ShangriLa Frontier ~ Shitty Games Hunter Challenges Godly Game ~

Could it be that this is just a coincidence? It certainly seems like a natural enemy to some people and monsters, something that may be similar in nature to Orchestra, but not nearly as powerful and hard to defeat. However, myself as a mostly melee fighter centered around Critical Hits, I can already tell that this fight is going to be one major pain in the ass to successfully accomplish.

Oh well ,alright then, Newton-kun! You may think that without melee option and Critical Hit option there is nothing I can do to defeat you, but I still have options available to me, thank you very much! I still have skills that can make this situation work, even though they may not be supporting high-speed combat. As you are surely to find out in just a moment!

「Hey, what about some reinforcements!? Are they here yet!?」

Sigma and Emul are supporting the fighters with volleys of magical attacks (or at the very least attacks based on Magical Power). So far all of their attacks have been clear hits, but damage-wise it was like splashing water over burning coals.

No, it only seems to be tough because I see it that way, it looks like a humanoid with tentacles bundled together and wearing a skirt, but the upper body is actually shaped like that person is macho no matter how you look at it, right? I mean, that is kind of what you get when your Vitality is so high.

Although I can still hear the annoying screaming of those who are going against Maxwell over there, those are still front line players over there. They should all understanding how fighting against powerful enemies works, how to draw their attacks and how to stay alive for as long as possible.

I’ve been attacking several times already, so I want to believe that the clearing conditions are met, but at worst I need to defeat Newton all on my own here……

「Isn’t that great that Magic Bullets possess a natural Penetration ability?」

The burnt stones are not only damaged by dripping water, but there are various weapons made inside of Leviathan that I bought and brought here with me today, so there is nothing I can’t do as long as I put my mind to it……

「But not until recently I didn’t even know about that part, so……!!」

Although it looks like a human being, the head (estimated) does not seem to be a weak point, so it is better to try to manage hate than to show savagery poorly.

But that’s strange, why am I the only one who is being targeted by this thing? Even if it’s a large-scale battle, it’s just like that with no explanation…… Cooperation or something like that, have you heard about a word like this? …… Yeah, it’s strange, isn’t it? No, I regain my mind and concentrate on the fight. It’s no use thinking about pointless things like that.

However, for some reason, I’m stuck in thinking for a different reason than being locked in this solo play.

「…… Aguacate, isn’t it kind of a disappointing weapon?」

The contribution of firepower is too trashy, and compared to the damage effect of Gatling Gun that Sigma uses right next to me, the problem of caliber and firepower are so plain to see that it makes me want to cry, actually…… No, but I’m a little worried, so here’s an example of something better…… Let me just take it out.

「Wisdom Weapon Series!!!」

Multi-Functional Magic Warhead Forming Gun? I don’t remember the official name one by one, but I remember the common name … A shiny new relic that can be made by using the license that can be obtained in the fifth layer of Leviathan and the data of the Wisdom Guard that we have fought in the fourth layer. Aircraft Legacy Weapon!!

「Alright, you Fatty! If you want to be useful to me, maybe I can sell you to Yashiro Bird later for a nice profit…… But for the time being! Penetrate! “Stinger”……!!!!!!」

This Relic Legacy Weapon is called Revered Sun “Stinger”. It is a weapon that is dedicated to changing the shooting mode by actually operating the mechanism gimmick of the gun itself, which is not the window operation or trial operation, a method particularly beloved by all of the FPS maniacs out there. By equipping the Magic Energy Magazine as an added bonus, you can fire three types of magic warheads…… No, four types of magic warheads including the one that I am about to use.

Looking only at its shape, it is a thick firearm that looks like a crossbow without strings, which forms a warhead like spear at its very tip. And for some reason, in the UI projected directly on the retina, there was a “Zero” indicating the number of remaining bullets and it just happened to increase to “One”.

A special warhead that boasts the strongest penetrating power among the three shooting modes with a maximum number of bullets available …… “Spear Warhead Javelin” Mode!!!

「Tentacle monsters can eat shit for all that I care! You may be muscular as all hell, but this thing is easily going to pass through your bones if you are not careful!」

Fire! Fire! Fire!!!

The nail-like spear warhead that flew from the muzzle of the gun landed right in the center of the fuselage all thanks to Newton being distracted from Sigma’s continuous attacks. The tentacles are punched out even though a thick layer of mucus was covering them, and the projectile pierces the main body all the way through.

And it seems that it is unbearable for any monster to have a nail shot into its body, even if this body is nothing more but a collection of tentacles. I confirmed that this would be an effective hit from the anguish and wriggling around of my opponent that showed this kind of reaction for the first time in forever, and then loaded the next bullet……

Either that, or it was simply because of the sheer destructive power of that blast right now.

「Sanraku-san! You may not believe this, but we managed to take that blasted Maxwell down!!!!!!」

Alright! You did!? Well then, it’s time to pull back! You are one lucky bastard, you know that, Newton-kun? See? You are to hold on to your life for a while longer! You are so lucky that I just happen to be in a hurry, otherwise you would really be sorry here!
