Super Tycoon: I Beg You, Stop Pulling Stunts

Chapter 483: Chapter 292: A Prince’s Life

A cloth on the head doesn’t just represent riches, but nobility.

Riches simply means having money.

Nobility, however, also represents authority.

In theory, all the resources here are owned by that small handful of people with the right lineage.

On the way over, he had seen laborers from other countries sweeping the roads and tending to the landscaping under the blazing sun. It was a miserable sight.

Meanwhile, luxury cars sped past.

But these weren’t his concerns. The thought came to Lin Chu and went just as quickly.

After a shower, his whole body felt relaxed, and Lin Chu got that familiar itch to move.

He hadn’t had a good workout in the days since returning from the base in Russia. He’d had plenty of alcohol and meat, and his once-defined abs were on the verge of becoming a single paunch.

Building them was hard.

But losing them? That was all too easy.

He changed into a set of company-issued camouflage fatigues and went out to work off some rust before it got dark.

He started by running laps around the training ground.

In the office area window.

Through the large glass window, Ma Teng and a group of his men watched the scene unfold, a little surprised.

The group immediately started laughing and chatting.

”The boss is in pretty good shape. You can tell he’s trained before.”

”Of course he is. He’s the boss. He probably hits the gym every day. If I didn’t have to work, I’d be training every day too.”

”Cut the crap. I bet he’s ex-military. Chief, is our boss a vet?”

one of them asked Ma Teng.

You could definitely see the traces of military training on their young boss.

Ma Teng paused for a moment.

”I’m not really sure. You can ask him yourself in a bit, haha.”

”Earlier, when I told you guys to come with me to pick him up, no one was interested. No one volunteered, so I had to call out names. I bet you’re all kicking yourselves now, aren’t you?”

When Ma Teng had returned with the three men he’d taken with him, they were already showing off the Patek Philippe watches Lin Chu had given them.

It made everyone else green with envy.

What kind of ”Prince” behavior was this?

Watches worth tens of thousands, and he just hands them out to people he’s just met?

But what could they do? Those three were just lucky enough to be there.

It’s not like they could go ask the boss for one now. How shameless would that be?

”Seriously, I’m such an idiot. I’m fucking kicking myself!”

”I had to take a piss right before we were supposed to leave. Turns out it was a shit that cost me tens of thousands. I could just cry.”

”Hey Chief, let me wear your watch for a bit.”

A team member joked, trying to be a smartass.

Ma Teng aimed a kick at him.

”Get lost! You think I can trust a man who can’t even control his own bowels? Is your damn sphincter busted? You take more dumps in a day than anyone else here!”

The room immediately erupted in laughter.

In a place full of men, this kind of unfiltered banter was normal.

”Holy shit!”

”The low crawl?”

”Holy shit! Look at that! Now who’s gonna say he’s not ex-military?”

someone suddenly exclaimed.

The training ground had barbed wire, walls, and various other obstacles, making it a standard course for the low crawl. Right now, they were watching in amazement as Lin Chu expertly crawled under the wire, vaulted over a wall, and sprinted toward the next obstacle.

Ma Teng was stunned by the sight.

’He’s really been trained!’

A sense of camaraderie quietly bloomed in his heart.

Compared to just any rich boss, a boss who was not only rich but also clearly had a military background naturally felt much more relatable.

’A brother-in-arms!’

Even though they were all discharged.

”Hell, let’s go. I’m gonna go work out, too. Time to cozy up to the boss!”

one of them said with a grin, already heading for the door.

”Chief, the Prince is here!”

Just then, one of the guys at the door yelled out.

Outside, a gold-colored sports car zipped up to the entrance. The scissor doors swung open, and a man in a white robe and sandals stepped out. He looked to be under thirty, quite young, with a small mustache, a slightly tan complexion, and bright, intense eyes.

”Ma Teng, I’m here.”

”Where is your boss?”

The ”Prince” walked in with a friendly smile, casually tossing out a carton of cigarettes as he asked.

He came here fairly often.

Mainly to... smoke, drink, and eat meat.

The ”barley sodas” and lamb were, after all, delicious.

Ma Teng stood up, gave him a hug with a laugh, and jutted his chin toward the training ground outside. ”Look, over there. He’s working out.”

