The Evolution of the Weakest Ghoul

Chapter 132: Chapter 132: Flesh Vs Flesh

White Bone Skin

White skin covered Ronan’s entire body, his breath changing as he moved.

With just his first step, an attack already came as a massive fist came crashing down on him.

A giant of a human, almost three meters in height, attacked him. His aura showed that he was also at the Eight-Star Sovereign Realm, and among everyone, he thought Ronan was the weakest one he could kick away.

The rules were simple: decimate your opponent the best way you could, whether it was knocking them out or pushing them off the edge and no flight allowed.

For a moment, Ronan felt the sky darken as the huge body blocked him.

Crossing his arms, Ronan defended.

Boom!

His legs sank into the arena as his body trembled from the force.

Those around them hurriedly moved farther away. This giant monster of a human was well known. Hati, they called him.

He came from a distant and almost extinct human family. They were always so tall and were like giants.

Coming to this camp, he was one of the most feared, not only because of his realm but also because of his bodily strength.

From his size, one could guess he had terrifying defense and attack. His punches might seem slow, but each one was enough to destroy a kilometer-long stretch of land.

Not to talk of his trait enhancing his body, he was the definition of a monster in a human body. And to top it off, he was previously in the top 50, but everyone could guess he was hiding his strength.

”Huh... you survived?” A hoarse male voice was heard, filled with surprise, as Hati looked at the small human, half of whose leg was buried in the arena.

The large crater formed behind him was proof of how terrifying the punch was, and that was after Ronan had tanked most of it.

A wild smile was on Hati’s face. It was quite rare to see someone who could actually tank his attack. Others just dodged; they were flies that he had to swat away. It was quite annoying. Even beasts were like that, but this human took his punch and survived.

Meanwhile, Ronan hurriedly checked Hati’s stats.

”Fucking hell...”

”You are a monster,” Ronan blurted out in shock, while Hati, hearing this, laughed.

”Everyone says that! Hahaha...” Hati laughed loudly as Ronan looked at the big fellow.

He didn’t have any malicious intent, nor did he want to kill. From his carefree face and such, it seemed he just wanted to fight.

”Don’t get too happy now...” Suddenly, Hati thought as his laugh stopped abruptly. Although Ronan was able to survive one of his attacks, what about the rest?

Maybe he just used an ability that could actually tank it. Hence the white suit-like skin covering him.

One second he was laughing, and the other, he grew serious, preparing an attack. This sort of movement spooked Ronan, who didn’t know what to do or expect.

Then Hati threw another punch as the air cracked under it. Hati’s eyes were filled with both expectation and fear.

Expectation that Ronan could survive this and that he could finally find someone he could fight to his heart’s content, but also fear that he would be disappointed and Ronan would dodge.

Alas, Hati’s face dropped as Ronan moved out of the way.

”After this... I should probably fight the top te—” Hati’s thought was interrupted as his eyes widened in shock.

Ronan only sidestepped as he punched out. The two punches advanced toward one another as time seemed to have gotten slower and slower, and then...

They collided.

Booooom!!!!!!!

First came the blazing sound, then a giant shockwave erupted as everyone’s fighting paused for a while, their eyes widening in shock.

Glass all around a five-hundred-kilometer radius exploded one after the other. Cracks appeared in buildings as Hati took several steps backward, each one denting the ground, while Ronan stood calmly at the spot.

His right arm lay weakly beside him, his wrist shattered.

Silence filled the arena.

This... this was unexpected.

One after another, the guests stood up, their eyes filled with shock.

Who didn’t know Hati, the last main bloodline of that family?

Over the years, they had grown weaker and weaker until the birth of Hati and his awakening of his trait. Because of that, he was branded as the one who would bring them back on their feet. There were a lot of hopes for him.

But one thing everyone was aware of was the strength and defense of his body, a body blessed by the Gods. No one had been able to fight him physically until now.

Even if the top ten were stronger than him, they could defeat him with their abilities, but if they were to fight with just pure body strength, no one could come even close.

”Who is he?” The man directly connected to the Emperor asked.

”Basha, an adventurer from a small city at the outskirts of the Empire,” Instructor Kali replied. Even he was shocked by this.

”Anything else?” the man asked as Kali gulped.

”It was said he survived the attack of a Vampire Lord...” Instructor Kali spoke as the eyes of the man lit up.

”Surviving the attack of an undead King Realm Lord while at the Sovereign Realm... Basha, is it?” The man muttered with a smile.

Meanwhile, in the arena, Ronan’s wrist healed as he smiled at Hati.

”Wanna go again?” Ronan asked as the fighters all stopped to look at the fight between the two.

Just that attack had caused most of them to develop fear towards the two. That attack would have seriously injured them, if not killed them.

Hearing what Ronan said, Hati smiled.

”Yes... come on, again.” Standing more than a dozen meters away, Hati spoke as Ronan laughed.

There was one reason he could stand toe to toe with Hati. Apart from the White Bone Skin, he also had Extreme Density already at Lv.15.

Extreme Density Lv.15:

The host’s bones, muscles, organs, and flesh possess an extreme level of density without increasing the host’s physical size. The immense density causes the host’s body to become extraordinarily resistant to external forces, making him extremely difficult to move, knock back, or stagger through physical attacks. The host can maintain his normal movements despite the tremendous density of his body, allowing him to remain as agile as before. The greater the force applied against the host, the more difficult it becomes to move his body.

----

The two moved, shattering the sound barrier as they collided, and like two giant mountains, the result destroyed everything in its path.

The arena sank by dozens of inches. The walls trembled as the entire main camp shook with tremors traveling around the island and heading into its deepest layers.

Boom!

Boom!

Boom!

The two bodies, one three meters tall, a literal giant with muscles, collided with a human, creating a scene no one would forget.

Each strike, each clash tore apart their surroundings as the shockwaves made the other participants cover their bodies and struggle to stay on the ring.

Bang!

Bang!

The shockwaves were so great they blew apart the trees outside the camp as some of the other participants outside the tournament bled from their ears.

Ronan threw a punch at the face of Hati. Instead of dodging, Hati threw his own as the two punches landed almost immediately.

Ronan stood in place while Hati skidded more than a hundred meters.

Hati spat out blood, his eyes full of excitement. Meanwhile, Ronan felt like his entire skull had been broken, but in the next moment, he was healed as the two moved once more, leaping hundreds of meters into the sky as they punched out.

Boom!!!!
