slowly raised his head, his eyes showing agreement, and nodded vigorously, saying: ”Old Qin, what you said makes perfect sense.”

”Since that’s the case, let’s gather everyone to discuss it together.”

”Anyway, we already have quite a few Lingjing devices in our country, which can be considered as paving the way for popularizing the practical combat training system. Moreover, we have obtained quite a lot of resources from various countries during this period, so the materials needed to manufacture the nutrient pods should not be a problem.”

”If there really is a problem with resources, then at worst, I will personally arrange for the fleet to go to outer planets to find them; we will always be able to find some!”

Elder Qin was a man of action who acted decisively. He knew that this resolution was of pivotal importance to the future development of the country. Since he had determined that this was something extremely beneficial to the country and the future, there was no need to hesitate.

He immediately convened a high-level meeting.

At the meeting, Elder Qin detailed his thoughts and proposal. After a round of heated discussion and analysis, everyone unanimously agreed that this was a highly forward-looking and strategic decision.

In the end, Elder Qin’s proposal was successfully passed.

Consequently, the Dragon Kingdom acted quickly, fully utilizing existing resources, and worked overtime to build nearly ten million nutrient pods.

These nutrient pods were methodically set up in various schools and communities for the public to use.

It is worth mentioning that these nutrient pods were different from ordinary Lingjing nutrient pods; they could only enter the unique practical combat training system.

At the same time, the Dragon Kingdom officially ordered that players who performed excellently in the practical combat training system every quarter, as long as they passed a strict review, could be specially recruited into the military to become real Mecha Warriors.

Once this news was released, it instantly set off a huge frenzy in the Dragon Kingdom.