”Whoa!”

”You sure? *That’s* your boss?”

”Is he one of you guys?”

Prince Rashid’s eyes were wide and his jaw hung open as he stared in disbelief at the man on the field, who moved with the agility of a cheetah.

He actually admired that kind of rugged, masculine intensity, but he could never endure that kind of hardship himself.

He knew LC was a massive company. He just never expected its boss to be so... hardcore.

”I’m not sure about that. You can ask him yourself in a bit.”

”What are we eating tonight?”

”My boss, President Lin, said he’s covering all expenses. No need to save him any money.”

Ma Teng clapped Rashid on the shoulder and said with a grin, a hint of teasing in his voice.

They’d been hanging out for a few months and had gotten to know each other well. They’d pretty much done everything there was to do for fun together, so their relationship was quite close.

Now...

’Watching two young tycoons hang out together should be pretty interesting.’

Rashid shrugged, his smile almost childlike. ”How big a budget did he give you?” he asked jokingly.

”Two million. USD.”

”And we have to spend it all.”

”I’m getting a headache just thinking about it. I’m really not good at this whole ’spending money’ thing. Help me out, my friend.”

Ma Teng said with a mischievous grin.

He was well aware of the local cost of living. Even these princes weren’t *that* extravagant. ’How much can you really spend on a single night out?’

’Only President Lin would pull something like this.’

Time to show these ”poor” princes what real money looked like.

He was tired of them acting like they were the richest people on earth all the time.

Rashid: ...

Hearing Ma Teng’s words, he was once again stunned.

Even for him, that sum was somewhat unbelievable.

’Where did this tycoon come from?’

’How could he possibly... be more loaded than me?’

Two million USD was more than enough to throw the most extravagant party imaginable.

”Hooo...”

”Alright, hahaha! I’m getting more and more interested in this guy. Let me think.”

”We should start at the 122nd floor of the Burj Khalifa, experience the view from the world’s highest restaurant, and sample the work of the Portuguese chef. Then, we can come back here for a little ’fruit juice’ and some grilled meat.”

”Once it gets late, we’ll head to a yacht to see the city lights. I have people who can arrange everything... *you know*.”

”When we get tired of the yacht, around 3 a.m., we can go to the Aerial Garden for some more ’fruit juice.’ After that, we head to a desert camp to watch the 6 a.m. sunrise... and keep going until we pass out.”

”That itinerary should just about burn through two million USD in one night. What do you think?”

He raised his eyebrows, looking both proud and wild.

When it comes to partying, you have to go all out.

Especially for a friend from far away.

A friend of a friend is a friend of mine.

Besides, the other guy was paying. Rashid had no complaints about that. ’What I can offer him in return is far more valuable than money!’

’The only reason I’m accepting now is to be considerate of his ’face,’ as a man from China.’

’After all, from what I know, they care a great deal about face!’

Ma Teng: ...

His Adam’s apple bobbed sharply.

’These guys really know how to party!’

The sound of the other men swallowing their spit was clearly audible in the room.

This was partying until you drop!

This was going to be insane!

As they were talking, Lin Chu, still on the training field, vaguely saw a man in a white robe enter. He guessed his ”local connection” had arrived.

He quickly wrapped up his workout, returned to his room to change, and grabbed a Jade Necklace from his suitcase before heading toward the office.

Upon entering.

Ma Teng quickly made the introductions.

Lin Chu smiled, exchanged pleasantries, shook his hand, gave him a hug, and then casually draped the Jade Necklace around Rashid’s neck.

”My friend, a small gift to mark our first meeting. I hope you like it.”

These Jade Beads had been carved by Yang Huixian from two pieces of Jadeite purchased previously for over a hundred million yuan. They had been sitting in the store.

The market was sluggish, so it wasn’t selling anyway. Lin Chu had decided to bring it with him on this trip.

Its fair market value was around sixty million yuan, though the store had it priced at eighty-eight million.

’Time to write it off.’

Rashid stared at the string of solid Imperial Green beads Lin Chu had just hung around his neck. The corner of his mouth twitched, and he scratched his head.

He was a bit stunned.

He was no amateur when it came to luxury goods.

A gift like this had to be worth at least ten million USD!

Bro?

WTF?

’Are you serious?’
