God's Imitator

Fu Chen’s expression was somewhat solemn, ”This time is different from the ’King’s Judgment’ rules. The audience can’t send bullet comments.

”The clearance suggestion can only be sent once, and is strictly limited to 2 characters. This is too harsh.”

Compared to the situation in ’King’s Judgment,’ this ’Childbirth Judgment’ allowed more audience members to enter, but there were also more restrictions on the audience.

After thinking for a moment, Li Renshu said, ”The information we currently have isn’t actually much more than what the inner field players have.

”The only clear information gap is this ’verdict consistency voting.’

”This is very similar to the fairness voting in ’King’s Judgment.’

”But we can’t reveal this mechanism to the inner field players in any way.”

Fu Chen suggested, ”How about we send ’King’? To hint that this game has a mechanism similar to the fairness voting.”

Li Renshu immediately shook her head, ”Definitely not. Even a blind person can see this game is very similar to ’King’s Judgment.’

”If they can think of ’fairness voting,’ they would have thought of it themselves already. If they can’t think of it, hinting ’King’ would have no meaning and could easily cause ambiguity.”Moreover, ’fairness’ and ’consistency’ have major differences. If they only think of fairness, they might fall into an even bigger misconception.”

Cao Haichuan suggested, ”Since we can only send 2 characters, I think we should directly send an action that can be done in the game without any ambiguity.

”Even if we could send ’fairness,’ it’s best not to, because everyone’s understanding of ’fairness’ is different. Deviations in understanding will directly lead to different results. Moreover, this game doesn’t allow sending similar information.”

Li Renshu thought for a moment, ”’Verdict consistency voting’ is directly related to their judgment results for the criminals.

”For criminals, generally speaking, there are only differences between life and death. Criminals being alive or dead each have advantages.

”If they’re alive, they can share the number of uses of the two childbirth torture devices. If they’re dead, they can be exchanged for childbirth fund.

”But currently it’s hard to assert how large this game’s childbirth fund gap actually is, how many criminals need to be killed to satisfy it, and a certain amount of childbirth fund needs to be left as surplus based on the specific probability of creating badges.

”Lawyer Lin, what’s your suggestion?”

Lin Sizhi had obviously already thought of the answer beforehand, ”My suggestion is: ’Kill all.’”

Li Renshu was stunned, ”Kill all? Lawyer Lin, this doesn’t sound like an answer a legal professional would give.”

Lin Sizhi said indifferently, ”My current identity isn’t as a legal professional, but as an audience member giving suggestions.

”Judging from the currently known game rules, I speculate this is the only one suggestion that ’has no ambiguity whatsoever,’ and is the only one that ’has a high probability of clearing the game as long as they unconditionally trust and follow it.’

”Other suggestions, as long as they have ambiguity, then I believe given Jiang He’s personality and the targeting that might exist in this game, she’ll most likely understand it in the direction of the ambiguity.

”Of course, whether they’ll adopt this suggestion is hard to say.”

With limited time, everyone didn’t have time for deeper discussion.

Li Renshu entered the two characters ’kill all’ in the input box on the control console, then clicked [Confirm] to send.

The prompt from the inner field was also clearly transmitted to everyone’s ears through the speaker in the audience lounge.

[The audience has shared suggestions for clearing this game with you.]

[The first suggestion is: Save many.]

[The second suggestion is: Kill all.]

[Please carefully consider the meaning behind the suggestions. Only you yourselves can be responsible for the final outcome of this game.]

Li Renshu frowned slightly, ”The suggestions won’t indicate specifically which community sent them.”

Cao Haichuan wasn’t too surprised by this result, ”That’s normal. ’King’s Judgment’ also didn’t announce each audience member’s real name.

”If the inner field players could 100% confirm a certain suggestion was from Lawyer Lin, the game’s difficulty would decrease significantly. It won’t be that easy.”

Fu Chen was also somewhat surprised, ”Community 13’s suggestion is ’save many’? In that case, don’t the two suggestions completely conflict?”

Li Renshu thought carefully for a moment, ”Strictly speaking, Community 13’s suggestion isn’t wrong either.

”Because among these criminals, there will definitely be those whose crimes don’t warrant death. As long as they save them, they can share the number of uses of the childbirth mechanisms.

”Moreover, this game’s hidden mechanism isn’t ’fairness voting’ but ’verdict consistency voting,’ meaning even if all criminals are judged leniently, it won’t affect the voting results too much.

”Because the key point isn’t whether it’s fair, but whether there are consistent standards in the judgments before and after.

”Kill as few as possible, kill carefully, only kill serious offenders to obtain childbirth fund, and have minor offenders help share the harm from the mechanisms;

”Or adopt severe punishment principles and kill all criminals, using the additionally obtained childbirth fund to reduce the difficulty of the mechanisms.

”Theoretically speaking, both methods can clear the game.”

Cao Haichuan nodded, ”Yes, but Community 13’s suggestion has a problem, which is that they can’t really send ’save all.’

”Setting aside that there might be utterly wicked criminals among them, the most important problem is that saving all would additionally consume childbirth fund, reducing the game’s margin for error, especially ’not guilty,’ which consumes 10,000 childbirth fund points each time.

”So they can only send ’save many,’ meaning hint to the inner field players to adopt relatively lenient judgments, try to prevent the ’consistency voting’ from having too much deviation, while simultaneously ensuring the childbirth fund is enough to use the mechanisms 22 times, keeping a surplus, and having as many people as possible share the mechanism harm.

”Lawyer Lin’s suggestion is indeed more clear. We just don’t know if the inner field players can understand it.”

Up to this point, as audience members, everyone couldn’t do much more. They could only sit down and wait for the game to begin.

…

The four people in the inner field were also pondering these two suggestions.

Yang Yuting frowned tightly, ”What should we do? We can’t tell which suggestion is from Community 13 and which is from Community 17. Moreover, the two suggestions contradict each other.”

Li Jiang said indifferently, ”Then both methods must be valid. In judgment games, there’s often not just one clearance method.

”Please don’t treat people from our Community 13 as fools. No matter which one was sent by people from our community, they definitely have their own considerations.”

Jiang He looked at Li Jiang somewhat suspiciously, then said to Yang Yuting, ”The five audience members who entered the game from our community definitely wouldn’t give a suggestion like ’kill all.’”

Yang Yuting thought about it and could confirm the 5 people who entered were Li Renshu, Fu Chen, Lin Sizhi, Cao Haichuan, and Zhou Guifen.

If the people who came in were Wang Yongxin or Cai Zhiyuan, then giving a ’kill all’ suggestion would be somewhat possible but these five people were all moderates, all with personalities inclined to help the weak.

Before seeing the specific crimes of these criminals, would they simply and crudely give a ’kill all’ suggestion?

It really didn’t seem likely.

On the contrary, on Community 13’s side, judging from Li Jiang’s first impression, perhaps the entire community had quite a few hot-tempered guys. Giving a ’kill all’ suggestion wouldn’t be surprising.

Jiang He shook her head, ”I must see the criminals’ specific crimes before deciding. If they only committed minor crimes or crimes that aren’t fatal at all, I couldn’t possibly give a death penalty verdict.

”I’ll lean toward the ’save many’ suggestion.”

Li Jiang nodded, ”I agree. Anyway, I think people from our community probably wouldn’t give a ’kill all’ suggestion either.”

Everyone stopped talking and just waited silently.

Finally, the 10-minute preparation time ended, and the game officially began.

The original countdown also changed to a 1-hour countdown.

They had to create 10 childbirth badges within 1 hour to clear the game smoothly.
